With the gloomy prospect of returning to school, many students could suffer from post-holiday syndrome, which refers to a general feeling of depression before returning to campus life, which is caused by irregular lifestyles during the holiday. Symptoms include fatigue, lack of appetite and concentration, irritability and a feeling of helplessness.

Various reasons can account for it. But most important of all, a large number of students tend to overindulge themselves in eating, merrymaking and playing around during the holidays, which makes it difficult to adjust to their routine study schedule and life pace on the campus.

I have a very cheerful holiday in “The National Day”.

My parent and I went to Shanghai about nine days ago. We got there by plane, I think that shanghai must be a very big city, and there are a lot of tall buildings. First we went into the hotel named”chuang ye”.

And we saw the tall big building “Shanghai TV Tower”, at nine in the evening, we got back to the hotel. The second day, we visited Zhouzhuang. It’s very beautiful and the air was good, I bought my favorite toy : weapons. I like them very much. Shanghai’s food tasted good. Today we are very happy and tired, so we slept early in the night. The third day however, we didn’t go anywhere, we stayed in the hotel until late in the afternoon.

In the evening, we came back to Tianjin by plane to. This travel was fantastic!

Today is the National Day, I, Mom and Dad, Beibei brother and good friends Qingqing and sunny mom and dad to go to Shanxi Meile Amusement Park to play. I can be happy. Up along the hill，a kind of red flower called Triangle Plum will come into view. Its the City Flower of Sanya. Halfway up the hill，a tuft of Triangle Plum，de-scending like a waterfall，is a really amazing sight. Not far from the flower and at the foot of an old tree stands a tablet inscribed with the red Chinese characters Hai Shi Shan Meng(a solemn pledge of love.On the branches of the old tree are hanging many ribbons indicating the permanent love of peoples prayers. Walking along，you will see a pavilion called Shanmeng(unalterable love)Pavilion containing the Shanmeng Tablet，which corresponds to the four characters mentioned before. At the top of the hill，towers a twelve-meter(39 feet)high granite statue.The statue is really unique in its design;consisting of a deer looking back，flanked by the young Li hunter and the beautiful fairy girl，its a visual reminder of the memorable legend.
