怎样拥有一个健康的身体?首先你必须经常运动比如打篮球，跑步。你还要多吃蔬菜水果，例如苹果，香蕉，它们含有丰富的维生素。如果这样做，你就不会经常得病。并且你不可以熬夜，要早睡早起，你要讲卫生，经常清洁自己，每天要喝很多水，不能吃垃圾食品等等都利于身体健康，最重要的是注意安全。

今天，学校组织全体师生观看了《小动作大健康》学习视频，看完后感触颇深。
