about one oclock in the afternoon,the Christmas dinner is brought in.The turkey

or chicken is quickly eaten.Children search in their Christmas pudding for new

coins which are hidden in it.The rest of the day is full of games and eating

until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.

with the increase of chinas population, housing problems are becoming more

and more apparent. many people complain that their houses are too small to live

in, and we can see in some pool families, six or seven family members live in

one room. therefore, the living conditions cant meet their-needs.

there are many difficulties in solving housing problems. first, its

impossible to put all the space into building houses. secondly, the population

of china increases year by year and with the improvement of our living standard,

we need more room to relax ourselves in.

various solutions have been put forward. i think the most important and

efficient way is to control the population. also, we can build more high

buildings to provide more living space. i believe the housing problems will be

solved.

拜年结束后，我和小伙伴们汇合，一起来到了徐爷爷家，徐爷爷是个老革命战士，他的四个哥哥都在抗日战争中光荣牺牲了，他也因为战争而失去了一条腿，没能成家，今年九十几岁的徐爷爷，孤苦伶仃地瘫坐在床上，我和小伙伴们给他拜完年后，将自己红包里的钱都给了他，一共有两千多元。我们还将袋子里的花生瓜子糖果分了类，放在徐爷爷的床上。徐爷爷感动得热泪盈眶，不住地感谢我们。其实我们才应该感谢徐爷爷这样的老革命战士，没有他们的抛头颅洒热血，哪有我们今天如此安定幸福的生活。

I Like Sunny Days

I really like sunny days. My mood is very good on sunny days because the sun is shining and I can see the beautiful sky. On days when the weather is not good, I would have to stay outside, and it can become boring. However if it is sunny I can enjoy the outdoors. It is good weather for jogging, taking a walk, or riding a bike. It is even better if there is a breeze, because then it is cool so it is more pleasant to be outside. Popsicles and ice creams are very good snacks for warm, sunny days. The coldness helps me cool down and feel good. I like to play games with my friends outside. Nowadays, it’s a common phenomenon that college students fall in love with

others because they cannot stand loneliness. In my point of view, I believe that

people with a strong will to finish something won’t feel lonely. Many people

feel lonely when they are boring, nothing to do. That is to say, if we have many

things to do, work hard for our dreams, live a meaningful life, we won’t feel

lonely. Our dreams will accompany with us.

In my opinion, I think people who don’t know what they want are lonely,

because they have no destinations in their life. They are lonely in soul. So I

don’t consider I am a lonely person, because I have dreams, I have best friends

on my road to succeed. To a conclusion, there is no doubt that lonely in soul is

I felt so excited, because I always wanted to travel abroad. So I was so eager

to talk to my friend. She showed me the sceneries. I found different sceneries

in different cities. For the first time, I saw the outside world so closely. I

want to explore the world and know more about this planet. I realized the

importance of learning English. If I master more words, then I can communicate

with the local people and learn about their culture. From now on, I must study

hard. When I have the chance to travel abroad, I can have a trip.

Yesterday, the weather was good, cloudless. My father and I went to the military areplaying Ski Resort. We wear gloves, hats, armed to come to the ski slopes.
