4.防美味综合症 ，在多吃鸡、鸭、鱼、肉等富含麸酸钠的食品后，在体内会被分解成谷氨酸和酪氨酸，它们在肠道细菌作用下又会转化成能干扰大脑神经细胞功能的有毒物质，通常会在餐后0.5至1小时间突然出现头晕、心慌、脉搏加快、血压上升、气喘、下颌颤抖、上肢麻木的所谓美味综合征。

5.防酒精中毒，酒精实际上是一种毒物，饮少量低度酒一般不会产生明显的健康损害，但饮酒过量或酗酒则会出现语无伦次、行动不稳、意志失控等酒精中毒症状以及“乐极生悲”的不良后果。

六、出行安全

1.不要在街上长时间接、打电话，需要时请进入路边的超市、商场、商铺等安全的地方;不要在车的靠窗位置接打、玩弄手机;

2.出门钱财不要显眼，可放在衣内口袋里，并扣好钮扣和拉链;

3.避免携带手提电脑外出，请勿携带有明显标记的手提电脑包;
