Let me tell you a little about my lifestyle.

I often eat fruit and vegetables. Apples and oranges are my favorites. I love junk food, too, and I eat it three or four times a week. I sleep less than seven hours ever day. I often feel sleepy. 今天，是我实习这么多天来性质最不一样、意义最为重要的一天。因为今天我完成了人生职业生涯里第一堂课的教学，心中感慨颇多。

为了今天的这一堂课，虽说只是一个小学、一位老师，一堂简简单单的随堂课。但对我来说，却是最初的尝试，意义非同小可。所以我还是花费了很多的心血和精力，精心地准备了一番。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。
