2014年是今麦郎发展史上不同凡响的一年，是今麦郎发展的新起点。

2014年，今麦郎以满怀的豪情作出了新的战略规划。这一年，今麦郎树立了资本经营与产品经营相互支持、相互促进的理念，从而明确了公司上市的战略方向，并做好了相关的前期准备工作。公司不仅采取派出去、请进来的方式进行了多次有关公司上市知识的培训，而且还通过多方沟通取得政府有关部门对公司上市的积极支持，通过多方推介获得各大战略投资机构青睐，通过多方接洽逐步选定合适的上市中介机构。

2014年，今麦郎以扎实的基础登上了新的管理台阶。公司一手抓制度建设，一手抓文化建设：一方面，公司全面推进卓越绩效管理体系的建设，陆续出台和实施了适合本企业实际的科学化、精细化、标准化的管理制度和管理流程;另一方面，公司继续推进企业文化建设，创办了企业报纸《面痴》，改造更新了公司网站，开辟了企业新的内部交流平台及对外宣传窗口;公司多次开展形式多样的文化娱乐活动及拓展训练，有力地增强了企业的凝聚力。另外，公司积极利用数字网络技术实现现代信息化管理，增扩了企业网络服务器容量，架设了连接各省生产基地的网络专用线，开通了企业内部视频会议系统，实现了ERP管理系统的成功上线运行;公司还继续提升品牌管理水平，一方面请来全国顶级品牌专家对公司进行品牌管理的培训，另一方面全年投入上千万元进行强势广告宣传，在继续做好墙体广告的基础上，加大了央视及省市媒体广告的宣传力度，并精心策划参与全国糖酒会、食品行业展会等，使陈今麦郎品牌更加深入人心。正是通过以上诸多努力，这一年，公司的管理终于迈上了一个新台阶：今麦郎成为全省食品行业首家荣获省质量管理奖的企业。

2014年，今麦郎以高速的发展跨入了新的历史时期。这一年，今麦郎投资1.5亿元向全行业展示了一幅幅美丽的发展画卷：6月，今麦郎分厂改造投产;9月，今麦郎新厂落成投产;12月，今麦郎总部二期工程建成投产，全年共增加生产线十二条，生产能力得到极大提升，有力地保障了销售迅猛增长的需要，生产和销售较上一年均以近70%的速度实现递增。

回顾2014年，公司生产经营硕果累累，我们充满了感恩、充满了喜悦、也充满了自豪;展望2015年，我们一方面要清醒地认识到所面临的挑战：全球金融海啸导致市场萎缩的恶果还在漫延，**导致的食品安全信任危机并未彻底消除，面粉等原辅材料价格成本上涨的压力仍在持续，挂面行业各企业产能的急剧扩大将使产品竞争面临更残酷的局面;另一方面也要看到新的发展机遇：严峻的外部环境将淘汰那些产品质量不过关、生产效率低下、经济实力薄弱的企业，而为那些富于创造力、富于生命力和富于竞争力的企业腾出更大的市场空间，这对发展已具规模、技术已趋成熟、管理已上水平的今麦郎提出了更高的要求。

公司上市是今麦郎坚定不移的战略目标。公司将因势利导，借当前股市的低迷，去急于求成的浮躁，从而扎实稳步地推进上市的各项工作：2015年公司还将组建上市工作小组，一方面，将积极同政府有关部门沟通，争取进入拟上市重点扶持企业的行列，并逐步引进财务顾问及其他上市中介;另一方面，在中介的专业指导下，逐步收集和整理公司上市所需的各种资料，起草公司上市所需的各种文件。公司还将初步拟定新一轮股改方案，进一步完善公司治理结构，以促进公司的规范管理。

吃完晚饭，我们一家人一起到院子里放烟花，我一手拿点燃的线香，和爸爸一起点燃着烟花的导火线，顿时只听到一声“嗖——”烟花飞上天空炸开了，有的绽放出五彩缤纷的花朵，有的拼写成各式各样的美丽的图案，还有的像一个个漂亮的降落伞，绚丽多彩的烟花照亮了天空，我们兴高采烈地喊着，欢笑着……

放完烟花，我们回到屋里，坐在沙发上收看中央电视台播放的《春节联欢晚会》精彩的节目逗得哈哈大笑。

一年就在欢声笑语中度过了。明天，我们又长大一岁了。

A new year ，a new start，when I stand on the edge of  a new year，I cant help thinking about my plan of next year.

Just as the old saying：“Well began is the half of the success.”So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then ，at the beginning ，Im quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others.

But ，what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible.While，I will do my best to live up with what I have planned，and the result will prove it.

afar ai am concerned, i am intending to stand on the side of the latter group of people. admittedly, the former point of view seemreasonable, but the latter imore persuasive. taking the above-mentioned factorinto consideration, i can safelconclude that the gala just needa reform in the future but not to be cancelled.
