【记忆中的年】

春节春节，即农历新年，俗称过年，一般指除夕和正月初一。但在民间，传统意义上的春节是指从腊月初八的腊祭或腊月二十三或二十四的祭灶，一直到正月十五，其中以除夕和正月初一为高潮。

春节历史悠久，起源于殷商时期年头岁尾的祭神祭祖活动。在春节期间，中国的汉族和很多少数民族都要举行各种活动以示庆祝。这些活动均以祭祀神佛、祭奠祖先、除旧布新、迎禧接福、祈求丰年为主要内容。活动丰富多彩，带有浓郁的民族特色。

节日起源

关于春节的起源有很多说法，但其中为公众普遍接受的说法是，春节由虞舜兴起。

公元前2000多年的一天，舜即天子位，带领着部下人员，祭拜天地。从此，人们就把这一天当作岁首。据说这就是农历新年的由来，后来叫春节。春节过去也叫元旦，春节所在的这一月叫元月。

中国历代元旦的日期并不一致：夏朝用孟春的元月为正月，商朝用腊月为正月，秦始皇统一六国后以十月为正月，汉朝初期沿用秦历。汉武帝刘彻感到历纪太乱，就命令大臣公孙卿和司马迁造“太阳历”，规定以农历正月为一岁之首，以正月初一为一年的第一天，就是元旦。此后中国一直沿用夏历(即农历)纪年，直到清朝未年，长达2080年。

春节不同时代有不同名称。在先秦时叫“上日”、“元日”、“改岁”、“献岁”等;到了两汉时期，又被叫为“三朝”、“岁旦”、“正旦”、“正日”;魏晋南北朝时称为“元辰”、“元日”、“元首”、 “岁朝”等;到了唐宋元明，则称为“元旦”、“元 ”、“岁日”、“新正”、“新元”等;而清代，一直叫“元旦”或“元日”。

发展历程

上古：有说法说尧舜时期已有类似新春的庆祝活动，但是未成规模。

殷商：新春起源于殷商时期祭神、祭祖活动。

西周：新春期间开始有农业庆祝活动。

汉朝：形成正式新春礼仪;开始有爆竹(烧竹子);团拜礼仪，官员朝贺天子。

魏晋：开始有鞭炮，有守岁习俗。

五代后蜀：开始有春联。后蜀太子题写的“天地纳余庆,佳节号长春”是中国最早的一副春联。

宋朝：开始使用火药制成的鞭炮。

民国：将元旦定义为西历1月1日，将春节定义为农历正月初一，又曾试图禁止人民庆祝农历新年。

民间习俗

1.开门炮仗

春节早晨，开门大吉，先放爆竹，叫做“开门炮仗”。爆竹声后，碎红满地，灿若云锦，称为“满堂红”。这时满街瑞气，喜气洋洋。

2.拜年

新年的初一，男人们都早早起来，穿上最漂亮的衣服，打扮得整整齐齐，出门去走亲访友，相互拜年，恭祝来年大吉大利。拜年的方式多种多样，有的是同族长带领若干人挨家挨户地拜年;有的是同事相邀几个人去拜年;也有大家聚在一起相互祝贺，称为“团拜”。

春节拜年时，晚辈要先给长辈拜年，祝长辈人长寿安康，长辈可将事先准备好的压岁钱分给晚辈，据说压岁钱可以压住邪祟，因为“岁”与“祟”谐音，晚辈得到压岁钱就可以平平安安度过一岁。

3.占岁

旧时民间以进入新正初几日的天气阴晴来占本年年成。其说始于汉东方朔的《岁占》，谓岁后八日，一日为鸡日，二日为犬，三日为猪，四日为羊，五日为牛，六日为马，七日为人，八日为谷。如果当日晴朗，则所主之物繁育，当日阴，所主之日不昌。后代沿其习，认为初一至初十，皆以天气清朗，无风无雪为吉。后代由占岁发展成一系列的祭祀、庆祝活动。

4.饮屠苏酒

屠苏酒是一种药酒。在古代习俗中，元日全家饮屠苏酒，以祛不正之气。制作屠苏酒的方法是：用大黄一钱，桔梗，川椒各一钱五分，桂心一钱八分，茱萸一钱二分，防风一两，以绛囊盛之悬于井中，至元日寅时取起，以酒煎四五沸。古时饮屠苏酒，方法很别致。一般人饮酒，总是从年长者饮起;但是饮屠苏酒却正好相反，是从最年少的饮起。宋朝文学家苏辙的《除日》诗道“年年最后饮屠苏，不觉年来七十余”，说的就是这种风俗。这种别开生面的饮酒次序，在古代每每令人产生种种感慨，所以给人留有深刻的印象。

5.聚财

俗传正月初一为扫帚生日，这一天不能动用扫帚，否则会扫走运气、破财，而把“扫帚星”引来，招致霉运。假使非要扫地不可，须从外头扫到里边。这一天也不能往外泼水倒垃圾，怕因此破财。今天许多地方还保存着一习俗，大年夜扫除干净，年初一不出扫帚，不倒垃圾，备一大桶，以盛废水，当日不外泼。

各地特色

1.中国北方地区

初一：早晨包饺子。传统上北京(基本上是北方地区的传统)老人初一是不出门的，亲友、同事互相拜年。长江流域一带有年初一早餐吃汤圆的习俗，寓意团团圆圆，甜甜蜜蜜。

初二：要祭财神，要喝“元宝汤”(馄饨)。北方一般习惯是回娘家拜年团聚。

初三：祭祖，一般父母一方已经去世的已婚女性，会在这一天回娘家祭祖，并顺带拜年。跟清明的“上坟”不同，祭祖只是祭拜祖宗牌位。但在河北等地的农村，这一天同样是要上坟的。一般都要带上点心、酒等祭品给已故祖先进行祭祀，并且放鞭炮让祖先“过年”。一般上坟只允许儿女等进行，嫁入本家的外姓人则不参与祭祖。

初四：一般新婚或者父母均健在的已婚女性，会在这一天回娘家拜年。

初五：穷日，在中国北方，这一天一般没有人出门拜年，因为这一天是“黑道日”，一般从春节开始直到这一天才能把家里的垃圾扫出门，然后放鞭炮庆祝，希望迎来下凡的五路财神;有一副对联“一脚踢出穷鬼去，双手迎进财神来”即为对此风俗的描述。一般只有一些年轻人会在这一天举行朋友或同学聚会。亦称“破五”，是要在家包饺子吃。

初六：开市。

初七：过人胜节。

初八：祭星。

现在北京的各个庙会活动通常从初一开始，到初七或者初八结束。

2.云南白族习俗

云南白族朋友过年时，要进行“放高升”的庆祝活动，即是在整棵的大竹子的竹节里装上火药，点燃以后可以将整个竹子崩上高空数十丈。有的地区还进行“抛绣球”的活动。

3.中国东北鄂伦春族习俗

中国东北的鄂伦春族，在初一的早晨，在家族中依辈份大小互相斟酒，晚辈给长辈叩头，平辈互相请安。

初二、初三举行赛马活动。

正月十五全家人一起品尝美味佳肴。

正月十六的早上，鄂伦春族人会进行互相抹黑脸的活动。晚辈给长辈抹黑脸之前要先叩头。

4.台湾

冬至：台湾汉人旧俗，冬至已开始有年节气氛，当天祭祖，称为祭冬，部分宗亲组织也会于当天集会聚餐。当天可以打开祖宗牌位清理，所以许多家族亦借由此日检视神主，抄录资料作为族谱依据。

尾祃：俗写为“尾牙”，于农历十二月十六日祭祀土地公，各公司行号则借此聚餐，酬谢员工辛劳。早期尾牙聚餐有避开鸡头之习俗，避免有开除的暗示。近年来，台湾大企业尾牙聚餐则聘请影视歌星演出，并有高额奖金、股票摸彩，成为台湾媒体瞩目焦点。

送神：农历十二月廿四日清早祭祀送神，焚烧云马纸为神祇坐骑，返天过年，依例会准备果实甜汤。送神之后，方能打扫神明厅，清理神案、神像、祖宗牌位、香炉、除去旧门神，准备换新。香炉中的香灰须于当日重新筛滤过，门神画像则随送神焚烧金纸时焚去。而旧日台湾本地传说，送神之后，廿五日玉帝会遣神下凡，代替已经上天述职的神祇巡视人间，所以当日不可当天曝晒亵衣、内裤。

除夕：依农历十二月大小月，台湾话称为二九暝或三十暝。过年前数日，各家便开始蒸年糕，俗谚称“吃甜甜，好过年”;咸粿则以在来米制成，如前一年家中曾有丧事者则不做年糕，由亲友邻朋致赠。除夕当天需祭拜地基主，又称“拜门口”，而后祭祀神明及祭祖。祭神后，会于神明像上贴上春花;祭祖之后，则会摆上发糕及米饭各一，插上纸作的红花，称为“饭春仔”。当晚则围炉，并吃长年菜。所谓长年菜一般是带根的菠菜，也有用芥菜者。依旧俗，农业社会中一年的欠债，须于除夕前还清。

初一：祭拜天地祖先，称为“贺正”。出门拜年，称为“行春”，正月初一至初五，称为“新正”或“新正年头”，所以出门拜年也称“贺正”;一般而言都会依农民历决定出行方向及开门、关门的时辰。当天台湾人通常会前往庙宇、佛寺烧香，祈求新年吉祥。

初二：为回娘家之日，依旧俗，初二之前，已出嫁之女子不得回娘家，据称会分掉娘家之福。然随时代进步，近年来台湾妇女团体努力推展女儿回家过年的新观念。

初三：“初三困佮饱”，赤狗日，惯例出行不利，须在家孝亲，共度天伦之乐。无年俗活动。

初四：接神。接神的祭典，惯例选在近傍晚之时，俗谚有“送神早，接神晚”之说。接神之后，当年生肖冲犯太岁星君者，则安上太岁符或神位祭祀。

初五：据说是玄坛真君等五路财神巡游人间之日，故商家此日开市，各行各业开张营业，可扫地、倒垃圾。

初六：挹肥，清除水肥，可略整理家庭，尤其厕所，把初一以来的垃圾、秽物清除干净。

初七：七元，人日，准备猪脚面线，据说食用可消除楣运，以保长寿。

初八：完全，新春的玩乐到今天为止，故曰“完全”。恢复平常的生活，并把过年祭拜的食物全部吃完。

初九：天公生，传说为道教玉皇大帝圣诞，称为“天公生”，当天凌晨或者初八夜晚子时后，各家便开始祭祀，一夜之中，各地鞭炮声连绵不断。

初十：有食食，拜完天公的供品饼果，又有得吃一顿了。

十五：元宵节，台湾元宵举行观光灯会已成风尚，每年依生肖制成巨型主灯，成为焦点。各地尚有台北县平溪放天灯、野柳王爷洗港祭仪、苗栗市苗栗火旁龙、台东市炸玄坛爷(炸寒单爷)、台南县盐水蜂炮等活动。

5.马来西亚、新加坡

马来西亚、新加坡华人众多，亦有华人过春节之风俗。

初一前：购买贺年物品，俗称“办年货”。

年三十晚：吃团圆饭。初一：到庙宇上头香、出门拜年。

初二：出门拜年，回娘家之日。

初三：通常不会外出拜年，因“赤口”，所以希望避免容易与人发生口角争执，若有亲朋好友尚未互相拜年，便会在年初四继续。

初七: 人日, 捞鱼生，是新马一带独有的年菜。把食材准备好后要站起来，用筷子把鱼片和其他配料配料拌匀，边说：“捞起，捞起，捞个风生水起!”而且要越捞越高，以示步步高升。

初九：如果是福建人后裔则有天公诞，当天凌晨或者初八夜晚子时后，各家便开始祭祀。

十五：元宵节。新马一带的元宵节和七夕一样被称为“中国情人节”，庆祝方式也有所不同：未婚女性会结伴到河边抛柑祈求姻缘，而且普遍上没有提灯笼或赏灯等习俗。

万年创建历法说

相传，在古时候，有个名叫万年的青年，看到当时节令很乱，就有了想把节令定准的打算，但是苦于找不到计算时间的方法。

一天，他上山砍柴累了，坐在树阴下休息，树影的移动启发了他，他设计了一个测日影计天时的晷仪，测定一天的时间，后来，山崖上的滴泉启发了他的灵感，他又动手做了一个五层漏壶，来计算时间。天长日久，他发现每隔三百六十多天，四季就轮回一次，天时的长短就重复一遍。

当时的国君叫祖乙，也常为天气风云的不测感到苦恼。万年知道后，就带着日晷和漏壶去见皇上，对祖乙讲清了日月运行的道理。祖乙听后龙颜大悦，感到有道理。于是把万年留下，在天坛前修建日月阁，筑起日晷台和漏壶亭。并希望能测准日月规律，推算出准确的晨夕时间，创建历法，为天下的黎民百姓造福。

有一次，祖乙去了解万年测试历法的进展情况。当他登上日月坛时，看见天坛边的石壁上刻着一首诗：

“日出日落三百六，周而复始从头来。

草木枯荣分四时，一岁月有十二圆。”

知道万年创建历法已成，亲自登上日月阁看望万年。万年指着天象，对祖乙说：“现在正是十二个月满，旧岁已完，新春复始，祈请国君定个节吧”。祖乙说：“春为岁首，就叫春节吧”。据说这就是春节的来历。

冬去春来，年复一年，万年经过长期观察，精心推算，制定出了准确的太阳历，当他把太阳历呈奉给继任的国君时，已是满面银须。国君深为感动，为纪念万年的功绩，便将太阳历命名为“万年历”，封万年为日月寿星。以后，人们在过年时挂上寿星图，据说就是为了纪念德高望重的万年。

春节快要来临，大家都在快乐地准备着。有的人在贴春联，有的人在挂大红灯笼，还有的人在放鞭炮。每一个人脸上都洋溢着节日的喜悦。

而我们家在准备做春节的美食——春卷。我一写完寒假作业，就飞奔到妈妈那边，我目不转睛地看着妈妈是如何包春卷的：摊平——放馅——卷起。我觉得太简单了，就迫不及待要去试一试。可是等到我亲手去包时，却不是那么简单了。看着自己包的肥肥的春卷，有点气馁，就想放弃不包了。妈妈对我说：“第一次包嘛，难免的，我帮你调整一下。”经过妈妈的妙手，我的那几个粗粗壮壮的“大肥婆”就变成了减肥成功的“大美女”了。我的信心被激发了，又动手包了几个，虽然没妈妈包得好，但比自己之前包得好很多了。

Prepare for the Chinese New Year

今年，我过了一个有趣的春节，我随着妈妈一起包元宵。别看这元宵小小的，其实包也不容易呢！

首先是和面，把水和面粉倒在一个盆里，揉来揉去，原本十分松散的面粉不一会儿就成了一个面团，我也来试试和面，面可真软，我只用一点力气就把面压了下去，可提上来却不那么容易，我费了好大力气才把手给提了上来。我又和了好长时间，终于好了。现在要发面了，把面放在盆里，放了好几个小时面就发好了。

终于开始包元宵了。我从面团里揪了一点儿出来，把这个面团中间按一个洞，在里面放上白糖，再把元宵揉成一个圆球，这样一个元宵就做好了。后来，我又做了好多元宵，看着这些包好的元宵，心里别提有多高兴了。

开始煮元宵了。在煮元宵的过程中，感觉时间好漫长啊！“啊，元宵熟了！”我马上去盛了一碗元宵，我细细地观赏着元宵，像是在观赏一件精美的工艺品，都不忍心把这个元宵吃下去。我轻轻地咬了一口，“嗯，简直是美味！”把元宵咬在嘴里，糖的味道瞬间充满了口腔。这种味道就是人间美味，就是一场盛宴。

我慢慢地品味着盛宴。在这一刻，时间仿佛时间已经停滞了，我存在于元宵的世界里。

年在不知不觉中来了，也在不知不觉中离去了。

吃完饭，我们收看了春晚，寓意就是：要孝敬父母，尊敬长辈，做一个对社会有用的华夏子弟。遵纪守法，要诚实。春晚里面的节目让我沉醉了!

虽然年已经过完，可这个年是我过的最开心的一个年啦!
