Nowadays, with the development of Internet, people count on the Internet to

do a lot of things. The most common thing is to follow the information they are

interested in. Most people like to write down their comments, while as there is

no law to limit the comment. I always see the negative words. Internet has

become a main way for people to attack others. So horrible it is. We should be a

wise person. The way we respect others decides what kind of person we are. It is

unwise to follow the bad comment and attack others. We need to have our own

judgment and be a nice person.

I think smiling is as important as sunshine. Smiling is like sunshine

because it can make people happy and have a good day. If you aren’t happy, you

can smile, and then you will feel happy. Someone may say, “But I don’t feel

happy.” Then I would say, “Please smile as you do when you are happy or play

with your friends happily. You will really be happy again.”

You don’t like crying, right? So you must prefer smiling, because you know

smiling will let people forget everything unhappy. Every day, we see teachers or

students and say, “Hi/Hello! How are you?” At the same time, you are smiling,

right?

Smiling can let you have more friends. With a smile, people will know

you’re a kind person. They will talk with you, so you will have more and more

责任心

各位领导、同事们：

大家好！今天，我怀着无比喜悦的心情站在这里，来向大家告白我对邮政的热爱与执着！我演讲的题目是《责任心》。 责任心是什么呢？责任心它是一种使命，一种做人的态度。小而言之，在一个家庭里，作为父母，你有抚养和教育子女的责任；作为儿女，你同样需要尽到孝顺父母的责任，这些责任都是不可推卸的，是每个公民应尽的责任，也是社会发展不可或缺的动力。如果没有这样的责任感、责任心，无法想象我们的社会会变成什么样子。

我们无论做什么事，都需要有一份责任心，天下无难事，只怕有心人，一份工作，并不是努力去做就不难，更重要的是一份责心！但是要怎么样才算是有责任心呢？就是我们每位员工在自己的工作岗位上竭尽全力，做好每一件小事。譬如我是邮政一名普通员工，我的工作职责是代收电话费、水电费、收寄包裹等。我的工作要求我以客户为中心，认真做好业务范围内的服务工作，让顾客满意。客户事情无小事，必须尽力尽责。因为不尽职，事绝对做不好，我们工作做不好，就直接影响到客户感知，容易引起客户强烈的不满，进而也会影响我们开展工作。例如在100次的任务中，我们完成了99次，可能会骄傲的说成功率是99%，但是顾客得到的1%却是100%的不满意！这就要求我们带着强烈的责任心，

自觉约束，担当起责任。

责任心它也是是一种担当，一种约束，一种动力，一种魅力。一个人有了责任心才能实现自己的承诺；有了责任心才能够正视困难勇往直前；有了责任心才能够得到别人的尊重，塑造高尚人格。每天前来邮政办业务的人很多，前台的工作更是纷乱繁杂，为做好客户的工作，我们此时需要有一份责任心，一份在繁忙之中保持一颗永恒的心，对每一个客户微笑，耐心回答客户的问题，认真完成每一单业务。客户的满意是对我们工作最大的认可，也是我们拥有责任心的重要体现。

对顾客微笑也是责任心的一种体现。我们邮政所经营的业务有速递、物流、金融、保险、报刊、杂志、电子商务等等，目前市场同质化的程度很高，加上我们的传统业务在日益的萎缩，目前市场的竞争是越来越激烈，而且同行各业更是不断把提升服务质量作为抢占市场的首要方式，我们的市场在逐步的被侵占、被瓜分。例如与我们邮政相比同为服务行业的沃尔玛每周可以赢取2亿客户的光顾，靠的是什么？靠的是3米微笑原则，它要求员工做到“当顾客走到距离你3米范围内时，你要温和地看着顾客的眼睛向他打招呼，并询问需要哪些帮助。微笑是最美的语言，是最好的名片，它给客户留下了深刻的第一印象，它也是我们做好服务工作最重要的一个环节，更是责任心的一种体现和需要。

It is indeed difficult to live without a mobile phone as it helps us in day

to day activities. I cannot live without a mobile phone. Todays generation uses

mobile phones for chatting, surfing and playing games. They dont use the mobile

phone for the real purpose. I admit that living wothout a mobile phone is

extremely difficult but I can live without addicting apps like Facebook, Twitter

etc. The iPhone is a gadget that is encouraging to use social apps and addicting

games. These gadgets though facilitate our work but are making us their slaves.

For example, if a persons iPhone is not working properly, he will be filled

with anger. As new technology is creating new gadgets, so are people raising new

demands. They also hamper academics. Buy a mobile phone but use it for something

productive.

Seldom did we express our own ideas. I suggest that teachers should interact with students more frequently in the class. 那么什么是安全责任呢？有人认为就是有健全的法律、法规、规章制度，有健全的劳动纪律管理办法。。。。。。，当然，这是必不可少的。从所周知，各类安全检查、安全教育、安全活动、安全制度、安全举措不可谓不多，领导不可谓不重视，企业技术装备水平不可谓不高，可是各种各样的习惯性违章却时有发生，各种事故依然频频不断，仅2011年全国共发生各类事故3.4万余起，死亡人数7.5万余人以上，重特大事故时有发生，每年因事故造成的经济损失不下4000亿元以上。这是为什么呢？“天下之事。不难于立法，而难于法之必行，不难于听言，而难于言之必效”，做好安全工作缺的不是工作思路，决策部署、措施手段，所缺的是执行的坚决性和严肃性，做好安全工作的自觉性和高度负责的主动性。

人最宝贵的是生命，有生命才会创造奇迹，没有生命，一切将无从谈起，安全责任就是生命的守护神，责任让家庭宁静、安全，爱意盈盈！责任让工作更有战斗力和竞争力！责任让社会平安、稳健发展！责任让美丽的生命健康永恒！

安全系于责任，失去责任，随之而来的就是哭声、是血泪、是家庭的破碎，是企业的泥潭，是社会无法承受之重。责任多一份，隐患少十分。

一个悲情的瞬间，一声声哀痛的呼唤，像一块寒冷的冰，撞击着我们的眼球，刺激着我们的神经，搅动着我们的心灵，让我们尝试用安全领域的反面阴影摆脱正面光环的掩盖，对人们形成一种记忆的刺激与强化，刺激人们对那些忽视安全事件的长久记忆，刺激人们对不可推卸的安全责任的重新认识。不管你在什么样的岗位，不管你从事什么样的工作，请看到事故的危害，平安的可贵。让我们用责任来抲护身边的每一个生命。

幸福和痛苦也许就在一念之间，只缘于你触碰了那本不该触碰的“高压线”。安全关系你、我、他，任何一个环节的缺失都会以你、我、他，甚至更多的无辜生命为代价，在岗一天，就要尽职一天，岗位上的一时疏忽也许留给你的是一世的痛苦和不幸。

按照事故致因：事故的发生都是由人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、管理上的缺陷所造成的，减少和消除事故的根源就要求牢记“安全责任、重在落实”这八个字。落实是一种观念、一种意志、一种责任，更是一种文化，只有我们立足岗位，履行职责，从大处着眼，从小处着手，从我做起，把每一件事做好、做实，把每一件事做精、做细，坚定信念，不辱使命，管住我们的行为，

看好我们的设备，不瞎指挥，那么安全事故就会大大的减少，甚至杜绝事故的发生。

前车之鉴，后事之事，如果我们不能同这些悲痛的教训中吸取经验教训，那么事故也许会在某天不期而至，俗话说：安全生产得之于严，失之于宽，责任制不能一定了之，责任状不能一签就完。写在纸上，挂在墙上，喊在嘴上的责任如果不落实，不建立和完善目标管理体系，不加强责任目标的量化考核，强化安全责任追究，那么安全工作往往半途而废或功亏一篑，安全责任重在落实必须成为企业的一种文化，成为让每位员工必须长期坚持落实的责任和意志，养成的一种职业习惯。

Im glad to receive your letter. Now I will tell you something about my plan for summer vacation after the final exam. Firstly, I will learn to drive. I think driving can be useful. Secondly, I will take some English courses. Thirdly, I will visit some tourist attractions. It must be very exciting. Last, I will do some reading in the vacation. What about you? I do not know the reason why some people want to get up late。 They will

never have the opportunity to enjoy (of enjoying) the fresh air and calmness of

the morning。 This is indeed a quite regrettable thing。To rise early is a good

habit (which) we should cultivate。 Why? Because the best time when we can pursue

our studies is in the morning。 In addition， early rising is also good to our

health。 I hope that everybody our knows the reason why we must rise early。

During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle a closed friend of my father transferred from Shanxi to Yantai a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea the clean and soft sand on the beach the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there the sky was turning grey little by little the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries then suddenly in the faraway horizon golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon so big and so red it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.
