今天早上，我们去操场上升旗，当时天气非常冷。地上还有冰块，树上还有霜冻，草地上还有白白的东西，跟雪一样。北风呼呼地刮，像刀锋利的插在脸上那样冷。我们就站在草地上，像一群小企鹅，因为每个人都捂得严严实实。手缩进了袖子里，脑袋进了帽兜。乍一看，还真有点像一群“五彩企鹅”。我们在那里站着，一直抱怨冷，直到看见演讲台上的同学们。他们只穿着单薄的校服，没有抱怨一句，而我们穿的那么厚，还在台上叫苦连天。真的是鲜明的对比啊!

冬天的早晨很冷，但可不只有早晨很冷。白天也一样很冷，简直不是一般的冷啊!

今天中午的时候，我和妈妈去一家小卖部买东西，回来的时候，我和妈妈冻得成了“缩头乌龟”。我的手都冻成了红色的，脸也是一样。衣服上都是冷的，买回来的热花卷，一会儿已经变成凉的了。路人都穿着各式各样的棉袄，非常漂亮。甚至连邻居家的吉娃娃都套上了一个精致的小蓝套，在这个寒冷的冬天，谁不想把自已捂得暖和些呢?

有一天，赵丰年拿着一块冰向我走来。他把冰放到我眼前，说：“你看，这是我捡到的一块冰，我把手放到这块冰的上面，就出现了一个漂亮的小洞，酷吧。”我说：“真不错，你都可以去申请吉尼斯世界纪录了，入选的题目就是世界上最美丽的`冰，肯定可以入选。”不过，好景不长，几分钟后，这块美丽的冰自动化为了一滩水。

最近，不只是人们穿上了新衣。连植物也穿上。

今天，我正坐在公交车上，一心盼望着赶紧回家，因为今天作业特别多。突然，公交车停住了，怎么回事呢?噢，原来前面堵车了，我非常着急，不经意间，看到了路边的小树，小树上包着一层厚厚的白厚套，原来是清洁工正在忙着给小树穿衣服呢。哈哈，这可真好玩，简直就是一道亮丽的风景线。

冬天的事真有趣，我喜欢这个快乐的季节。

冬天，洁白的雪花慢慢地飘落下来，落到这里，飘到那里，我们仿佛置身于童话般的雪白世界。 In winter, the white snowflakes slowly falling down, falling here, and drifting there, we seem to be in a fairy -tale white world.

洁白的雪花，像一片片白色的棉花，像一块块扯碎了的棉絮，像一片片雪白的羽毛，还像一个个披着白纱的少女在空中翩翩起舞。雪花有六瓣，如果给它上上色，就能和一朵鲜艳的花比美了。

雪花，刚刚飘下来的时候，只是零零碎碎的，这儿有，那儿没有。渐渐地，越下越大，天空爷爷肯定因为没有事干很无聊，在上面扯着一大块，一大块的棉絮，几片雪花连在了一起，看似只是一片雪花，其实是由几片雪花组成的。

它们落在高大的树上，房顶上，道路上，汽车上……给城市增添了一道亮丽的风景线。

雪后的景色也很美丽。

树上，挂满了银闪闪的“钻石”，远望，像一把撑开的银色大伞。一些可爱的小鸟从这棵树上飞到那棵树上，不间断;则还有一些小鸟一直站在一棵树上，叽叽喳喳地唱着一首十分好听的歌。有时，几只小鸟排成一排，似乎是有一只指挥鸟在指挥似的，这几只鸟唱的整齐极了。过了一会，有人或者汽车来了，他们会成群或者自己飞走，树上的雪就会陡然间落下来，落到地上，地上的雪就又会厚一层。

道路上，到处积满了雪，地上滑溜溜的，仿佛一面刚做出来的镜子。汽车上，已经积了一层厚厚的雪，这是司机最烦恼的事，这些雪可够司机处理好一会的了。

房顶上，结了一层透明的冰，摸上去十分光滑，好像是一块铺地的瓷砖那样。

太阳出来了，雪慢慢融化成水，消失了。真希望雪多停留一下不要融化成水，再让我们看一眼这洁白的雪世界。

啊!雪景真是太美了，一片洁白，简直和童话世界里的景色一样。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。
