3、把在电动跑步机上45分钟的锻炼改为到附近公园慢跑，可减少将近1公斤的CO2排放量。

4、不用洗衣机甩干衣物，而是让其自然晾干，可以进少2.3公斤CO2排放量。

5、在午餐休息时间和下班后及时关闭电脑主机和显示器，可以将这些电器的CO2排放量减少三分之一。

6、改用节水型淋浴喷头，不仅可以节水，还可以把三分钟热水淋浴所导致的CO2排放量减少一半。
