洗好青椒和尖山椒、柿子、香菇以后，就开始揉面，首先我挖了少半碗面粉放入面盆，加入200克水。好了，开始揉吧！“一二、一二、一二……”哎呦！揉了这么一小会儿我就累得张嘴喘，“可晓得我的妈妈平时做三人份的面条，揉起来得多累啊！”我自言自语地说。终于揉好了，切成面条，水开了把面条先放进去，把青椒等蔬菜切成小块也一同放入锅中，煮了大约十分钟，就熟了。
