二、存在的不足：

主动出击不够。思想政治工作具有很强的针对性和时效性，由于工作人员缺乏，条件有限，加上老师们授课任务重，很大程度上局限于又好又快的完成本职工作，缺乏时间、精力主动策划支部活动进行主动出击。

三、今后努力的方向：
