不瞒大家说呀，我这个人有个毛病：晚上不愿睡觉，早晨喜欢赖床。开始我认为没什么大不了的，但经过姥姥苦口婆心的劝说，我算是知道了，这样对身体有害，知道为什么吗?因为在晚上到一定的时间，大脑已经进入休息的阶段，而不睡觉会刺激大脑的。早晨赖床，浪费了头脑清醒的大好时光，这俗话说得好呀:“一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨”。所以我送大家一句话：“早睡早起身体好，晚睡迟起百病长”。连我这么懒的人都做到了，那你呢?

大家都喜欢过年吧，我也一样哦。有些朋友喜欢在过年时暴饮暴食，这样可不好哦，会把你的胃累得气喘吁吁的。再跟你说一件令我百思不得其解的事：我有一表妹一表弟，他俩都是一个妈生的，可他们姐弟俩可谓是天差地别!我表妹九岁了才35斤，我表弟才4岁就已经是36斤了。这未必也太……我对他们各方面进行了调查，发现他们的饮食不健康。我表妹特别喜欢喝酸饮料，而且每在吃饭前都要喝一瓶爽歪歪牛奶，在吃饭时连半碗饭都吃不下去怎么能不瘦的离奇呢?;而我表弟可真够“乖”的，每次吃饭都吃两碗还不说，还喜欢吃麦当劳，肯德基什么之类的油炸食品，怎么能不胖的离谱呢?，在这方面，我自我感觉做得不错，身体也蛮健康，告诉你我的秘诀吧：“多吃蔬菜与水果，不可暴饮与暴食。”

我的朋友对我说过，现在的学习压力好重那，我抓紧一分一秒学习，甚至连下课时间也不放过，为什么学习成绩还老是在徘徊，没有提升呢?相信很多人也是有这样的体会吧。我告诉大家，不能死读书，要劳逸结合才行，该玩得时候玩，该学得时候学。然而在你感觉压力重时，你要有良好的心理素质，学会排解，比如：出去散步，听歌呀。还有我们要经常锻炼身体，做一些有益的运动，如：打羽毛球，跑步，跳绳等等。我再送大家一句话：“劳逸结合成绩好，常做运动体质强。”

健康的生活方式从我做起，要知道健康排第一。一个健康的生活方式会伴随你一生，让我们都做健康的孩子，托起祖国美好的蓝天!
