As long ago as 1809, the Swedish Parliament introduced a scheme to safeguard the interest of the individual. A parliamentary committee representing all political parties appoints a person who is suitably qualified to investigate private grievances against the State. The official title of the person is Justiteombudsman, but the Swedes commonly refer to him as the J. O. or Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is not subject to political pressure. He investigates complaints large and small that come to him from all levels of society. As complaints must be made in writing, the Ombudsman receives an average of 1, 200 letters a year. He has eight lawyer assistants to help him and he examines every single letter in detail. There is nothing secretive about the Ombudsmans work, for his correspondence is open to public inspection. If a citizens complaint is justified, the Ombudsman will act on his behalf. The action he takes varies according to the nature of the complaint. He may gently reprimand an official or even suggest to parliament that a law be altered. The following case is a typical example of the Ombudsmans work.

A foreigner living in a Swedish village wrote to the Ombudsman complaining that he had been ill-treated by the police, simply because he was a foreigner. The Ombudsman immediately wrote to the Chief of Police in the district asking him to send a record of the case. There was nothing in tthe record to show that the foreigners complaint was justified and the Chief of Police strongly denied the accusation. The lawyer ascertained that a policeman had indeed dealt roughly with foreigners on several occasions. 这话对于像我这样成天与计算机和学生为伍的人，自然十分应该。对于在田里、坡上终日劳作的农人来说，恐怕就显得多余了。春天，“有情芍药含春泪，无力蔷薇卧晓枝”时，他们却“晨兴理荒秽，待月荷锄归”;夏夜，“荷风送香气，竹露滴清响”时，他们便“开轩面场圃，把酒话桑麻”，何等惬意!没有了子女拖累的城里老人，女的整天泡在秧歌队里，男的遛鸟、钓鱼，也是自得其乐!我在运动中得到了一个启示：只要肯下功夫，坚持做下去，再怎么艰难的事情，你都会成功的!以前，我经常感冒，身体不好，因为运动，所以我有了一个健康的身体。我们的身体最重要的就是健康，而健康就与体育运动密切相关，多做运动，能强身健体，有益身心。所以，我喜欢体育运动。我喜欢的体育运动是跑步，它是体育运动最简单而有最有成效的一项运动。我喜欢慢跑，因为我不想错过，沿途中有很多美丽的风景，有能发触人的好奇心的人和事。如果慢跑，我就能把它们当多一段美好的回忆，而不会擦肩而过。每天早晨，太阳初升的时候，当落叶飘飘悠悠地从树上掉下来，当阳光透过叶缝的那一刻，我爱慢跑，一边感受大自然的恩赐，一边享受运动的无限快乐。

这样辛苦了一天，正准备下山时，当树叶不再飘忽，而落叶满地的时候，我爱慢跑。一边看着太阳公公留下那橘红的弧线，一边眺着远初那碧绿的田园风光。在体育课上，我爱慢跑。因为我想跑在后头，看着同学们的背影，我想把他们留在我的眼里，留在我的心里，也留在我的回忆里。大家从五湖四海集在一个班里，也算是缘分，我不想错过这么美好的记忆。国不可以一日无君，家不可一日无主，我们不可一天无运动。我爱体育运动，爱它给我带来的一个健康的身体!朋友，你呢，你是否也经常生病呢?如果是的话，那你就赶快行动起来吧!让运动给你带来一个健康的身体吧!

Panda is familiar by more and more people as the development of Internet. Now people can see the live show from the Internet. These lovely angels are favored by the fans from all over the world. What they do in the daily life makes people laugh out loudly. No one can resist the charm from these angels. But it is known to all that panda is dying out, because it is not easy for them to get birth to the new babies. What’s more, people damage the environment, which makes panda lose their home. We can do small things to protect them. When we go to the zoo, we should not throw away the rubbish and keep quiet, in the purpose of not to disturb these lovely creature. We love panda, it is our duty to protect them from dying out.

Taking The Exercise

Today, as the development of the electronic products, people like to use

the electronic products very much. They count on these products because they are

so convenient and funny. So people pay a lot of attention on the electronic

products, and most people even don’t like to go out and they spend all the day

playing the computer games.

Staying too much time indoors is not good for people’s health, they need to

walk out of the house and take the exercise. It is advised that we should take

exercise for an hour everyday. We can take the jogging early in the morning or

in the evening. We not only can take in the fresh air, but also can see the

different scenery.

If we take the regular exercise, we will keep the strong body and when are

old, we can go any place we want to.

参加锻炼

今天，随着电子产品的发展，人们很喜欢使用电子产品。他们依赖于这些产品，因为电子产品不仅方便，也很有趣。因此人们把注意力都放在了电子产品，大部分人甚至不喜欢外出，整天呆在家玩电脑游戏。

呆在室内太长时间不利于人们的健康，他们需要走出室内，参加锻炼。据建议，我们应该每天锻炼一个小时。我们可以在早上或者傍晚慢跑，不仅可以呼吸新鲜的空气，也可以看到不同的风景。
