Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

暑假有来了。我很高兴我能忘掉学校至少一段时间。免得我我浪费了这个暑假,我做了一个计划如何度过我的暑假。首先,我认为我应该复习所有我的老师一学期教的那些东西,这样我就可以有更好的理解。然后我想我应该参加一些不同形式的运动,如散步、跑步划船、让我身体强壮。它的原看在这样的一个很好的计划,我应该好好利用我的休假。事实上我也这么 做了,因此我没有辜负了我的计划。

You may feel that college life is boring. We dont know how to deal with the plenty of spare time. But I think the college life will become wonderful as long as you make it meaningful.

今天是周末，我写完作业看见妈妈正要做饭，就对妈妈说：“妈妈，我帮您做饭吧?”妈妈疑惑的问我：“你可以么?”我对妈妈说：“您放心吧!包在我身上!”妈妈说：“那好吧!就让你试一试吧!”

在妈妈的看护和指导下，我首先把大米蒸上。然后开始准备菜，一开冰箱，哇噻!都是我喜欢吃的菜，有鸡蛋、西红柿、豆角、辣椒、蒜苔、土豆、白菜、葱等。于是我就从冰箱中取了鸡蛋、一个土豆、一棵葱、辣椒，首先我把葱切成两半，一半和鸡蛋炒、一半和土豆、辣椒炒。其次，将土豆削皮，切块。最后，把鸡蛋打开，在碗里搅匀备用。这时米饭蒸好了，看着一个个晶莹剔透的大米粒，白白的香喷喷的，看了就想吃一口。

下面开始炒菜了，我先把油倒到铁锅里，等油热了，把切好的葱和鸡蛋放入油锅，不停的翻炒，一会，等鸡蛋变黄了，放点盐、调料、味精，在翻了翻，出锅。下一道菜，驾轻就熟，看着色泽鲜嫩，尝一口咸甜可口，正合适。饭菜放到桌上，看着自己亲手做出的饭菜，闻着饭菜的香味，看着全家人脸上的笑容，我开心的笑了。
