Exercise is a good pastime. When we are bored, we can use the motion to myself and make happy eliminate stress. And, with movement of the interest, also can avoid all other improper entertainment. Exercise can make the body stronger with each passing day, spirit, cultivate good fitness, also can improve the bodys resistance, make our health has the vigor. Someone said: "healthy beggar, rather than sick king". So Im going to exercise everyday, persistence not by fits and starts.

A good variety of campaign: play, running, climbing, hiking... , I like riding a bicycle - can improve bone, muscle development; Swimming - can help the blood circulation, enhance the cardiopulmonary function. Running, can promote metabolism, stretch and exercise of body and mind, to build up your health. I like race competition, win the thrill of covered in sweat and exhausted after motion sensation of feeling good. 运动有好多种：打球、赛跑、爬山、远足…，我喜欢骑自行车—可以增进骨骼、肌肉发展;游泳——能帮助血液循环，增强心肺功能;跑步——能促进新陈代谢、舒展身心、锻炼身体，增进身体健康。我喜欢赛跑竞赛输赢的刺激感，运动后满身大汗、精疲力尽全身舒畅的感觉。然而，运动给我的启示不在于输赢，而是在于锻炼身体，并且培养团结合作的精神。

我爱运动。适当的运动的运动，才能拥有健康的身体。运动的选择最好能符合自己的兴趣和年龄，并且不宜过于激烈，以免造成了意外和伤害，不可不谨慎。希望人人都运动，大家都健康。

Going to high school is my first time to leave home. I have to live in school from Monday to Friday. 有一次，爸爸带我去游泳，我换上了游泳裤，戴上了游泳圈和游泳镜。看见游泳池里的人真多啊!我迫不及待的想下水游泳，我勇敢的一下子跳了下去。呀!哎哟!冷得只打哆嗦。还被水呛了几大口，我对水有了新的认识，我开始有点害怕水了。而爸爸却像一条小金鱼一样轻松的游着，我很羡慕，我也要学会游泳。在我二年级的时候，爸爸把我带到游泳训练班学游泳，我兴奋极了，终于可以离开了游泳圈。第1次上课的时候老师先教我们学如何学飘，第2次上课的时候老师教我们学潜水，我慢慢的学会了游泳。

学会游泳后，我越来越喜欢游泳了。为了提高水平，我报名参加水晶宫游泳训练班，通过一年不断的坚持、努力训练，在参加了水晶杯游泳比赛中得了男子组自游泳第6名。这就叫功夫不负有心人。

游泳不仅锻炼了我的身体，增长了我的本领，还磨练了我的意志和胆量。
