“南风”法则

“南风法则”也称“温暖”法则，源于法国作家拉丹封写的一则寓言：北风和南风比威力，看谁能把行人身上的大衣脱掉。北风首先来一个冷风凛冽寒冷刺骨，结果行人为了抵御北风的侵袭，便把大衣裹得紧紧的。南风则徐徐吹动，顿时，风和日丽，行人因为觉得春暖上身，始而解开纽扣，继而脱掉大衣，南风获得了胜利。

分析：这则寓言形象说明了一个道理：温暖胜于严寒。我们做人也要遵循这种法则，给人一个微笑，给人一句暖语，给人一种谦让，为别人着想，那么，社会将变得美好，你也会得到他人的尊重和回报。

理查·柏德是个很有趣的作家，他曾经是个优秀的报社记者。某一天，他感觉自己再也无法受困于某些在生命中纠结的难题，决定让生活在他最爱的海滨重新简单起来。于是他身无长物地来到海滨，成为一个浪人。他的身体和匮乏的物质交战，心灵则在潮汐之间洗涤。

梭罗在瓦尔登湖边写了他的《湖滨散记》，柏德在密拉玛海边写了《海滨浪行》，并在人迹稀少的海边，开始探索“人的真正问题”。

对世界来说，这是一种反动；对他而言，这是一个反省。他开始面对贫穷、饥饿以及寂寞，在沮丧和快乐的两端，他像个钟锤般地摆荡。然而这一段日子，也使久久在都市中翻滚的他敢于高声唱出心中的歌。他说：“我们日日夜夜在生活中渴求轻松与自由，却因为他人一点一滴灌输给我们的恐惧而鲜少获得。我们怕唱走音，怕拍子错误，也怕唱漏了音符，于是心底的歌被压抑住了，没有高声唱出。这样的压抑，使我们未老先衰。”
