第三节课的上课铃打响了，我们的元旦晚会准时开始了，只见我们的投影仪上端挂着四个大字——元旦快乐，我们的主持人李姝峰站起，大声地说：“第一个节目，由朱香凝为大家乐器演奏——横笛。”只见朱香凝手持横笛到了讲台上，开始吹起来，悠扬、婉转、动听的横笛声立刻就将我们带入了那如诗如画般的江南风景，让我们仿佛看见了那“儿童放学归来早，忙趁东风放纸鸢”，看见了那“桃花流水鳜鱼肥”的情景，一曲未了，我们就已经深深地陶醉了。

趁着我们陶醉的功夫，李姝峰又接着上台，“接下来请听房孝锴同学带给大家的歌曲——长江之歌!”在我们热烈的鼓掌声中，房孝锴同学面带微笑地走上了讲台，有些缅甸，还没等站稳就开始唱起来，全班同学顿时哄堂大笑，就在我们的笑声中，房孝锴大声清晰，虽然有些跑调的唱完了“长江之歌”。

接下来，还有王书林小组合唱的青春舞曲，张淑豪、侯心阳、尹梦蕾带给大家的“素颜”和“娃娃脸”，那优美圆润的歌喉，让全班同学爆发出阵阵掌声，还有全班同学的合唱、刘宗源、张振林的笑话等等……整个晚会，全班同学都显得热血沸腾一般，每个人都是红光满面的。

不知过了多久，当全班合唱完了之后，老师一声令下，元旦晚会结束，我们看了看表，天哪!都快放学了，这个晚会不知不觉中整整开了两个多小时唉，晚会结束后，同学们还都沉浸在晚会的热闹中，老师不紧不慢地说：“这次开这个晚会，主要是想让同学们放松一下，希望大家在不久之后的期末考试取得好成绩，到那时，咱们再开一次更大的晚会!“老师的话，再一次赢得了全班同学的满堂喝彩，同学们个个干劲十足，精力充沛，个个渴望那期末考试后的晚会，当然，晚会还需要好成绩的衬托啊!这就需要我们在考试之前，认真学习，为晚会打好基础了

2015年12月20日，在康利酒店中，我们五年级四班举行了一个仅次于开国大典的晚会。参加人员有全班同学(个别人没去)以及家长，开始迎来6个小时的狂欢。

会场在酒店7楼。走出电梯，映入眼帘的是白色与紫色的大幕布，把墙给遮住了，再往左右看，就是同学们那一张张充满笑容的脸。走进一个无门的大厅，看到的是一个大型T字台，上面铺着一块又大又长的红地毯，往上看，是一条大横幅，上面的内容是：祝五四班圣诞晚会圆满成功。再往前看就是十几张桌子。

家长和同学陆续到场，按照规定的位置做好，等待晚会的开始。

发完礼物，就是是我最期待的吃饭!作为超级吃货的我，我终于可以大显身手了!上菜了，我的心里早就跃跃欲试了，结果……我没有想到的是我们桌都是吃货!香喷喷的饭菜一转眼就没有了，我们桌真是可以练就“吃货擒拿手”了。

开始表演节目了，李思璇和王昊开始主持节目，第一首就是现在红遍网络、红遍广场舞届的《小苹果》!这首红歌我们早已熟悉不过了。我们的同学跑上舞台又跳又唱起来，我们已经嗨到极点了!

我们开始了游戏时间，仍然继续去年的传统：萝——卜——蹲!43名同学分为4组，游戏开始，我们组规定出计划，我们组是胜券在握了。我们组合其他组大战三百回合，突然，三个组口误，我们组就胜利啦!游戏环节结束了，我们都很留恋。

又开始表演节目了，小品逗我笑的是人仰马翻、相声是让我觉得风趣幽默、舒缓的歌声把我带到如香甜的梦中，而急速的歌声把我带到摇滚的世界中。

开始抽奖环节了!我很激动……每人一张扑克牌，家长又拿出一个神秘的箱子出来，家长拿手掏进箱子里，先抽三等奖，抽三次，奖品是电子称，但我并没有被抽到，我有点儿遗憾。

接下来又到了玩游戏的环节了，游戏规则是：两个人的胳膊互相搭起来，饰演大树一角，一位同学蹲在大树的下面，松原妈妈说：大树，两组的大树交换。说老鼠，两组的老鼠交换。说地震，老鼠、大树都交换······经过几轮游戏后，我都胜出了，得到了奖励。

相声、小品开始了，同学们一个个捧腹大笑，把整个晚会推向了高潮······

又到了抽奖的环节，我梦寐以求的羽毛球拍就在眼前，我开始有些紧张。哎!又是擦肩而过呀!

最后是发放圣诞礼物。我们都排好队，一个一个有秩序地领取礼物——小黄人儿。太高兴了······

这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

每一次的教研活动都是对前一阶段教学的反思，反思我们的教学常规，反思我们的教学理念，反思我们的教学基本功。反思的同时探究更好的，适合我们的孩子的教学方法。因为我们都追求一个目标——让学生真正学到知识并运用知识，感受学习英语的乐趣。通过这次的教研活动，让我受益匪浅，体会颇深。

一、提高自身的专业素养。每一次参加完教研活动后总是觉得我还有很多东西需要加强。如提高口语表达能力，驾驭课堂的能力等等。只有这样才能更好的完成教育教学工作。

二、不断完善课堂教学。应该说每一次英语教研活动，我们都会从中汲取很多好的教学方法。也就是说。很多英语老师在平日繁重的教学过程中，都在不断地学习，探究，不断地完善自己的课堂教学，从而不断地提高课堂教学效率。

三、重视评价，关注学生的情感。英语课并不是简单地知识的累加，而是一个综合体。每一单元的内容都是有思想的，都是很好的教育材料，应该把情感教育应用到每一节英语课上。简单地让学生只学一些词和句子没有什么实际意义，有些学生态度冷淡，情感脆弱，关注学生的情感态度培养是必需的。一句鼓励的话，让学生兴奋，促使他们集中精力，积极完成课堂上的各种教学活动。

希望能多参加这样的教研活动，学习别人的长处，弥补自己的不足，不断提高自己的业务水平。

12月26日晚上，我们学校举行了一年一度的圣诞晚会。

吃完饭，老师带我们表演节目的人画上了五彩缤纷的妆，我们怀着兴致勃勃，激动无比的心情来到宽大的体育馆。哇，体育馆里到处欢声笑语，人山人海。晚会终于开始了，有的扮成“小猫”正在喵喵叫，有的扮成“蝴蝶”飞翔的样子，有的扮成“小花”开着的样子，各式各样的。终于到我们班了，我们表演的是“快乐的小朋友”，我们脖子上戴着拉花，手上拿着铃铛，表演节目。我们表演得是一些小朋友帮助一个小女孩的故事。音乐声响起，我领着表演节目的小朋友排着三角形的队伍上台，因为是第一次表演，我十分紧张，不过一会我就放松了，进入了状态。其他班也表演了精彩的节目，有的唱，有的跳，各显神通，时间过得真快，一眨眼，两个小时过去了，圣诞晚会在小朋友的欢声笑语中结束了，我和妈妈依依不舍地离开了体育馆。此时，我的心情兴奋无比。
