yourself. Take the case of fake milk powder for example. After drinking this

kind of milk, the babies had big heads while their legs and arms were still

thin, which badly affected their health. To our great relief, the producers got

accused and punished for all the serious consequences in the end。

Having the reputation of being honest and reliable will make other people

trust you, which will provide you many benefits and give you opportunities that

others may not get. Being honest, you will find it easier to cooperate with

others and people will be friendly to you and support you. In a sense, if life

is a long journey, honesty will be the backpack that should be taken along all

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

Every year in October, our school will have the tradition to hold a sports

“下雪了!”一声惊喜，生生地把我从美梦中“揪”了出来。我揉揉朦胧的睡眼，眯着眼朝窗外望去——哇，真的下雪了! "Its snowing!" A surprise, I "stabbed" me from the dream.I rubbed the hazy sleeping eyes and squinted and looked out of the window -wow, it was really snowing!

可爱的雪花从天而降，一片又一片，漫天都是。雪花一小朵一小朵的，好像老天就这么一点新年礼物，为了让地球的每一个角落都能与雪花零距离接触，都能感受她浓浓的爱意，把它掰碎了一般。急

性子的小雪花“簌簌”地往下“赶”，好似被关了许久的雪娃娃突然得到允许，让它到人间玩耍片刻。

雪越下越大，渐渐模糊了我的视野。可爱的雪花不时落在我们的头上，肩上，书包上。偶尔，会有淘气的小雪花钻进你的脖子，和你亲密接触，凉丝丝的——“好冷啊!”缩缩脖子，却带着几分喜悦。

我伸出红红的小手，想接住它，好细细地瞧一瞧，看看它是不是跟老师说的一样，是美丽的六边形花儿。可小雪花好像特别害羞，一转眼，就不见了。或许，是我这粗鲁的动作吓的。

慢慢地，整个世界变白了。弯弯曲曲的小路上，光秃秃的树枝上，高高低低的屋顶上，都铺上了一床厚厚的白白的绒被子似的，真成了一个粉妆玉砌的世界!是啊，新年到了，白雪公主也许什么时候悄悄来到人间，地球妈妈给自己换上了洁白的新衣裳，用雪花装点一下，迎接贵客的到来。我猜想着。

“玩雪喽!”一阵阵欢声笑语打断了我的思绪。放眼望去，操场上已经成了欢乐的海洋：一心一意堆雪人的，兴致勃勃打雪仗的，撒开腿互相追逐的，好不热闹!或许是经不起诱惑，也或许是耐不住寂寞，看，老师们也跟孩子似的“野”了——“走，玩雪去!

Winters in Taipei are very cold during the evening and very windy during the daytime. I usually look forward to the Lunar New Years Day and the winter vacation when I can go to the village where the climate is warmer during these holidays. Also, I look forward to seeing my grandmother, great-grandmother, and my friends in the village; I like my grandmothers food very much. Winter is the time everyone is in a festive mood.

In the city, I usually do a lot of reading at home in the winter because of the cold .
