The origination of my interest dates back to my senior high school year when I attended an intensive but interesting course given by the biological teacher on general biology. My interest was reinforced when I had the opportunity to participate in some research projects in the Central South University. In May, 2003, I began working with prof.Zhou to do research on microbial treatment processes for the nitrogen removal in wastewater.
