妈妈让我擀皮，我把一个小小的面团轻轻一压，然后又用力的擀下去，结果变成了长条，也没成圆形，试了好几次也没做好，我都有些灰心了。妈妈告诉我擀皮时要轻轻的，一下一下的来，在妈妈的帮助下，我的饺子皮终于擀好了。我按照妈妈教的方法，把饺子馅放在皮上，然后把两个边合上，一下一下的捏起来，虽然包的不是很好看，但我依然很高兴，因为这是我成功包出的第一个水饺，里面我还放了一个硬币呢。奶奶说：吃到硬币的明年就会发大财，我心里偷偷的想：我一定要吃到，明年一定发大财。

饺子煮好后，非常幸运的我吃到了第一个硬币，我开心极了！爷爷和奶奶对我说：明年你一定发大财。哈哈哈，我的发大财，是不是就是爸爸妈妈的发大财？

饺子代表了团圆，一家人一起吃饺子，也代表了团团圆圆，我希望爷爷、奶奶、爸爸、妈妈，我们一家人永远开开心心、快快乐乐、平平安安、团团圆圆，幸福的在一起！

春节的传说之一：熬年守岁

守岁，就是在旧年的最后一天夜里不睡觉，熬夜迎接新一年的到来的习俗，也叫除夕守岁，俗名“熬年”。探究这个习俗的来历，在民间流传着一个有趣的故事：

太古时期，有一种凶猛的怪兽，散居在深山密林中，人们管它们叫“年”。它的形貌狰狞，生性凶残，专食飞禽走兽、鳞介虫豸，一天换一种口味，从磕头虫一直吃到大活人，让人谈“年”色变。后来，人们慢慢掌握了“年”的活动规律，它是每隔三百六十五天窜到人群聚居的地方尝一次口鲜，而且出没的时间都是在天黑以后，等到鸡鸣破晓，它们便返回山林中去了。

算准了“年”肆虐的日期，百姓们便把这可怕的一夜视为关口来煞，称作“年关”，并且想出了一整套过年关的办法：每到这一天晚上，每家每户都提前做好晚饭，熄火净灶，再把鸡圈牛栏全部拴牢，把宅院的前后门都封住，躲在屋里吃“年夜饭”，由于这顿晚餐具有凶吉未卜的意味，所以置办得很丰盛，除了要全家老小围在一起用餐表示和睦团圆外，还须在吃饭前先供祭祖先，祈求祖先的神灵保佑，平安地度过这一夜，吃过晚饭后，谁都不敢睡觉，挤坐在一起闲聊壮胆。就逐渐形成了除夕熬年守岁的习惯。

守岁习俗兴起于南北朝，梁朝的不少文人都有守岁的诗文。“一夜连双岁，五更分二年。”人们点起蜡烛或油灯，通宵守夜，象征着把一切邪瘟 病疫照跑驱走，期待着新的一年吉祥如意。这种风俗被人们流传至今。

春节的传说之二：万年创建历法说

相传，在古时候，有个名叫万年的青年，看到当时节令很乱，就有了想把节令定准的打算。但是苦于找不到计算时间的方法，一天，他上山砍柴累了，坐在树阴下休息，树影的移动启发了他，他设计了一个测日影计天时的晷仪，测定一天的时间，后来，山崖上的滴泉启发了他的灵感，他又动手做了一个五层漏壶，来计算时间。天长日久，他发现每隔三百六十多天，四季就轮回一次，天时的长短就重复一遍。

当时的国君叫祖乙，也常为天气风云的不测感到苦恼。万年知道后，就带着日晷和漏壶去见皇上，对祖乙讲清了日月运行的道理。祖乙听后龙颜大悦，感到有道理。于是把万年留下，在天坛前修建日月阁，筑起日晷台和漏壶亭。并希望能测准日月规律，推算出准确的晨夕时间，创建历法，为天下的黎民百姓造福。

有一次，祖乙去了解万年测试历法的进展情况。当他登上日月坛时，看见天坛边的石壁上刻着一首诗：

日出日落三百六，周而复始从头来。

草木枯荣分四时，一岁月有十二圆。

知道万年创建历法已成，亲自登上日月阁看望万年。万年指着天象，对祖乙说：“现在正是十二个月满，旧岁已完，新春复始，祈请国君定个节吧”。祖乙说：“春为岁首，就叫春节吧”。据说这就是春节的来历。

冬去春来，年复一年，万年经过长期观察，精心推算，制定出了准确的太阳历，当他把太阳历呈奉给继任的国君时，已是满面银须。国君深为感动，为纪念万年的功绩，便将太阳历命名为“万年历”，封万年为日月寿星。以后，人们在过年时挂上寿星图，据说就是为了纪念德高望重的万年。

春节的传说之三：贴春联和门神

据说贴春联的习俗，大约始于一千多年前的后蜀时期，这是有史为证的。此外根据《玉烛宝典》，《燕京岁时记》等著作记载，春联的原始形式就是人们所说的“桃符”。

在中国古代神话中，相传有一个鬼域的世界，当中有座山，山上有一棵覆盖三千里的大桃树，树梢上有一只金鸡。每当清晨金鸡长鸣的时候，夜晚出去游荡的鬼魂必赶回鬼域。鬼域的大门坐落在桃树的东北，门边站着两个神人，名叫神荼、郁垒。如果鬼魂在夜间干了伤天害理的事情，神荼、郁垒就会立即发现并将它捉住，用芒苇做的绳子把它捆起来，送去喂虎。因而天下的鬼都畏惧神荼、郁垒。于是民间就用桃木刻成他们的模样，放在自家门口，以避邪防害。后来，人们干脆在桃木板上刻上神荼、郁垒的名字，认为这样做同样可以镇邪去恶。这种桃木板后来就被叫做“桃符”。

到了宋代，人们便开始在桃木板上写对联，一则不失桃木镇邪的意义，二则表达自己美好心愿，三则装饰门户，以求美观。又在象征喜气吉祥的红纸上写对联，新春之际贴在门窗两边，用以表达人们祈求来年福运的美好心愿。

为了祈求一家的福寿康宁，一些地方的人们还保留着贴门神的习惯。据说，大门上贴上两位门神，一切妖魔鬼怪都会望而生畏。在民间，门神是正气和武力的象征，古人认为，相貌出奇的人往往具有神奇的禀性和不凡的本领。他们心地正直善良，捉鬼擒魔是他们的天性和责任，人们所仰慕的捉鬼天师钟馗，即是此种奇形怪相。所以民间的门神永远都怒目圆睁，相貌狰狞，手里拿着各种传统的武器，随时准备同敢于上门来的鬼魅战斗。由于我国民居的大门，通常都是两扇对开，所以门神总是成双成对。

唐朝以后，除了以往的神荼、郁垒二将以外，人们又把秦叔宝和尉迟恭两位唐代武将当作门神。相传，唐太宗生病，听见门外鬼魅呼号，彻夜不得安宁。于是他让这两位将军手持武器立于门旁镇守，第二天夜里就再也没有鬼魅搔扰了。其后，唐太宗让人把这两位将军的形象画下来贴在门上，这一习俗开始在民间广为流传。

“压岁钱”从何而来?源于古代“压惊”。说是太古时有一种凶兽叫“年”，隔365日后之夜，就要出来伤害人畜、庄稼。小孩子害怕，大人则以燃竹响声驱“年”，用食品安慰小孩，即为“压惊”。年久日深，便演变为以货币代食物，至宋便有“压惊钱”。据史载，王韶子南陔，因被坏人背走，于途中惊呼，才被皇车所救，宋神宗即赐了他“压惊金犀钱”。以后才发展为“压岁钱”。

压岁钱的传说二

它最早出现于唐朝宫廷，当时宫中有散钱之风。王仁裕在《开元天宝遗事》中云：唐玄宗天宝年，“内廷嫔妃，每于春时，各于禁中结伴三人至五人掷钱为戏。”王建在《宫词》中载：“宿妆残粉未明天，总立昭阳花树边。春日内人长打白，库中先散与金钱。”从春日“掷钱为戏”，到“散与金钱”，后又发展到赠“洗儿钱”。据司马光《资治通鉴》称，杨贵妃生子时，“玄宗亲视之，喜赠贵妃洗儿钱”，以贺喜驱邪。至宋、元，便形成一种民俗。它与正月初一春节结合，形成早期的“压岁钱”。但当时还没有流通的货币，而只是一种特制的“压岁钱”。

每逢春节，长者往往要给晚辈们压岁钱，而且多用一些连号的新纸币，这个带有浓厚节日色彩的习俗缘由何在，为什么要用连号的新纸币，恐怕很少有人知晓。

春节拜年的习俗春节里的一项重要活动，是到新朋好友家和邻那里祝贺新春，旧称拜年。汉族拜年之风，汉代已有。唐宋之后十分盛行，有些不必亲身前往的，可用名帖投贺。东汉时称为"刺"，故名片又称"名刺"。明代之后，许多人家在门口贴一个红纸袋，专收名帖，叫"门簿"。

民间互访拜年的形式，根据彼此的社会关系，大体可分4类：

一是走亲戚。初一必须到岳父、须带礼物。进门后先向佛像、祖宗影像、牌位各行三叩首礼，然后再给长 辈们依次跪拜。可以逗留吃饭、玩耍。

二是礼节性的拜访。如给同事、朋友拜年，一进屋门，仅向佛像三叩首 ，如与主人系平辈则只须拱手一揖而已，如比自己年长，仍应主动跪拜，主人应走下座位做搀扶状，连说免礼表示谦恭。这种情况一般不宜久坐，寒喧 两句客套话就要告辞。主人受拜后，应择日回拜。

三是感谢性的拜访。凡一年来对人家欠情的(如律师、医生等)就要买 些礼物送去，借拜年之机，表示谢枕。

四是串门式的拜访。对于左邻右舍的街坊，素日没有多大来往，但见面 都能说得来，到了年禧，只是到院里，见面彼此一抱拳说：“恭禧发财”、 “一顺百顺”，在屋里坐一会儿而已，无甚过多礼节。

古时有拜年和贺年之分：拜年是向长辈叩岁;贺年是平辈相互道贺。现在，有些机关、团休、企业、学校，大家聚在一起相互祝贺，称之为“团拜”。

拜年是中国民间的传统习俗，是人们辞旧迎新、相互表达美好祝愿的一种方式。 古时“拜年”一词原有的含义是为长者拜贺新年，包括向长者叩头施礼、祝贺新年如意、问候生活安好等内容。遇有同辈亲友，也要施礼道贺。

古时，倘或坊邻亲朋太多，难以登门遍访，就使遣仆人带名片去拜年，称为“飞帖”，各家门前贴一红纸袋，上写“接福”两字，即为承放飞帖之用。此俗始于宋朝上层社会。清人《燕台月令》形容北京年节：“是月也，片子飞，空车走。”成为时尚。大户人家特设“门簿”，以记客人的往来和飞片，门簿的首页多虚拟“亲到者”四人：一曰寿百龄老太爷，住百岁坊巷;一曰富有余老爷，住元宝街;一曰贵无极大人，住大学士牌楼;一曰福照临老爷，住五福楼。以图吉利讨口彩。至今的春节赠送贺年片、贺年卡，便是这种古代互送飞帖的遗风。

上层士大夫有用名帖互相投贺的习俗。宋人周辉在《清波杂志》中说：“宋元佑年间，新年贺节，往往使用佣仆持名刺代往”。当时士大夫交游广，若四处登门拜年，既耗费时间，也耗费精力，因此有些关系不大密切的朋友就不亲自前往，而是派仆人拿一种用梅花笺纸裁成的二寸宽、三寸长，上面写有受贺人姓名、住址和恭贺话语的卡片前往代为拜年。明代人们以投谒代替拜年。明朝杰出画家、诗人文征明在《贺年》诗中描述：“不求见面惟通谒，名纸朝来满蔽庐;我亦随人投数纸，世憎嫌简不嫌虚”。这里所言的“名刺”和“名谒”即是现今贺年卡的起源。贺年卡用于联络感情和互致问候，既方便又实用，乃至今日仍盛行不衰。

大约从清朝时候起，拜年又添“团拜”的形式，清人艺兰主在《侧帽余谭》中说：“京师于岁首，例行团拜以联年谊，以敦乡情”，“每岁由值年书红订客，饮食宴会，作竟日欢”。

随着时代的发展，拜年的习俗亦不断增添新的内容和形式。现在人们除了沿袭以往的拜年方式外，又兴起了礼仪电报拜年和电话拜年等。

但从正月初一至初五，多数家庭均不接待妇女，谓之“忌门”。仅限于男子外出拜年，妇女则须等到正月初六以后才能外出走访。拜年活动要延长很长时间，到正月十五灯节左右。傍晚时分到人家拜年叫“拜夜节”，初十以后叫“拜灯节”，所以有“有心拜年，寒食未迟”的笑话。

如果因故未及循例行礼，日后补行的，谓之 “拜晚年”。

【羊的生肖来历】

在中国民间传说中，羊是一位同希腊神话中的普罗米修斯一样伟大的人物，普罗米修斯因盗天火给人间而被送上台，羊则因盗五谷种籽给人间而舍身取义。

在远古洪慌时代，人间是没有五谷的，人类靠蔬菜和野草为生，严重的营养不良，使人类面黄饥瘦。

有一天秋天，一只神羊从天宫来到凡间，发现人类面有菜色，神情萎靡。问及原因，才知道人类不种粮食，连什么叫粮食也不知道。神羊善心大发，当即告诉人们下次一定给他们带些粮种来。原来当时只有天宫御田里才种有营养丰富的粮食。吝啬的玉帝不愿把粮食的美味拿给人类分享。神羊回到天宫后，趁半夜守护天神熟睡之际，偷偷溜进御田里，摘下五谷(稻、稷、麦、豆、麻)，含在口中，趁天未亮，溜至凡间，人类听说神羊给他们带来了五谷种子，都十分好奇。神羊把种籽交给人类，又吩咐了种植五谷的方法，就悄悄地回到天宫去了。

人类播下五谷种籽，当年就长出了庄稼。在收获时，人类见到五谷的穗，即似羊头，又像羊尾，收获的粮食又香又甜，收获的麻织成的衣裳又轻又暖。人们在秋收冬藏之后，便举行了盛大的祭祀仪式，以感谢神羊的送种之恩，这类秋收冬藏的农家祭祖仪式至今仍有部分农村在举行。

盛火的祭羊仪式惊动了玉帝，玉帝又想到了人间出现五谷。立即想到神羊把谷各带给人间。查明情况后，玉帝迁怒神羊，命令天宫宰羊于人间，并要人们吃掉羊肉。

第二年奇怪的事儿发生了，在神羊行型的地方，先是长出了青草，后来长出了羊羔，羊从此在人间传宗接代，以吃草为生，把自己的肉、奶无私地贡献给人类，人类则出于对羊舍身这种的感谢，每年都举行腊祭，以示纪念。
