今天，我在家里帮妈妈做家务。

我的任务是把家里的家具都擦一遍。我先擦餐桌、餐椅，然后擦茶几，最后擦书桌和沙发。

我轻轻地擦餐桌、椅，遇到很脏的地方我就用力擦，角落里一定要擦到，因为那里面藏了很多灰尘;如果有东西挡住，就把东西移开再擦。毛巾变脏时就要及时清洗，用洗衣粉把上面的脏东西洗掉，不过我力气比较小，清洗毛巾这道工序是妈妈负责。

当我拿着湿毛巾去擦电视机时，妈妈拦住了我，我问妈妈：“为什么不能擦电视机?”妈妈说：“用湿毛巾擦电视机可能会让电视机进水，还有触电的危险。”原来是这样啊!幸好妈妈及时提醒我，妈妈还教我一些擦家具的技巧：要从上到下擦;从不怎么脏的地方擦到比较脏的.地方，要不然，家具会越擦越脏;电器不要用湿毛巾擦，清洁电器时要先把插头拔掉。没想到擦家具还有这么多学问。

因为我家前后都有一个藕煤厂，所以家里灰尘很多，我擦完所有的家具以后已经满头大汗了。我觉得妈妈真辛苦，要做这么多家务。我以后要多帮妈妈做家务，减轻妈妈的负担!

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business in my mother’s company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s company. I sat in my mother’s office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother’s business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s special product. It is well-known in china. Many people like to eat it.

My winter holidays plans me studying for my English , I will make great

efforts to learn English. Persist in listening to half hours of English every

day. I will accomplish the school assignment that the teacher arranges best with

the quickest speed. I can not forget to take the body exercise certainly also ,

I may take the body exercise coming drawing out 30- - 1 hours in time in every

day. I play with the once computer coming certainly may draw out one small Duan

Today is the first day that we start our summer camp.Everybody is amazed at the foreign teacher.They have white skin,yellow hair,blue eyes……But no one is very beautiful or handsome.

Guangzhou also called Yangcheng. Guangzhou is a beautiful city in China, but it’s very noisy . The population of Guangzhou is about seven million two hundred thousand .

Guangzhou is a good place to visit. In Guangzhou, there are many beautiful parks, museums, temples, etc.There are also many interesting places such as White Cloud Mountain, Yuexiu Park, the long grand amusement park and so on. So many people like going to visit Guangzhou. An other reason people like to visit Guangzhou is it has convenient traffic.

Environmental problems are being more and more serious all over the world。

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

I also like the song in the movie very much, it says “ the mountains have

今天，为了下午的汇报课，紧张了整个上午。但中午得到了一个出乎意料的消息，管老师突然跟我打电话说她下午不来了。当时，不知道是忧是喜。喜的是没有老师的观察，会不会更放开、更自然一点儿。忧的是没有老师的督促和管理，小学生会是什么反应？是太过热情还是太过冷淡？怀着这样的焦虑，我走进了课堂

嗯，意料之中的一种，小学生们十分配合。由于是复习刚刚所学过的单元，不少人已经掌握得很好，外加是实习老师的授课，大家显得特别的积极和热情。

上课之前，这是我期望看到的。但当局面真的变成这样的时候，我又显得有些手足无措，不知该如何是好。整堂课上大家的情绪都很高涨：有的是学习得高涨、有的是自娱自乐得高涨当时看到这样的场面，我想控制，却是心有余而力不足。

今天的教学中，不谈教学方法、不谈教学设计、不谈其它什么理论知识。光是课堂秩序，就让我极其无奈。从中，真的不难看出我的组织管理能力是何等欠缺，老师也是不能缺气场的。

充实的一天

今天是忙碌的，整整一个上午，都是在不断的听写英语、督促同学们学习中度过的，下课了，我就立刻找那些英语单词背不好的孩子听写，课上，便马不停蹄的批作业，并且时刻盯着宇，让她学习。我是喜欢和她一起学习的，感觉她是有那种学习的热情的，可以给我以感染力，又让我充满动力与激情。她也是听话的，只是稍微不仔细了一些，慢慢改正，应该是可以的。

让优秀坚持下去

中午批数学卷时，我分配给了几名学生，他们都欣然接受了，只有艾不想批，我对她说：你不是答应老师可以做值日班长吗?为什么又不要做了?优秀是需要坚持的，今天优秀，明天就不了那算不上优秀。艾似乎觉得有道理，便争着要批卷了。在我看来，艾是个心灵手巧、善于观察的小姑娘，只是有时候不太注意自己是在一个集体中，总做一些特立独行的事情，但这些并不影响她成为一个优秀的人，如果她能把这份优秀一直坚持下去，那真的是不可估量啊!

肩负一份责任

今天，我考了很多同学英语单词，并且让她们的同桌考他们第二轮、第三轮，直到全对为止，其中就有一直很愿意帮助同学的卓，她真是个温文尔雅的好姑娘。还有一个就是让我刮目相看的达，我一直认为学习好的同学只会学习，不会帮助别人，但这一观点，将从今天起转变。我让达督促他的同桌然背单词，达尽职尽责，不仅监督然学习，还一字一句的教他。中午，我见然回到教室开始学习，虽说是在补之前欠的债，但我还是很欣喜的，不多久，达也回来了，是回来帮助然的，着实让我很受感动。在达身上，我看到了一份对同学无私奉献的爱和他那弱小的肩上支起的坚定的责任!相比之下，辛，你要加油了!今天就你没有考呀，至少该对自己负责吧，期待可以看到你主动来找我听写哦!

把机会让给他

下午上了一节令人震撼的语文公开课，不仅因为老师和同学们精彩的配合，更是因为那个多次发言的禹(同学们说他外刚内萌，感觉很有趣)。在这节课快要下课时，老师再次点到了他，但他并没有急于回答，而是说：老师，我把这个机会让给我的同桌，因为他也总举手，可是一次机会也没有得到。顿时，听课的老师们被禹的回答说笑了，包括安老师也包括我，这个笑绝对不是嘲笑，也不是搞笑，而是一种欣慰的笑，一种赞赏的笑。在大家都急于表现自己的时候，禹的这种友情、这种谦让，让所有人为他竖起大拇指，又怎能不令我感动呢?

一、实习的目的与要求

安排教学实习的基本目的，在于通过理论与实际的结合、学校与社会的沟通，进一步提高学生的思想觉悟，尤其是观察、分析和解决问题的实际工作能力，以便把学生培养成为能够主动适应社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质的复合型人才。具体表现在三个方面：

1 、运用和检验教学成果。运用教学成果，就是把课堂上学到的系统化的理论知识，尝试性地应用于实际工作，并从理论的高度对教育教学工作的现代化提出一些有针对性的建议和设想。检验教学成果，就是看一看课堂教学与实际工作到底有多大距离，并通过综合分析，找出教学中存在的不足，以便为完善教学计划，改革教学内容与方法提供实践依据。

2 、了解和熟悉学校的运行。对师范类专业的本科生来说，实际能力的培养至关重要，而这种实际能力的培养单靠课堂教学是远远不够的，必须从课堂走向实践。

3 、预演和准备就业工作。通过实习，让自己找出自身状况与社会实际需要的差距，并在以后的学习期间及时补充相关知识，为求职与正式工作做好充分的知识、能力准备，从而缩短从校园走向社会的心理转型期。

二、基本情况

我们十月十一日来到湖南XXX县第二中学，到十一月十八日实习结束。我被分到高一XXX班进行实习。

实习的基本内容包括两部分：课堂教学和班主任工作，基本情况如下：

1、课堂教学：完成教案数为六份，试讲次数为六次，上课节数为六节；批改作业五次；监考十场；自习辅导十二课时。

2、班主任工作：组织一次主题为“网络的利与弊”的班会；组织本班学生与实习老师之间的篮球赛两次；找学生单独谈心、了解情况十一人次。

这次实习令我感受颇多。一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，使得我不得不昼夜苦读；另一方面我也深深地体会到，要想成为一名优秀的教师，不仅要学识渊博，其它各方面如语言、表达方式、心理状态以及动作神态等也都是要有讲究的。每上完一节课后我最大的感受就是：当好一名老师真不容易啊！

试教工作开始以后，我每天的工作就是听优秀化学教师的课——写教案——试教——修改——试教，这样反复练习，完善。直到把一节课要讲的内容练到烂熟于心为止。即使这样，在我第一次深入课堂时，我还是遇到了许多师范学校里没学过、事先也没有料到过的难题。毕竟试教的时候和正式去教室上课的时候的心态是很不一样的

教学生知识如果我们仅仅只懂得书本上的知识的话，那是远远不够的。俗话说的好“要给学生一碗水,自己就要有一桶水”。上好一堂课不仅要求我们能够旁征博引，而且平时学生也会提一些书上没有涉及到的知识，这时候你不仅要自己对这些知识点有所了解，而且更为重要的是你要能够以学生容易理解的平实的语言将它表达出来。这一点我深有体会，比如有一次我分析基础训练的时候，有一个题目是说“往饱和的碳酸钠溶液里通入二氧化碳气体时会有什么现象发生？”此题只要知道了碳酸氢钠的溶解度比碳酸钠的小，就能得出“可见到有白色晶体析出”的结论。由于事先我觉得此题很简单，也就没有深入地思考。出乎我意料的是，无论我怎么讲，同学们也无法理解为什么碳酸氢钠的溶解度比碳酸钠的小就会有晶体析出。后来只好向他们的原任课老师请教此处该如何表达。

通过这次的经验，我深感不能以自己的思维来揣度学生的思维，自己认为很简单的问题，对于刚刚涉及这一知识的学生来说很可能就会是一个无法理解的地方，这时候，我们以何种方式将此知识点向他们表达清楚就显得犹为重要了。于是，在以后的备课过程中，我就不在象以前一样只要自己弄清楚了就了事，而是更加侧重于如何将知识的来龙去脉向学生表达清楚。我的这一举措果然收到了良好的效果，学生听完课后普遍都说我讲得较清楚。这让我感到很欣慰。

在当实习班主任的过程中，我从他们原班主任那里学到了很多关于班级管理方面的经验，确实让我受益不少。比如如何与学生谈心，如何帮助后进生转化成为先进生等等。虽然这些经验都是非常宝贵的，但是我也没有完全照搬，第一是我觉得我的身份毕竟与他们原班主任不同。第二是我觉得我与学生年纪相仿，不象原班主任一样与他们或多或少地存在一些代沟，这是我的优势所在，应当加以利用。所以，在与学生的长期交往中，我渐渐形成了一套既有自己风格，又吸收了原有宝贵经验的行事方法，而且还收到了较好的效果。比如说我和我们班上一位同学谈心的时候，她告诉我她读初中时成绩很好，几乎每次考试都是班上的第一名，数学成绩犹为突出，用她自己的话说就是“那时侯学数学简直就是一种乐趣”，但是现在情况就完全不同了，不仅整体成绩直线下降，就连自己的强项数学也到了岌岌可危的地步。当我问及其中的原因时，她告诉我，由于中考的失误，进入高中以后她就失去了信心，再加上高中的课程本身就比初中的要难，使她的成绩更加后退了，以至于现在对读书失去了信心，想一心从事自己的爱好去学声乐算了。而这些她都没有和原班主任说过，原因是班主任“太凶了”。我听了之后并没有直接反对她的观点，而是从客观条件、学习条件以及以后的前途等方面和她分析了她的这种想法，使她明白了学习和爱好之间谁轻谁重，并引导她自觉得把心思放到了学习上来。

January 21

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. It was enjoyable. It is said there are wild pigs in the hill. What a beautiful natural.

January 22

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I had something necessary to do.

January 23

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me. Finally, I was ill.

寒假里，我经历了许多事情，高兴事、伤心事、新鲜事……但让我记忆犹新的事还是大年三十吃爸爸烤的烧烤。

除夕晚上，我们正在津津有味地看晚会，爸爸突然站了起来说：“今年我们要度过一个与众不同的年！”我们瞄了他一眼，不知道他葫芦里卖的什么药。只见他“咚咚咚”跑下楼……

不一会儿，只见他从厨房里找来烧烤架、油、盐……各种作料，搬到院子里，嘴里吩咐我和妈妈：“去厨房把蔬菜端过来。”哦，原来爸爸说的与众不同的年就是露天烧烤啊。我和妈妈顿时来了兴致，妈妈准备各种材料，我负责穿串，爸爸生火，我们忙得不可开交。爸爸先烤起了土豆片，只见爸爸弯着腰，一手拿着铁签，一手拿着刷子，来回刷着油，一会儿又撒点盐，一副大厨的派头，他沾沾自喜地说：“瞧，我有两下子吧，一定让你们吃上最美味的烧烤！”正说着，一股烧焦的味道扑鼻而来。我连忙对爸爸说：“康师傅，烧烤焦了。”爸爸手忙脚乱地拿起铁签，上下翻动，最后撒下辣椒面和孜然粉，不一会儿，土豆片就烤好了，爸爸期待地说：“快尝尝！”我夹了一块，一吃下去，“啊，好苦！”我喊道。爸爸看到我的样子，自嘲地说：“第一次，失利了，我总结经验了，这次一定会成功。”

爸爸这下可认真了，手法也熟练了，红红的火烤的他的脸红红的，汗都流了下来，我拿来纸巾给爸爸擦干，笑笑说：“你的汗流进去了，我可不吃哦！”爸妈听了，哈哈大笑起来。烧烤终于烤好，一股香味扑鼻而来，我赶紧尝了一口，太好吃了，我竖起了大拇指。我吃了一串又一串，脸上也像个小花猫了。我们一家人吃着烧烤，看着联欢会，度过了一个别样的年。

啊！爸爸烤的烧烤让我回味无穷，我喜欢这样的年，喜欢这样的寒假。

As we all known，food safety problems are more and more popular in our

country，because more cases about food safety problem have appeared.

Firstly，As the old saying goes，the food is what matters to the people。 Food

plays an important role in peoples life。So food safety influences peoples

health and life。Secondly，some producers only think about earning money without

thinking about ensuring food safty。they produce unqualified food.Thirdly， some

food supervisory departpents dont perform their duty pletely。This behavior make

some producer ignore the safety of production.

If we want to solve problems that is illustrated former，we must call on the

supervisory department to manage the food market.And the producers must paly

their roles。 Lastly， we hope that there is law that punish illegal acts.

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

Now, the new semester has begun for more than one week. I gradually adapt

to my new life in senior school. In senior school, my biggest feeling is busy,

for I have classes all the day and teachers leave us a lot of homework. In the

morning, I have two periods for morning reading, Chinese and English, beginning

from 7:00. After that, I have four periods in the morning and four other in the

afternoon. There are many more subjects than in middle school, Chinese, math,

English, physics, chemistry, history and so on. Sometimes, I am afraid of seeing

so many textbooks in my desk. In addition, the contents are much more difficult

than before. Math and physics are the most difficult ones for me. No matter how

hard I work, I still can’t do well in them, which makes me frustrated.

Therefore, in the new beginning, I must change my learning strategies to make my

work more effective. All in all, my new life in new school is good and rich,

though it’s busy.
