1.建议您能注意饮食卫生、要细嚼慢咽、不要暴饮暴食，要少吃油腻的食品，少饮酒，应多吃些蔬菜和适量的粮食，让吃进去的营养达到相对平衡，其代谢产物达到酸碱平衡，防止出现高血脂、体重骤增及其他不良后果。

2.防食物中毒，过节每家都会多买些食品，餐桌上冷盆热炒、各色点心品种繁多，如果在操作时生熟交叉污染或未烧熟煮透，或是当天吃不完，隔天又未再彻底加热，就可能引起呕吐、腹痛、腹泻为主要症状的食物中毒。

3.防传染病， 春节正值感冒、病毒性肝炎易发季节，而现今大多数家庭都没有使用公筷的习惯，餐具也不能做到顿顿消毒，在频繁的交叉接触中，通过食品、食具以及唾沫常使这些传染病得以传播。

4.防美味综合症 ，在多吃鸡、鸭、鱼、肉等富含麸酸钠的食品后，在体内会被分解成谷氨酸和酪氨酸，它们在肠道细菌作用下又会转化成能干扰大脑神经细胞功能的有毒物质，通常会在餐后0.5至1小时间突然出现头晕、心慌、脉搏加快、血压上升、气喘、下颌颤抖、上肢麻木的所谓美味综合征。

5.防酒精中毒，酒精实际上是一种毒物，饮少量低度酒一般不会产生明显的健康损害，但饮酒过量或酗酒则会出现语无伦次、行动不稳、意志失控等酒精中毒症状以及“乐极生悲”的不良后果。

六、出行安全

1.不要在街上长时间接、打电话，需要时请进入路边的超市、商场、商铺等安全的地方;不要在车的靠窗位置接打、玩弄手机;

2.出门钱财不要显眼，可放在衣内口袋里，并扣好钮扣和拉链;

3.避免携带手提电脑外出，请勿携带有明显标记的手提电脑包;

4.在街上行走，选择路基内侧，并妥善保管好您的手提包，切勿随意地背、跨在肩上;注意骑摩托车抢劫几乎都发生在马路边上或自行车道中间;

5.任何时候避免坐“摩的”;骑、坐摩托车时，请勿随意将手提包和袋背在背上、跨在肩上，最好是捂在身前或放进车厢里;

7.上、下公交车时请不要拥挤在人群里，避免被偷窃;下公交车或出租车时，选择人多的地方，尤其是晚上;

8.单人乘坐出租车时(尤其在晚上)，记住车牌号，一旦发现异常，马上打电话联系家人或朋友，并大声地告诉对方您所乘车辆的车牌号和目的地;

9.将物品放在私家车和出租车的后排或尾箱时，请确保车后门、后窗和尾箱已锁好;

10.避免经过偏僻、阴暗的角落或区域，避免晚上单人上街，确实因事太晚时，安排家人在路口等候;在夜晚单身女性最容易成为被攻击对象，要避免单独与陌生人同乘一部电梯;

11.注意人与人之间有效的安全距离是保持一臂长(约75厘米)以上;在街上必须随时保持警觉性，观察四周状况，包括身后;

12.如果不幸真的遭遇抢劫时，请牢记“人身安全最重要”，不要与歹徒反抗，不要死拉住自己的物品不放;
