morning, and goes home in the afternoon.My hobby is playing piano. I started

playing piano from five years old. I like to play it after school. I have a

plan, I want to play a birthday song for my mother, because next monday is her

birthday. I think she will like my present very much.

First, it is absolutely necessary to take some exercise every day. Research shows that getting plenty of exercise make the heart beat faster and the lungs work harder. This strengthens the heart, reduces the chance of heart attack, and helps lower blood pressure. Thats why more and more people are becoming active in various kinds of sports and exercises. Every morning many people get up early and take much exercise. Some practice shadowboxing and swordplay while others run, jog, walk or dance to music. In the afternoon,there are also many people keen on sports. Some play basketball or volleyball or table tennis, others go in for gymnastics or track events. Through sports and exercise, people become healthier and stronger.

元宵节是我国的传统节日，每年元宵节要吃汤圆，放烟花。

妈妈煮好汤圆了，我迫不及待的夹起一个放在嘴里，妈妈大叫;“小心点，别烫着。”咬上一口馅慢慢地流了出来，粘粘的。甜甜的味道好极了!

元宵节可少不了观花灯。吃完元宵，我和爸爸来到阳头广场。这里的花灯可真多啊!有“奔跑”的老虎。“吃草”的兔子。还有在“游动”的鱼儿。真是五花八门!都成了灯的海洋。光的世界!爸爸给我买了一个兔子花灯。只要一按按纽。兔儿便会唱起欢乐的歌。我连忙拿起我的老虎灯加入闹花灯的行列，之后我和爸爸去放烟花。

放烟花可有趣了。烟花的种类真多!有的还有的在放甩炮……人们正看得起劲，忽然，一个淘气的小朋友扔甩炮，人们吓得四处躲藏;我跟着爸爸放礼炮它喷着火焰天空冲去，“啪”的一声爆炸了，放出五彩的鲜花。

元宵节真有趣!

现在，随着全球温度的上升、冰的融化和海上杠杆的不断上升，人们认识到发展低碳经济的重要性。

我们有很多方法可以实现碳排放的经济。发现其他燃料更清洁，更环保，而不是碳的使用。其次，我们应该有节能意识，做一些我们可以做的事情，例如，当你走出去的时候，使用公共汽车而不是汽车，重复使用可以回收利用的东西，减少塑料袋的使用。最后，我们应该种植更多的树木或其他绿色植物，这样我们不仅能改善环境，还能使我们的家更加美丽。

快乐是人生中的主题曲，而健康就是主题曲的伴奏。没有了伴奏的曲子不会那么悦耳动听，没有了健康的人生不会那么快乐。

健康是人生的第一财富！是的，只要有了健康，什么财富不可以去争取呢？奥本海默说“愚人追寻快乐于远方，智者却把它种植在脚下”难道这不对吗？只要认真探索，快乐就在脚下，可为什么总有人去做些不快乐或异想天开的事呢？

不健康，不快乐，不就像是一个潘多拉魔盒吗？当你控制不住自己就等于打开了潘多拉魔盒，释放心魔，会让你做出不利于健康，不利于快乐的事，只有把握“金钥匙”，才能困住心魔。

在社会生活中，我们必须把握好自己，调节自己的情绪，使自己一直保持愉快的心情；在学校生活中，我们要控制自己不去做违反校规的事，以免造成不必要的伤害；在家庭生活中，要尽力做好父母吩咐的事，懂得感恩。不要像有些同学，父母叫他做一点事，就心情突变，嘴里不停地吐出：“烦人”“不要”等等抱怨的话；不要像有写同学在学校里，做事不计后果，心里自由“好奇”两个字，以至于伤害了他人的身体，害人害己，以至于不能健康快乐的成长。

希望大家多想开心的事，多做让人快乐的事，为自己撑起一片健康快乐的天空，使自己在这片天空下健康快乐的成长。

My winter holiday is very dull. I stay at home for most of time. Sometimes

I visit my friends and play basketball with them. Sometimes we go shopping.

One day, we go to the KFC. We have hamburgers, chicken coke and French

fries. We have sore throats. We go home and have a rest. Then we feel better. We

go and play computer games! How mad we are!

This is the only thing I can talk about in the holiday.
