If the Gala can be redesigned to enrich its performance further, it will get away from being mediocre. But it is unnecessary to expect achieving its previous success. Today, I participated in the Arbor Day activity organized by my class. It was fun.

听说“希腊”（403班）的“点蜡烛”好玩又简单，我便和好朋友金宇虹手拉手一起去碰碰运气。一到那儿，一条“长龙”即映入眼帘，看来这个项目很受同学们的欢迎。我们随着人流走进了龙尾行列。慢慢地，我们进入了龙头的行列。我伸头前望，只见一个瘦小的女孩一下子就点燃了三根蜡烛而顺利通关了。“这个游戏的确挺简单的嘛！通关对于我来说应该不成问题。”于是，我信心十足地站在队中，不时向前移动着脚步。就在快轮到我时，一种莫名的担忧涌上心头：万一我动作慢了烧到手怎么办？同学们会不会笑话我呀？“快，轮到你了。”金宇虹对我说。我猛地回过神来，接过火柴，闪亮登场。“哧——”火柴擦着了，我急忙将火柴移向蜡烛。可是这火苗像故意跟我作对似的，东躲西藏，就是不和烛芯亲热。无奈，最后以失败而告终。我定了定神，又擦燃了第二根。这次我吸取教训，放慢了速度。谁知，这“熊熊大火”还没等到我移向蜡烛已经亲吻了我的手指，我只好大叫着将它扔到了地上。此刻，我狼狈极了，但为了尊严故作镇定。我又擦燃了第三根、第四根……时间到了，最终我只点燃了一支蜡烛！看来，不论何时都不能轻信别人的话，只有亲身下河才能知深浅，只有亲口尝梨才能之酸甜呐！

圣诞节对于我来说，并没有太强烈的感觉，最深刻的印象，莫过于杰通英语学堂举办的一年一度的圣诞庆典了。

杰通英语学堂，总是将每一年的圣诞庆典作为年度的学业总结和欢庆。这一天，也是我们学堂所有学员最开心、最快乐的一天。因为在这一天里，我们可以摆脱枯燥的课本，在欢歌笑语中度过狂欢的节日！

今年的圣诞庆典也不例外，我们盼望已久的圣诞庆典终于在星期天隆重举行了。我们一早来到学堂，哇噻，学堂里张灯结彩，不知是哪位老师扮成的圣诞老人，正乐呵呵地欢迎着我们的到来，动感的音乐让人心花怒放。舞台上挂满五颜六色的彩球，在高大的圣诞树旁，摆放着一架钢琴。老师们将学堂装扮得喜气洋洋，美轮美奂。走进学堂，仿佛走进了美妙的童话世界，每个人脸上都洋溢着愉快的笑容。

随着《欢乐颂》乐曲的响起，学堂十二位老师戴着圣诞帽、穿着红裙子，踏着欢快的音乐，又蹦又跳来到舞台中央。老师们用标准好听的英语为我们演唱，边唱边跳，赢得了大家阵阵热烈的掌声。老师们用精彩的歌舞，为我们拉开了圣诞庆典的序幕。我们每个人都准备了节目，钢琴独奏、合唱、小品、现场书法……但最激动人心的，还是李老师在节目间隔穿插宣布的年度学业明星。李老师每次只宣布十个同学，获得学业明星称号的同学兴高采烈地跑上舞台领取证书和一张全英文迪斯尼动画光碟。全场响起雷鸣般的掌声，大家更期待李老师的下一次宣布。

然而掀起圣诞庆典高潮的，是每次提着大彩袜子走上舞台，每次只抽取三个幸运观众的圣诞老人。大家一看到圣诞老人走上舞台，总是欢呼起来，翘首而望，紧张地期待着自己成为幸运观众。圣诞老人从彩袜子里抽出小卡片，点到名字的幸运观众总是“噢耶！”地欢呼起来，连蹦带跳地跑上舞台接过满满一袋学习用具的奖品，在大家极度羡慕的眼光中回到座位……

在今年的圣诞庆典中，我表演了钢琴独奏《小天鹅曲》，还和同学表演了英语小品、小合唱，并获得年度学业明星称号，又幸运地成为幸运观众，收获满满！老师和我们度过了一个快乐又幸福的圣诞节！

星期五，跆拳道教练发短信说，要组织我们去舒体健身房开一个圣诞晚会。

刚回到家，妈妈就赶紧把这个好消息告诉了我，我兴奋地不行。匆匆忙忙把给朋友们要送的礼物都装到一个盒子里，就飞奔在了去往健身房的路上。因为当天是圣诞节，大街上人来人往非常热闹。

到了舒体才发现，教练已经为我们准备好了礼物，正要分发呢!轮到我时，教练给了我一个平安果和一个荧光棒。之后，我们就高高兴兴的去后台做表演准备了。之前我们就准备了好多节目：有走演实战，有流水作业，而我将要表演的是“护身术”。

台上一个个精彩的节目，在观众热烈的掌声中结束了。终于轮到我们组上场了，飞快地在台上找到事先定好的位置。由于我们三个表演的是“被打”地角色，所以要配合着主角做动作，还要不时做出很痛苦的表情，最后被打趴在地。不仅如此，对手还要在我身上狠狠地踩一下，而我要挣扎一下然后倒地。哈哈!别看我们是配角，可这表演也还是有点难度的哦!

最后压轴出场的是侯教练，他要表演的是硬气功。只见庞教练拿一根电棒猛打他的背，只听“嘣”的一声，电棒被打的粉碎，我吓得赶紧捂住了眼睛。下台后，我们才发现教练的背上留下了好多道小伤口，我赶忙问教练疼不疼，可教练却说：功夫当苦事。

这次圣诞晚会不仅玩的开心，还长了见识，明年我一定还要参加。

王振冰河勇救五人获评“中国好人”

2015年5月29日，中央文明办在山东省日照市举办“中国好人榜”5月入选名单发布仪式，我市的王振被评为“见义勇为”中国好人。

王振家住濉溪县刘桥镇陈集村，是一位90后小伙。2015年2月23日，农历正月初五，他从亲戚家拜年归来，途经刘桥镇丁楼村丁楼沟东岸的恒源路，看到有辆电动车从对面驶来。正当他专心驾驶时，爱人突然大呼一声，“电动车掉沟里了。”王振一个急刹拉开车门，一边让妻子报警求救，一边快速跑向事发地点。

事发时，5名落水人员正在4米多深的水沟里奋力挣扎。危急关头，王振立即将厚厚的衣服甩掉，穿着短裤跳入冰冷的水中。刺骨的冰水冻得王振浑身发抖，但他依然咬紧牙关，不顾一切向落水人员游去。

先将离岸边最近的拉上来，再继续游到水里救援其他人。就这样，王振使出全身力气，将身着衣物被水浸泡后异常沉重的5名落水人员全部安全救出。不多时，辖区派出所民警赶到现场，将获救人员送回家中。精疲力竭的王振休息了片刻，没有留下姓名和联系方式，就和妻子一起悄悄离开了现场。

获救人员为一家5口，家住刘桥镇丁楼村。事后，他们经过多方打听，终于得知靠着惊人的体力和毅力，徒手创造生命奇迹的小伙子是王振。为了表示感谢，他们专程跑到濉溪县城定制了锦旗，第一时间送到王振家中。

I have a lot of extracurricular activities: reading, playing computer, playing chess and so on. But my favorite thing is to play ping-pong. 亲子游戏活动

(1)活动名称：袋鼠接力

活动准备：没有五官的人头像挂纸(一男一女)，两根带彩笔的接力棒

活动目的：

①增强幼儿与家长之间的合作能力，增进亲子感情。

②增加幼儿的集体意识，培养幼儿的集体荣誉感。

活动过程：

①把所有家庭分成甲乙两队。

②教师讲解游戏规则：

(1)幼儿面对家长，双手抱住家长的脖子，双腿勾住家长的腰。家长一只手拿接力

棒，另一只手轻抱幼儿。

(2)家长站在起跑线以内，听到哨声后快速跑到对面，用带笔的接力棒在人头像挂

上画出五官(每位家长只能画五官中的一个器官，如一个耳朵一个眼睛)，再跑回来

把接力棒传给另一位家长，直至画出完整的五官为止。

(3)先画完的即为获胜组。

(2)活动名称：看看谁最准

物品准备：苹果若干、

游戏规则：在同一时间内，用呼啦圈套苹果。谁用的呼啦圈最少，套的苹果最多，谁就

是胜利者。(套到的苹果可以带走)

注：(游戏环节不发奖品，这样避免引起没有得到奖品的家长的失落。游戏后，哪组家庭赢了，就给宝宝贴一张小贴纸，最后几个游戏下来，谁的小贴纸最多，获得一个奖品就可以。)

6、发放心愿卡片

给宝宝发放心愿卡片，家长带领宝宝把对圣诞的祝福和对新年的期望写在心愿卡片上，挂在圣诞树上。(圣诞树周围摆放一些蜡烛、家长带领宝贝挂完心愿卡片后，所有的家长围观在圣诞树旁边、并许愿)。

7、圣诞老人再次出场，发礼品

叮叮当、铃儿响叮当。最重要的环节来了!之前神秘消失的圣诞老人再次隆重出场啦!

圣诞老人的出场将气氛带到了最高。圣诞老人出场后发礼品，(礼品之前是一小袋一小袋分好的)一次分给大家。(圣诞老人出场的音乐就是：“叮叮当，铃儿响叮当”那首圣诞节专属音乐。)

8、圣诞大拼盘

准备一个大的蛋糕或饼干。分组食用，宝宝和家长一起享用食品，老师也可提前做好蔬菜、水果色拉和宝宝一起分享。

rewards good behavior with treats and toys on December 6, the demonic Krampus arrives on December 5, looking to punish all the bad children. His weapons of choice are birch switches to beat children with and burlap sacks to kidnap them and throw them into the river. The worst part is that local men actually dress up like Krampus (just like many men dress up as Santa in America) and terrorize the streets. Children of East France have an evil visitor to keep them behaving all year long. Le Pere Fouettard, which translates into “The Whipping Father,” accompanies Saint Nicolas in on December 6. While St. Nick gives good children presents, Le Pere Fouettard gives coal and whippings to the naughty children.

One of the most popular origin stories of the character say that he was a greedy inn

keeper who killed three rich boys on their way to boarding school. In many versions of the story, he even eats the children. Whether or not he cannibalizes the boys, the story ends when Saint Nick finds out and resurrects the children and forces Le Pere Fouettard to act as his servant throughout time.

Aside from The Whipping Father, another popular French tradition involves making a cake that looks like a traditional Yule log, known as buche de Noel. Some of the buche de Nol can get fairly elaborate and even involve meringue mushrooms and edible flower decorations.
