大家都喜欢过年吧，我也一样哦。有些朋友喜欢在过年时暴饮暴食，这样可不好哦，会把你的胃累得气喘吁吁的。再跟你说一件令我百思不得其解的事：我有一表妹一表弟，他俩都是一个妈生的，可他们姐弟俩可谓是天差地别!我表妹九岁了才35斤，我表弟才4岁就已经是36斤了。这未必也太……我对他们各方面进行了调查，发现他们的饮食不健康。我表妹特别喜欢喝酸饮料，而且每在吃饭前都要喝一瓶爽歪歪牛奶，在吃饭时连半碗饭都吃不下去怎么能不瘦的离奇呢?;而我表弟可真够“乖”的，每次吃饭都吃两碗还不说，还喜欢吃麦当劳，肯德基什么之类的油炸食品，怎么能不胖的离谱呢?，在这方面，我自我感觉做得不错，身体也蛮健康，告诉你我的秘诀吧：“多吃蔬菜与水果，不可暴饮与暴食。”

我的朋友对我说过，现在的学习压力好重那，我抓紧一分一秒学习，甚至连下课时间也不放过，为什么学习成绩还老是在徘徊，没有提升呢?相信很多人也是有这样的体会吧。我告诉大家，不能死读书，要劳逸结合才行，该玩得时候玩，该学得时候学。然而在你感觉压力重时，你要有良好的心理素质，学会排解，比如：出去散步，听歌呀。还有我们要经常锻炼身体，做一些有益的运动，如：打羽毛球，跑步，跳绳等等。我再送大家一句话：“劳逸结合成绩好，常做运动体质强。”

在科技与知识不断进步的今天，不论是网络的便捷还是交通的安全还是在日渐兴起的网络支付都将我们的生活分割成一片片的碎片。

网络的便捷将我们的生活分成无数的碎片，看似分散却又有无数看不见的银丝将其串联起来。在网络发展的几十年中，网络在我们的脑海中仿佛并未留下什么缓慢的进展过程，而是如光速般不断前进，为我们带来了日益增加的便利。从前的人们在和远在别处的亲朋好友想要联系时大多只有两种选择：一是即刻启程去往他们所在的地方，而这往往会花上几周、几月甚至几年的时间才能与心中的那个人见上一面；二是通过书信交流，而这种交流方式同样需要很长很长的时间。然而在21世纪的今天，我们通过网络或许只需花上一两分钟发个短信或者花上几秒便能在手机上听见所想之人的声音甚至于画面，这种感觉就是“远在天边近在眼前”。由此可见网络为我们的生活带来了多少便利节省了多少时间，将从前的漫长时光都浓缩在一片片小小的碎片中折射出耀眼的光。

交通工具在时间的长河中不但载着我们走向发展，同样它们也在陪着我们不断发展。现在的我们去外地只需一两个小时或者几十分钟，去外国也不过多了几个小时。而在上世纪的人们想要出一次远门可是非常不容易的。先不说路途遥远所引起的时间漫长，更难受的是在漫漫长路中拥挤的车厢与难熬的寂寞。时光飞逝，我们在不断进步，力求给人们最好的旅途感受。例如现在的高铁还是上海的磁悬浮都代表这交通不断为我们带来的便利。而这却也在慢慢带走了我们从前在漫长旅途中所能感受到的快乐，现在我们在晃眼间就到达了目的地。好像整个地球在不断变小，世界的速度都在不断地加快，可能会快到我们都跟不上它的脚步最终也将成为它加快脚步过程中的一个记忆碎片。

网络支付，在如今的我们看来都是如同吃饭喝水般平常的事在过去可是想都不敢想的事。上个世纪的人们还在经历着出去买东西或者交付费用时要带着现金的时代，如果忘记带钱便要返回家中取完现金再去购物或者交付费用，让人们感觉非常的苦恼与不便利。但现如今我们出门只要带着手机有着网络，便可以出去干各种各样的事，甚至都不需要现金便能解决我们所需要解决的支付问题。生活的便利为我们带来快捷的同时也将我们的生活分成不同的部分。

时代的飞速进展为我们带来的便利，将我们的生活分成无数碎片。有时我们会觉得这种碎片化的生活方式很好，但有些时刻我们便又会怀念当初虽然繁琐却又能感觉到生活乐趣的时候。都市的节奏将我们原本一体的生活犹如打碎一面铜镜一般四分五裂，每一块都不相同，每一块碎片的棱角也各不相同。这时我们该停下脚步想想这样的生活方式真的是我们想要的吗？

现在的我们享受着碎片化生活带来的便利，但终有一天将会受到从它不圆润的棱角所带来的伤。

I made cake today

Today,I suddenly wanted to eat cake,so I decided to make one. Firstly,I

prepared ingredent: eggs,flour,butter,orange juice,baking soda, sugar and milk.

Then started work. First step, beat the eggs.Second step,mixed the flour, butter

and sugar.Third step, put fruit,milk, orange juice and baking soda into them and

mixed.Fourth step, kneaded into a small dough.Fifth step,put the dough in the

oven and baked for one hour. Finally the cake was done!I ate the cake that I

made myself,that was very delicious,I was so happy.

The Spring Festival lasts for 15 days, there would be starting on the first day, to the end of the January 15 Lantern Festival.it is the busiest time of the year for Chinese people. The arrangements they have to make for family reunions， buying necessities and preparing food keeps them busy throughout the holiday. Many customs associated with Spring Festival have changed， too. In the past， people used to visit relatives and friends with gifts and lots of good wishes. Some may say this a sign that people have become less caring about their near and dear ones， but we should see this development as a time- and energy-saving exercise granted by the information age.
