I went to three cities to play during last summer holidays. They are Beijing, Dalian and HuHehot.

我去了三个城市在去年夏天的假期。他们是北京，大连和呼和浩特。

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t mithe Beijing Duck. It is really nice.

我去北京的八倍多。北京是中国的首都。这是一个很大的城市。我对北京很熟悉。它需要一个小时和四十分钟从南通到北京乘飞机。在北京有许多高大的建筑物。这是一个现代化的城市。我的家人参观了长城，颐和园，故宫，北海公园，太空馆，等我去了北京农村去划船和钓鱼。这是非常有趣的。我去了王府井。我买了很多纪念品和其他东西。我喜欢吃北京小吃。他们很美味。不想北京鸭。这真是太好了。

Dalian is a beautiful city. Dalian is close to Beijing. I spent 5o minutes on the plane. Dalian is near the sea. I smelled the salty taste in the air. The roads are clean. There are lots of trees and flowers near the roads. There are many esplanades and Japanese buildings. There are some fountains in one of the esplanades. Some people flew kites and walked on the esplanades. We went to see the beach and the sea. The sea is blue. There were many swimmers in the sea. I lay on the beach to see the sky.Dalian is a very nice place to live.

大连是一个美丽的城市。大连离北京很近。我在飞机上度过了5o分钟。大连附近海域。我闻到了咸咸的味道在空气中。道路是干净的。有许多树木和花草附近的道路。有许多esplanades和日本的建筑物。有一些喷泉中esplanades之一。有些人放风筝的esplanades走去。我们去看海滩和大海。海是蓝色的。在海中有许多游泳者。我躺在沙滩上，看天空。大连是一个很好的地方住。

Huhehot is in Inner Mongol. There are lots of large grasslands. The grasslands are endless. The sky is bright blue. There were a lot of horses and sheep. They were running or eating grass. I rode a horse on the graland. I picked some colourful flowers. We drank the tea with milk. There is a small desert, it was very hot when I walked on it. The sand could sing.

内蒙古呼和浩特。有很多的大草原。草原是无穷无尽的。天空是明亮的蓝色。有一个很大的马和羊。他们正在运行或吃草。我骑着马在草原。我挑选了一些五颜六色的花朵。我们喝的茶与牛奶。有一个小的沙漠，这是非常热的时候我就走去。会唱歌的沙子。

These trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.

这些旅行使我睁开我的眼睛。我很喜欢我的一天。

暑假里，爸爸妈妈带我们全家人去北京玩，我听到这个消息非常的开心。北京也是我的家乡。一大早，我们就启程了，在路上我们走着走着，忽然下起了毛毛细雨，在这个炎热的夏季，让我感到非常凉爽!过了一会，天气晴了。太阳从东方升起来了，真美呀!几个小时过后。我们就到了祖国首都——北京市。

我们先去参观了鸟巢，鸟巢是2008年奥运会举行比赛的地方。我们来到水立方，2008年水立方负责跳水、游泳、花样跳水、水球……水立方是北京2008年奥运会期间修建的主游泳馆。我们还拍了照片作为留念。

中午，我们吃了午饭，休息了一个时晨，我们全家人去了天安门，首先我们看到了伟大的革命导师的遗像挂在了天安门城楼上面。祖国的五星红旗高高的竖立在天安门广场上空，我和妹妹在那里玩的特别高兴。广场上的东侧是国家博物馆，天安门广场中央是人民英雄纪念碑，天安门城楼的西侧人民大会堂，天安门城楼的前面是长安街。过了一个时晨，我们一家人在哪里看国旗降下来的仪式后。

一天的旅行，让我们浑身疲惫，但是，我们很开心，在旅游的过程中，使我学到了很多知识，了解了很多历史……我爱北京，我爱北京天安门。

2011年2月6号到10号，我们一家三口去了北京旅游，爸爸把一些数字告诉了我，让我计算一下这次旅行的总费用。（1）从广州到北京的机票是990元/人，共990×3=2970元；（2）从北京到广州的机票是：成人票1480元/人，儿童票890元/人，共1480×2+890=3850元；（3）住宿4晚，230元/晚，共230×4=920元；（4）由于我不需要门票，门票按2个人计算：天坛公园30元/人，颐和园30元/人，圆明园5元/人，雍和宫20元/人，故宫40元/人，北海公园10元/人，长城40元/人。共（30+30+5+20+40+10+40）×2=350元；

（5）交通费按每人每天20元计算，我是免票的，按2人计算，共

20×2×5=200元；（6）餐费按每人每天80元计算，共80×3×5=1200元；

（7）其他费用按500元计算。于是这次旅行的总费用为：

2970+3850+920+350+200+1200+500=9990元。爸爸又问，如果所有费用按3个人平均计算，这次旅游平均每个人花了多少钱？这个问题其实很简单，9990÷3=3330元。

这个暑假我们全家去了首都旅游，这是我第一次去北京，才知道北京比我想象的美得多，进入北京一座座楼房拔地而起，错综复杂的立交桥让我眼花缭乱。

首先我们去的是天安门广场这里已是人山人海，我先看到了天安门城楼，南边是毛主席纪念堂，东边是国家历史博物馆，西边是人民大会堂，广场的中间是人民英雄纪念碑。在人民英雄纪念碑前面摆放着两个巨大的电视墙，上面播放着阅兵仪式以及各族人民一起跳舞联欢的画面，我们在这里照了好多相片留作纪念。

接着我们去了海底世界，先看到的是高高耸立的中央电视塔，海底世界就在塔的下面，进入海底世界的大门往左拐是一条长长的隧道。我一踏进海底隧道，仿佛畅游在大洋深处，巨大的礁石、争奇斗艳的珊瑚丛、花枝招展的美人虾近在咫尺。种类繁多、色彩绚丽、形态各异的珊瑚、鱼成群结队地从我身边游过看得我眼花缭乱;大鲨鱼在角落里静静地睡懒觉;百岁老金龟，慢慢地在我头顶上踱着方步向前行走;还有许多有热带鱼，令我想不到的是还有南极的企鹅慢悠悠的在水里游着，真是让我大开眼界。

最后我们来到了世界公园，在里面有长城，五重塔，罗马角斗场，巨石阵，自由女神神像，科罗拉多大峡谷，埃及金字塔，狮身人面像，巴黎圣母院……漫步园内仿佛周游在世界的各个角落，好美呀!我最喜欢的还是瀑布，坐在下面真凉爽简直就不想出去，直到妈妈叫我回去我才恋恋不舍的离开。

有的人乐，是因为学会了干什么，还有的人乐，是看了什么书，而我的乐和他们的乐不一样，我的乐是旅游乐。

这是我第一次去北京，第一次见天安门，第一次去海底世界，第一次见多国著名建筑，啊!今天过得很充实，也很高兴。我会记住这一天的所见所闻、记住我们可爱的北京。

Ah, beautiful paris. for centuries this city has attracted the admiration of the world. the allure and charm of paris captivate all who visit there.

啊，美丽的巴黎！几世纪来，这个城市吸引了整个世界的崇拜。巴黎的诱惑与魅力吸引了所有到此游玩的人。 Take a stroll along the seine river. browse through the art vendors, colorful paintings. peek through delicate iron gates at the well-kept gardens. watch closely for the french attention to detail that has made france synonymous with good taste. you will see it in the design of a doorway or arch and in the little fountains and quaint balconies. no matter where you look, you will find everyday objects transformed into works by art.

Spend some time in a quiet park relaxing on an old bench. lie on your back on the green grass. when you need refreshment, try coffee and pastries at a sidewalk cafe. strike up a conversation with a parisian. this isnt always easy, though. with such a large international population living in paris, true natives are hard to find these days.

花些时间，在一个安静的公园里面的旧板凳上轻松地休息。躺在青草地上。想吃点心的时候，尝尝路边咖啡店的咖啡及点心。找一个巴黎人展开一段会话，但这也不太容易。有这么大的国际人口居住在此地。在这个年头要找到一个真正当地的巴黎人是很难的。

As evening comes to paris, enchantment rises with the mist over the riverfront. you may hear music from an outdoor concert nearby: classical, jazz, opera or chansons, those french folk songs. parisians love their music. the starry sky is their auditorium. you can also hear concerts in the chateaux and cathedrals. in paris the music never ends.

巴黎到了傍晚时分，随着码头上的雾气升起，巴黎的诱惑力也随之而起。你也会听到附近室外音乐会所演奏的乐曲。古典、爵士、歌剧或是香颂、即法国的民歌。巴黎人热爱自己的音乐，繁星点缀的天空，就是他们演奏的大礼堂。你也可以在皇宫或教堂里聆听音乐会。在巴黎，音乐是不会停止的。

Dont miss the highlight of paris evening: eating out. parisians are proud of their cuisine. and rightly so; its world famous. gourmet dining is one of the indispensable joys of living. you need a special guidebook to help you choose one of the hundreds of excellent restaurants. the capital of france boasts every regional specialty, cheese and wine the country has to offer. if you dont know w

hat to order, ask for the suggested menu. the chef likes to showcase his best dishes there. remember, you havent tasted the true flavor of france until youve dined at a french restaurant in paris.

Travel a succession of beautiful scenery makes one feel delighted. A long stay in the same surroundings to make everything the same. Routine work often makes one feel bored But if you take a trip or a long journey on your holidays to some scenic spots or historic sites, that will make great difference. Travel can widen one’s knowledge. The farther you go, the more you will learn about different politics, economics, customs as well as geography. If you travel the whole world some day, you will fully understand the globe on which we live. However, too much travel causes tiredness. You get on a bus or a taxi, you travel on the train or in a plane, being patient with the hours needed on your mute from one place to another, that will make you exhausted after a while.

Travel "People who like travelling have their reasons. They maintain that travelling can help them expand their scope of knowledge, especially geographical and historical learning. They go on to point out that touring will provide more chance for them to enjoy food and try on clothes that they otherwise cannot possibly have. Those who dislike travelling have their reasons. They would argue that travelling means a considerable amount of money and energy. For example, traffic and accommodation require money walking while seeing sights often tires you. In practice, travelling does more good than harm. If you finance and health permit, you might as well do some travelling from time to time. It will at least enable you to get familiar with people and thing that you will probably grow to like and love. "

Travel to the forest Have you ever been fed up with the boring life in the city? Should you be tired of the crowded roads and endless noises, you might want to have a glimpse of the primary forest with me. As soon as you open the mysterious door of the forest, you may ask,“ Have I entered the palace or the paradise?” The breath-taking scenery makes you forget everything but exploring what the forest has to offer. With tens of thousands of trees surrounding you, straight or winding, tall or short , you feel like floating on the ocean of green. All kinds of fragrant flowers lie peaceful and shy under the leaves. Take a close look at them , and you can even see the fresh drops of water ,which makes the flowers look like beautiful girls who have just had a bath. The most enjoyable thing is to feel the thick fog among the whole forest, which makes the view of the living creatures disappear at times. When the sun comes up, the fog rises at once .The dreaming image is then replaced by the lively scene. A wide variety of birds are singing happily in the trees. Lots of little animals are running busily across the paths. Wander in the forest, you will have the feeling of returning to nature. Well, in addition to enjoying the scenery on the ground, keep an eye out for the sky! The clear blue with pure white will give your eyes a feast .

Regarding to tour, most of people have GREat interests in it. It’s a human nature that people who come from the dame nature just fall in love into the same.

The modern city, strenuous living, riproaring and crowded living space make more and more people try to come to the dame nature with their light packs and travel bags. There is a song which just show people’s the dream of traveling long distance.

Traveling, of course,it’s to get into the physical landscape which can help to give you a good temper, wash away the dust from your soul and make you cheer the nice life.

Tour is not only a personal interest but also a kind of knowledge. A merry journey will be the memory that you can’t forget through your lifetime. It’s really at ease if you wander with two or three china pates who have a little exploratory energy to stay in the interesting places as long as you want but just ignore the unsightly places.

It’s not good to join the travel agency other wise we should call it gaining a superficial understanding through cursory observation but not traveling. Of course, we should study to choose a most towardly occasion for the most famous and beautiful scene in the places before we are going to.

And we need enough money, enough time, special channel and also an economical plane, it’s convenient for us. And we can save more time to view the blue sky generally and look out upon the cloud dancing freely outside the plane.

It’s also not bad to travel by train. Enjoy the scenery out of the train on the way, just look around here and there, maybe you can get some new friends in this narrow but long carriage. Certainly you’d better choose the different path when you return back from the place of interest so that you can make your eyes full of the landscape of interest on the way and never need to revisit the once familiar place. How far-flung and galland the rivers and mountains in our homeland are! There are still too many places we can go.

Time is limited but the interest of traveling is limitless. We travel just because of our love not to the natural mountains and rivers!

对于旅游，许多人都怀有浓厚的兴趣。人从自然中来，崇尚自然，乃人类之天性。

现代都市，生活的高节奏，生存空间的喧嚣和拥挤，使越来越来的人背起行囊轻装走向自然，记得有一首歌《我想去桂林》，正很好地唱出了人们想去远游的愿望。

旅游，当然是到真正的山水中去，可以陶冶你的情操，荡涤心灵的尘埃，令你欢呼生命的美好。

旅游不单是一种兴趣，还是一门学问，快乐的旅途是你终生难忘的回忆。要是有点探险精神的，三两同游，好玩的多逗留，游个饱，不好的不看也罢，自由自在；不参加旅游团为好，那叫走马观花，不叫旅游。当然，出去之前应该研究一下，要知道你想前往的地方最出名最美丽的风光何时才有。

要是有足够的钱，宽容的时间，路线也应讲究，经济许可的可坐飞机，便捷省时，一览碧空，看云儿在脚下自由自在的飘舞； 坐火车呢，那也不俗，沿途景致，这边看看那边望望，说不定在车上还能交上朋友呢！当然来回路线最好不要一样，这样可把沿途的山水名胜游个饱，将来也不用再到这一片热土作重游之想了。我们的祖国啊河山辽阔壮丽，要去的地方多着呢。 旅游之趣，不是一时能谈完的，不过，旅游，皆自对山水之钟情呵！

Travel is a very good means of broadening a persons perspective. It makes you come into contact with different cultures， meet people of different colors and go through peculiar rites and ceremonies. Travelling much， you will not only eich your knowledge and experiences， but also be aware of the vastness of nature.

Travel may also relieve person of boredom and gloom. Travel brings you enjoyment and attraction. It gives you a pleasant experience， which will disperse your boredom and make you forget whatever annoys you. Travel broadens your mind and leaves you good memories. Later， you may go over these memories and enjoy your past experiences， thus keeping a fresh and sunny mind.
