In spare time, I like reading books, surfing on the Internet, listening to music like, classic, or light music, because they can make me feel relaxed. Nobody could keep on working efficiently, therefore proper amusement is a must. In addition, I insist on do some physical training such as running, and horizontal bar as well. By doing this, I can always stay healthy.

在业余时间,我喜欢看书,上网,听音乐,喜欢音乐,古典,或轻,因为它们能使我感觉轻松。没有人能保持工作效率高,因此适当的娱乐是必须的。此外,我坚持做一些体育锻炼,比如跑步、和单杠等。这样做的话,我能够始终保持健康。

暑假的一天晚上，我和爸爸妈妈一起出发去澳大利亚，我们乘了9个小时的飞机，平安地到达了澳大利亚墨尔本机场，开始了我们愉快的旅行。

我们在机场附近租了一辆汽车，这次的旅行是由我爸爸驾车带我们去的。到达酒店之后，我们放好行李，就出门去附近的超市买菜。超市里的物品琳琅满目，这里的蔬菜比肉还贵。

我们自己煮了饭，随后便开车去海边游玩。这里的海水真是清澈见底，隐隐约约地能看见几条小鱼自由自在地在水里玩耍，蓝蓝的大海让我们的心情一下子好了起来。玩了一会，天色渐渐地暗了下来，我们得回去洗澡睡觉了。明天不知道有什么好玩的等着我们呢，我好期待呀！

哈哈，第二天开始了，今天的天气真不错，我们吃完早餐收拾好行李，坐上汽车，开始了今天的旅途。

第一站，我们要去大洋路的沙滩玩沙子。因为现在的澳大利亚是冬天，所以我们不敢下海，海水太冷了。到了海滩，一眼望去，辽阔的大海不时泛起层层海浪，真是美丽极了！这里海滩非常的干净，一点垃圾都没有，如果在我们国内也能做到这么好就好了，所以我们要保护环境，保护大自然。

对了，澳大利亚还有一项规定，这里可以钓鱼的地方如果钓到了小鱼、小虾是要放回大海的。我脱了鞋子，卷起裤脚和袖子，和妹妹一起玩起了沙子。我负责挖沙坑，妹妹负责筑起围墙，不让海水冲毁。我挖坑的姿势看起来像是一只小狗在刨土。远处有几个外国小朋友在冲浪，他们不怕冷吗？但是看到他们玩得这么高兴可能已经忘记了寒冷。我和妹妹玩得不亦乐乎的时候，妈妈走过来对我们说要去下一站了，我们只好依依不舍地告别了海滩。

第二站，我们要去国家森林公园。可是我们在去的途中遇到了麻烦，一棵大树挡住了我们道路。爸爸和二爸爸一起下车想把树搬开，可是太重了搬不动，后来又来了几辆车，最后几位叔叔和爸爸一起，终于把大树移开了。不一会儿我们就到达了目的地，这里的森林公园有着千年大树，各种各样的植物，树木郁郁葱葱，空气也非常的清新，让人感觉心旷神怡，流连忘返。

第三站，我们来到了十二门徒，那里可以坐直升飞机。工作人员为我们系好救生衣，我们乘坐的是一架可以坐七个人的直升飞机，看到远处直升飞机缓缓降落，我们坐上飞机系好安全带，飞机缓缓升起飞向蓝天。我看到了辽阔的大海、十二门徒、伦敦断桥…这些优美的景色，一个个滑过我的眼底，从天空中欣赏这些景色也显得格外好看！

我们就这样在澳大利亚自由自在地玩了八天，依依不舍地回到了我们的祖国，我的家乡---宁波。如果下次还有机会，我还要到这么美丽的地方去游玩！
