我已经说了网络生活给人们带来的好处与坏处，那么我们该如何做呢？让网络消失这个建议不太现实，如果一个中学生特别是高中生，只知道遨游于书海中，那么他肯定不知道外面的高考、中考的新政策，就不知道应该从什么开始复习，如何找到重点。还是要从根本上下手，要控制玩手机的时间，让学生们知道事物的正反两方面，从而提高自己的自制力。
