因为我的小学不学英语，所以我的英语底子不好，进入安外有点跟不上，阎老师就放弃中午休息的时间给我补习，从最基础的教起，不耐烦的一遍又一遍，我清晰的记得当时办公室里就是我和阎老师，她就坐在我身边教我，当我一个知识点了解的时候，她就满足的笑笑，然后摸摸我的脑袋，那种近似母爱的感情让我至今心里充满温暖。

当然，阎老师凶的时候还真的很可怕（阎老师，得罪啦，呵呵）记得那时我和一个男生和另外两个一个女生负责早上扫楼梯，我和另外一个男生刘涛总是早早过来打扫，等到女生来的时候我们都已经打扫好了。我们心里很不平衡，所以，有一天早上我和刘涛都没扫，等女生扫，最后女生以为我们已经扫好了，也没有打扫。最后，阎老师发现楼梯很脏，就让我们值日生出去扫地，两个女生和刘涛都出去扫地了，就是我坐在座位上读书，因为我平时做的最多，心里很不平衡，所以有点火大就没去。阎老师最后知道我也是当天的值日生而没有出去一起扫地，就很气愤的直接在班里很多人面前发我的火，还把我叫到她办公室谈话，她很凶地问我为什么不和他们一起扫地，我心里很委屈，就说之前几乎都是我一个在扫地，两个女生几乎都没扫过，我的心里不平衡就没出去扫地。说话的时候，眼泪都是含着的，因为确实觉得很委屈。阎老师就对我说，老师一直很看重你，觉得你身上有一股正气，当她说到这里的时候，我哽咽的难受，心里更难受。然后又说“吃亏是福”我知道她对我的要求远远胜过其他人，我也不忍心让她失望，所以很努力地做人，很努力地做事。

还记得她的一句话对我影响很大“今日事，今日毕！”这么多年来，我一直谨记这句话，可以说这句话已经渗透到了我的生活，今天的脏衣服，我也从来不留到明天洗，呵呵，有点傻哦。

很感激有一个这么善良的老师引我英语入门，更重要的是那些品行影响我至今。阎老师，好久不见了，你还好吗，希望你幸福。还有，阎老师，知道吗，你笑起来比凶的时候美多了。

她没有漂亮的眼睛，却有善意的眼睛;她没有嘹亮的嗓音，却有亲切的话语;她没有高高的身材，却有无微不至的关怀。她，就是最关怀我的老师——于老师。

有一次，我在学校发烧了，双脸通红，额头热得吓人，于老师得知后，立即让我回家好好休养。几天之后，班里考试，我的成绩一落千丈。我拿到成绩后，觉得无所谓，反正我都赶不上其他同学了，学不学都没关系。于老师看出我的心思后，就把我叫到办公室，柔声细语地说：“你不能因为成绩跟不上，而放弃了学习啊!天鹅之所以飞得高飞得远，靠的是矫健有力的翅膀啊!”我觉得于老师说的一番话很有道理，就点了点头。于老师看到我的反应后，拉起我的手，语重心长地说：“天下无难事，只怕有心人。只要你肯继续努力学习，老师相信，没有什么事情能打倒你的!”于老师说完后，拍了拍我的肩膀，让我回去。

在回教室的路上，于老师说的话烙印在我心里，使我久久不能忘记。是啊，天下没有困难的事情，只要我们能够努力，什么事情都不是问题!我也不能因为一次成绩，而被打到了!一次成绩算不了什么。

此后，每逢课余时间，于老师总会帮我补课。一旦我有不明白的问题，于老师都会一遍遍耐心地讲给我听，直到我明白为止。

在于老师的耐心指导下，使我在又一次考试中，得到了优异的成绩。我在于老师的脸上，看到了欣慰的笑容。

于老师，您的微笑让我感到亲切，您的关怀让我感激，您的话语让我充满信心。于老师，我敬佩您!

[六年级作文老师的关爱

她是一个很平凡的人。一张白皙而以俏丽的脸上；两道细溜溜的眉毛；一双小而有神眼睛，薄薄的嘴唇，常常挂着恬静的微笑。她个子不高，站在我们中间像是我们的一员。

她是一个很幽默，可爱的人。一次她在黑板上画了一只猴子，指着画，请了一个开小差的同学问她这是什么。她一慌之下把monkey说成了lizard。陆老师瞪大眼睛，装出一脸狐疑，轻声地问：“同学们，你们看到过像这种品种的lizard吗？下面一阵哄堂大笑。老师及时纠正说：“这是monkey，以后上课要认真听。”

有一次，有位同学上课在开小差，陆老师轻轻地走过去，拍拍他的肩膀说：“革命尚未成功，同志仍需努力啊！”小朋友有错误时，陆老师从不正面批评而是用巧妙的语言给予提醒。

在她的英语课上总是充满了欢声笑语，我们也越来越喜欢英语了！

她长长的睫毛下有一双宝石般烔烔有神的眼睛，白白净净的脸狭上镶着俩个圆圆的酒窝，给人一种精明能干的印象。尽管我们能从她的眼角看到几丝皱纹，但这是智慧的年轮，辛勤的标志。她就是我们的语文老师—————雷桂君。

从五年级开始到现在，雷老师一直关心，呵护着我们。每当我们在学习上遇到难题时，她总是面带微笑，耐心细致地给我们解析疑难，说明道理。和她在一起我们一点也不觉得拘谨和惧怕，反倒觉得她和蔼可亲，十分热情。在课堂上她每次深情的朗读，总会化作精神魅力，把我们的思绪很快带入美妙的境界。如果我们生病或是受了伤，她那明亮的眼睛里总会投射出温柔，同情和体贴的目光，让我们感到无比的亲切和温暖。有一次，我们班的一位同学发烧了，雷老师又是帮他量体温又是叫他的父母来，同学心里很感激老师。

雷老师很注重教书育人。每当我们因学习上有所进步，而骄傲时她总是循循善诱地开导我们。每当我们遇到挫折时，她总是不停的给我们加油打气。有一次，雷老师让我们参加学校的作文大赛，我们有的兴致勃勃，有的垂头丧气，老师便开始教育我们，让我们不要泄气，不要骄傲。

雷老师啊，你既是我们的良师，也是我们的挚友;你是我们做人的表率，也是我们学习的楷模。我们敬佩你，我们拥戴你，你是我们心中的好老师啊!
