Good living habits are important to our lives, which ensure us a healthy body and a good mood. Having a good rest is the basic, so that we can have enough energy in the whole day. Otherwise, we can do nothing if we were sleepy. Therefore, remember to sleep and get up early. Besides, eating healthily also plays an important role. There is an old saying goes, “A close mouth catches no flies.” That is telling us pay attention to our eating. Finally, doing exercises is essential. It brings us health as well as relaxation and pleasure. Many stress and negative emotions can be drained away by doing exercises. In short, healthy living habits bring many benefits, although sometimes you even do not realize.

良好的生活习惯对我们的生活很重要，它能保证我们有一个健康的身体以及愉快的心情。有一个良好的休息是最基本的，这样我们一整天都能有足够的精力。否则，如果我们打瞌睡就什么也做不了。因此，记得一定要早睡早起。除此之外，健康的饮食同样很重要。有句老话说：“病从口入，祸从口出”。它告诉我们要注意饮食。最后，锻炼身体也是必要的。它能够给我们带来健康，使我们放松和愉快。很多压力以及消极情绪都可以通过锻炼身体来消除。简而言之，健康的生活习惯带来很多好处，尽管有时候你甚至都没有意识到。

At school,I get up early everyday,I study at classroom with my classmates,play on the playground.All of us feel very happy.At these time,we help each other,make progress together,grow up together.sometimes schools life makes me tired,makes me bored.but laugh and smile are more then the bad things,I love my school life,I love the big family which called "school"!

I went to the Peoples Park with my family today. We had picnic in the

park. My mother and grandparents were preparing food, father was playing

badminton with his friend while I was reading under a tree.

the spring festival

the spring festival， chinese new year，is the most important festival for all of us. all family members get together on new year’eve to have a big meal.at the same time， everyone celebrates to each other.at about 12 o‘clock，some parents and children light crackers.the whole sky is lighted brightly. we may watch the fireworks excitedly.how busy it is！

on the first early moring of one year， many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed fu or hang some couplets on the front door. some house’s windows are sticked on red paper cutlings.

the chinese new year lasts fifteen days. so during the fifteen days， we always visit our relatives from door to door. at that time， children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents，grandparents， uncles， aunts and so on. the last day of the chinese new year is another festival. it names the lantern festival.

so the chinese new year comes to the end.

春节

春节，农历新年，是对我们最重要的节日。所有家庭成员都得到新year‘eve在一起有一个大meal.at同时，每个人都庆祝other.at每个约12点，一些家长和孩子光crackers.the整个天空亮起明亮。我们可以观赏烟花excitedly.how忙呀！

在第一期提前一年早上，许多老年人早早起床，他们坚持的反富或挂在门口的一些对联。有些房子的窗户都贴在红纸上cutlings。

在中国新年持续十五天。所以在十五天，我们经常访问我们的亲戚，从门到门。当时，孩子们是最幸福的，因为他们可以得到很多红包形成自己的父母，祖父母，叔叔，阿姨等。在农历新年的最后一天是另外一个节日。它的名字元宵节。

Today I had nothing to do again, so I started to write about my boring

summer days again. I dont have much interest in English since Im Chinese, but

I still have to write these boring summer journals because they are my

assignments from school. Im only doing this assignment because I respect my

English teacher.
