妈妈把饺子皮托在手心上，然后夹一筷子饺子馅，放在饺子皮的正中间，再把饺子皮对折一下，用双手的拇指与食指熟练的一捏，一个胖乎乎的饺子就呈现在我的面前。

我照妈妈教的方法开始包啦，第一个饺子的样子很难看，但总算有点模样啦。接就是第二个、第三个，包的一个比一个好。

饺子包好啦，要开始下锅煮啦。妈妈先烧开一锅水，然后把饺子一个个轻轻的下进去，再用勺子背轻轻的推，生怕把饺子弄破了。

不一会儿，锅开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水。不时的用勺背轻轻的推，我问妈妈为什么要添水呢?妈妈说：“煮饺子要滚三滚，饺子才能煮透，皮筋陷软”。锅又开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水，然后与以前一样用勺子轻轻的推。

到了表弟家，表弟看我学会了骑自行车，也想要学骑自行车。但是他家没有自行车，就想借用一下我的自行车。妈妈爽快地答应了，可我骑得还没过瘾，不想放下自行车。我推说这是奶奶的自行车，要问一下奶奶，就骑着自行车飞一般地向家奔去。因为乡下表弟家到我家要经过一座年久失修的老桥，妈妈为了我的安全，叫心妍姐姐骑车跟着我回家。

得到奶奶的允许后，我又以比电动车还要快的速度赶往表弟家。为了快点到表弟家，我选择了抄近路，那是一条小路。在距离表弟家100米左右的一个直角转弯处，有人种了一些黄芽菜，在黄芽菜的旁边有一个粪坑。虽然，我老远就看到了，但由于车速太快，再加上十分紧张，车龙头抖得厉害。我的“方向盘”一偏，哎呀呀!车子碾过黄芽菜地，直接撞在粪坑的水泥边沿上，车子倒了，前轮还掉进了粪坑里。我从车子下爬了出来。我回头一看。哇!黄芽菜糟了殃，都倒向了一边。心妍姐姐连忙停下车，帮我把车子的前轮拉了出来，停好车。我一看手，手指也被黄芽菜染成了绿色。我沮丧地把车推到了表弟家。表弟醒了醒鼻子，说：“怎么臭烘烘的?”我尴尬地说：“我的自行车前轮胎掉进粪坑里了!”大家听了都哈哈大笑起来。妈妈把车洗干净后，偷偷地把车锁上了。

后来，妈妈趁我上楼拿衣服的时候，把车送给了表弟。

车子没了，寒假快要结束了，而这件事将永远留在我的记忆深处。

说实话，在这个寒假里是再无聊不过的了，补习了20天的课。终于有时间休息了，可还是没事做，直到寒假快结束时的前几天，我和爸爸去了奶奶家。这不去不知道，一去才有了很多的感悟。 To be honest, it is boring in this winter vacation, tutoring for 20 days.I finally had time to rest, but I still had nothing to do. Until a few days before the winter vacation ended, my father and I went to my grandmas house.I do n’t know if I do n’t go. I only have a lot of perception as soon as I go.

我们刚刚来到车站，那车站就是人山人海的，好不容易挤进了车厢，天那!我不禁发出这样的感叹——车厢内站的人比坐着的还多，简直是严重超载了，可那位售票阿姨却是忙的不亦乐乎，大声的吆喝着。我很生气，真想臭骂她一顿，但车上那么多人，我这样做只能弄的大家都不愉快，我也认栽了。车终于缓缓地开了，我心想这下没人了吧，谁知一过桥头，又一群人一窝蜂的涌了上来，这使得全车的人都倒下了，只见售票员一面往车上拉人，一面指着一位老爷爷骂。我真看不过去，忙过去扶起老爷爷，还狠狠的瞪了她一眼。其实这都是其次，最让我气愤的是那一件事。一位40来岁的叔叔抱着小孩，站在车上摇摇晃晃的，旁边坐着一位衣着前卫的年轻小伙子看了“哼”的一声冷笑，像是在幸灾乐祸。我们设身处地的想，在那个时候，叔叔最需要的是帮助，而不是泼冷水。如果是他带着孩子处在那样的环境中，我们有能力而不帮助他，他会怎么想?这也就是“帮助别人就是在帮助自己。”

那些生活在烟花市肆的大都市的人们，只懂的用美好的外表去包装他们，而不去理解人们最初淳朴善良的内心。值得我们深思的是什么?外表美固然重要，但是在外表已经得到时，我们更应该把自己的内在美体现出来。八荣八耻，时时刻刻提醒着我们，以什么为荣，以什么为耻。我们必须作一个合格的好公民，我们的祖国才能繁荣昌盛，长盛不衰。

“只要人人都献出一点爱，给予别人希望，世界将变成美好的人间”。我们能实现吗?
