It was the first day of our summer holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In summer holidays, I will have a good rest.

我们的生命只有一次，我们要珍惜我们的生命。珍惜我们的生命只有一种方法，那就是注意身体。早晨不要只穿一点点衣服，要不然我们就会生病，身体自然就不会健康。我们应该天气下降的时候应该穿多一点衣服，不要着凉，中午温度上升的时候，热的时候就把衣服脱掉，冷的时候赶快把衣服穿好，这样身体才会健康，生命也就会延长。

疾病是一种很厉害的病，所以我们要预防疾病。预防疾病首先不能在水里游泳，不能吃垃圾食品，不能要别人给你夹菜，这样容易得疾病，我们应该自己夹菜，这样才不会得疾病。

我们应该有很好的心理，身体就不会很健康。所以我们也要有一个很好的心理。

我们生长发育一定要多吃蔬菜和鱼肉，这样才会有健康的身体。青春期保健一定要早晨洗了脸，要抹香和晚上，才会保健青春。

遇到危险的时候，一定要避风险，就会不安全，所以，遇到危险的时候，千万记住，一定要避风险。

My classroom is nice and big . There are fort desks and chairs in the classroom. There are two black boards on the walls. And there are two pictures, too. My classroom has eleven lights and twelve fans. What colour are the fans ? They are blue. At the coner, there is a shelf , many books are in the shelf. I like the books very much.
