奥运会的赛场上，一面面五星红旗的升起，向世界展现了体育强国的中国；亚丁湾、南沙、东海上的中国舰队，向世界展现了军事强国的中国；诺贝尔文学奖、神州飞船升天、利比亚大撤侨，向世界展现了综合实力的中国。

中国梦、强国梦、复兴梦——美丽的梦。

阿拉伯谚语曾说："有健康的人，便有希望；有希望的人，便有了一切".就每个个体而言，没有健康为基础，一切的梦想都将是海市蜃楼。健康是梦想的翅膀，它将载着你的梦想飞得更高更远。

小时候我的梦想是成为一个科学家，用知识来改变世界；长大了妈 妈说：去学医吧，用你的双手来拯救生命；当我成为母亲后，我才明白，我真心渴望的梦想是健康，希望它能够追随我的孩子成长，希望它能让我的父母常伴身边，希望它能让每一个人有机会放飞梦想。

29年前，当我迈进医学院的大门时，老师问的第一个问题就是：什么是医生？如何做一名合格的医生？

医生就是：健康所系，性命所托；有时治愈，常常帮助，总是安慰。医生就是："若有疾厄来求救者，不得问其责贱贫富，长幼妍媸，怨亲善友，华夷智愚，普同一等，皆如至亲之想；亦不得瞻前顾后，自虑吉凶，护惜身命。见彼苦恼，若己有之，深心凄怆，勿避艰险、昼夜、寒暑、饥渴、疲劳，一心赴救，无作功夫形迹之心，如此可为苍生大医…… "这就是我得到的答案，也将成为我为之献出一生的职业。

"健康所系，性命所托",20余年来这句话时刻伴随着我的行医生涯。

健康是什么？是人体生理和心理的健全和康健。性命是什么？是每一个生物体赖以生存的载体。没有了载体，便没有生物体的一切。

曾有一位患癌症晚期的老师对我感慨道："躺在病床上，我才明白，健康是多么地珍贵，只有它才能让你有机会完成任何梦想。"这么多年，见过生生死死多少人，我以为自己的心已经僵硬。但当父亲躺在我的怀中，用期盼的目光望着我，希望我能挽救他的生命时，我的心碎裂了，那彻骨的痛遍及全身。()此时我也终于明白了医生可以治病，无力救命的说法。每一次在八宝山的告别厅里，望着大厅里一张张留恋的照片，我都会心痛。此时，生命就是我们所追求的唯一目的地。

2012年7月31日，浙江电台音乐调频动听968主持人郭梦秋于家中突发心肌梗塞，经急送医院抢救无效辞世，年仅25岁。一时间，网友震动，是什么原因让一个花季少女猝死？一场关于"生命、压力、猝死"的讨论在网络上展开。

23岁的女白领方言2011年12月16日因急性胃溃疡导致失血性休克而去世。据悉，12月14日，她忍着胃痛还在上班，15日被确诊为急性胃炎，第二天去世。其生前在微博上自称长期加班、熬夜，每天晚上9点后晚餐，"连假都请不出来".

2004年，企业资产总规模达到25亿元的均瑶集团原董事长、著名民营企业家王均瑶突患直肠癌英年早逝。38岁的他，在去世前不久，还雄心勃勃地准备创办自己的航空公司。熟悉他的人都说，他是累死的！

还有彭作义、杨迈、汤君年……这一长串名单上的每一位，都是非常成功的企业家，拥有无可限量的美好前景，但都因为劳累，绷断了生命之弦，在人生的黄金年华便早早逝去，不由人不扼腕长叹。

根据国家统计局数据，2011年中国全年死亡人数890万人，其中非正常死亡320万人。单项统计中因过劳而死人数达60万人；大气污染死亡38.5万人；自杀28.7万人；药物不良反应死亡20万人；道路交通事故死亡10万人等。

面对这一串串令人触目惊心的数据，一位医学专家一语道破玄机："他们缺乏健康智商！"由此，导致他们恣意挥霍精力，透支健康，对不断出现的危险信号漠然视之，其结果必定是陷入疾病的沼泽，甚至过早坠入死亡的深渊。日复一日的紧绷，生命琴弦猝断。

我想此时：活着，且有质量地活着就是我们所向往的目标。

态度决定健康。前几日，有一个同学找我，"医生，我最近不舒服，上网查了一下，我觉得我得了什么什么病，我要全面检查一下。"还有的人找到医生说："我在电视上看了什么健康讲座，我觉得说的就是我的病，它推荐的治疗方法我要试一试。"随着网络的普及以及人们对自身健康的关注，类似于以上的病人越来越多，怎么评价他们？我不禁想起孙思邈《大医精诚》所言："世有愚者，读方三年，便谓天下无病可治；及治病三年，乃知天下无方可用。"关心自己、相信科学、理性对待这才是对健康认识的正确态度。

什么是美？健康就是你最美丽的形象；什么是财富？健康就是你一生最大的财富。什么是事业？健康就是你经营最成功的事业。

什么是梦想？梦想是翱翔的雄鹰，梦想是脚踩的土地；梦想是明天的未来，梦想是今天的奋斗；梦想是我们最美丽地憧憬，梦想是你们最真实地现实。

我的梦想就是将健康的知识和理念传播给每一个身边的人，告诉大家善待自己、关爱自己、珍惜自己，拥有健康的身体，有能力放飞自己的梦想。

中国人在强壮，中华民族在复兴，中国在腾飞，健康的翅膀将载着美丽的中国梦在华夏大地、在全世界、在浩瀚的宇宙中越飞越远。
