The four most important components of a colorful life are quality of life,people,health and passion.The first,quality of life,can be achieved by doing everything to the best of our ability.If we do that,success will come to us.Second,we must value the people and relationships in our lives.People are the secret to happiness,so we must always treat them right.Third,we must treat our body right,too.It is difficult to enjor life without good health.The last ingredient,passion,is perhaps the most important.We must commit one hundred percent to our relationships and career.

We should have a passion for living. In conclusion,we can all have wonderful lives.All we have to do is remember that the for keys to a colorful life are:quality of life,people,health and passion.By paying attention to these things we are bound to live meaningfully and well.

生命是什么呢？晚上我在房间里独自思考这个问题。

忽然，一只小蚂蚁从墙角里钻了出来，它两脚爬得缓慢，停停歇歇，不知道怎么了。就在这时，它突然不动了，肚皮朝上，好像死了。可是过了一会儿，只见它的触角微微颤动了一下，紧接着，它的几只脚也开始活动。但它挣扎着，极力蹬着几条腿，似乎想站立起来。它一次又一次地努力，并没有让它如愿以偿，每当它试图站起来走一步的时候，就马上跌倒了……经过无数次磕磕绊绊，它终于能够站起来了，我为它感到高兴。就是这么一个弱小的生命，但小蚂蚁却以顽强的意志力在困难面前坚强地抬起头。这种强烈的求生欲望令我感到无比震惊，一个毫不起眼的小蚂蚁居然也那么珍视自己的生命！

大家都知道“张海迪”吧？她体弱多病，5岁时就被诊断为患有脊髓血管瘤导致高位截瘫。可是，在面对种种困难时，她并没有沮丧和沉沦，她以坚忍不拔、不屈不挠的精神与疾病斗争。校园里虽然没有她的脚印，但它就像一名学生一样自己学习了英语、德语、日语和世界语，成为了一位著名的作家。她的经历，好像不是一个残疾人所能做到的，可是她就是奇迹般地做到了，凭着她坚强不屈的精神，靠着她对生命和生活的热爱！我们这些正常人，个个都体格健壮，但有些人却以赌博、游戏的形式来浪费光阴，浪费生命。看到这一切，我不禁想对那些人们说：“赶快结束你们的‘游戏人生’吧！与张海迪那样的残疾人相比，你们应该更加热爱生活、热爱生命啊！长时间的赌博、游戏只会让你的人生、你的生活变得更加无趣、单调以及枯燥无味。要知道，这种生活可算是‘慢性自杀’啊！”

前几天，我看到报纸上有这一则新闻：安徽省阜阳市3月份以来已有789名儿童感染肠道病毒EV71，19人经全力抢救无效死亡，目前仍有204例住院治疗和留院观察。见到这样的消息，我心头怦然一震：789人染上EV71病毒，竟有19人抢救无效死亡！多么惊人的数据！在一个省内，竟有这么多个小生命被病魔夺去！可见生命是多么的脆弱，只要稍不留意，就可能失去它。

光阴是一去不返，生命也是一去不返。生命有开始，也有尽头，有的时候顽强，有的时候脆弱，我们可以好好保护它、使用它，也可以白白浪费它、糟蹋它。一切全由自己决定，我们必须对自己负责。

在生活中，我们总会遇到一些风风雨雨、坎坎坷坷，就像张海迪所说的：“在生活中，即使跌倒一百次，也要第一百零一次站起来！”在困难面前，我们一定要努力去克服它，而不能显示出自己的软弱。上帝既然赐予我们有限的生命，我们就应该珍惜它，爱护它。只有热爱生活，珍惜生命，才能使自己活得光彩有力。
