游览了其他宫殿后，我们到了御花园。御花园是宫城里最北的一区，这里有苍松翠柏、怪木伏立……吸取了大自然的精华。

时间过得真快，我们要离开故宫了，走出大门，我恋恋不舍回头望去，啊!在北京，像这样宏伟的建筑，巧夺天工的文物，何止千万。祖国灿烂的文化遗产，显示了中华民族的智慧和才干呀!故宫啊!多么雄伟!祖国啊!多么可爱!

The Spring Festival is a traditional festival for all Chinese people. On

that evening there is a very traditional ceremony----Spring Festival Gala, which

is the favorite for many people. It brings so much happiness to Chinese all

around the world .

When asked about their opinion on Spring Festival Gala, people always

reason differently. Some people deem that it should be cancelled, while there

are also other people who argue that it should be continued.

Some people take it for granted that the Gala should not exist because it

is too boring on the evening of the Lunar New Year. Besides, the form of the

Evening seems the same every year. In comparison, there are, however, a large

number of people who hold a different view concerning this issue, they insist

that the Gala must be continued. They argue that it is one of the most important

celebration customs. And they think the Gala is worth expecting.

As far as I am concerned, I am intending to stand on the side of the latter

group of people. Admittedly, the former point of view seems reasonable, but the

latter is more persuasive. Taking the above-mentioned factors into

consideration, I can safely conclude that the Gala just needs a reform in the

future but not to be cancelled.

His time most unforgettable was the first time traveling with his wife, as this is the first time, therefore, was extremely excited. Today people are so fond of travelling that tourism has become one of the faster growing industries in most countries.

The main reason why people travel is, perhaps, for pleasure.

For example, having worked hard throughout the weekdays, people will find a widened trip to the nearby mountains or beaches a real relaxation.

For another example, spending an annual holiday travelling abroad is an especially satisfying experience for those who do not have much of an opportunity to be away from their homelands. When people return from their travel, they will generally feel fresh and energetic, ready to work harder.

Travelling is also one of the best means for learning.

You may have read or heard about something but you can never get an accurate picture of it until you see it for yourself. Seeing is believing.

Furthermore, if you area careful observer, you can learn much during your travel about the geography, biology, and history of the places you visit.

No matter how well educated you are, there is always a lot for you to learn through travelling. The knowledge acquired from travel, as you will have found in your life, is no less valuable than that from any influential reference book.

寒假里，我和大姑他们去了北京游玩，一路上别提有多兴奋了，我们跟着旅游团去参观了许多著名的景点，例如：天安门、金碧辉煌的故宫、气势雄伟的长城、水立方还有鸟巢等这些著名的景点。每天的旅程都让人既激动又疲惫。其中，最让我印象深刻的是故宫和主席纪念堂。

故宫有四扇门，其中东边的是东华门，西边的是西华门，南边的是午门，北边的是神式门。走进午门，并走过金水桥，再穿过太和门，便走到故宫里最大的宫殿——太和殿。我从门口望去，首先映入眼帘的是一把巨大的龙椅。哇哦!难道这就是古代皇帝坐的椅子吗?看起来金光闪闪的，我不由在心里感慨起来，里面的摆设也跟古装剧里的一模一样。接着，我们又来到了中和殿，中和殿就是皇帝休息的地方了。中和殿后面就是保和殿，然后我们又陆续参观了乾清宫，御花园……

故宫让人留连忘返，主席纪念堂也同样令人神往，自开放以来，每天都有许许多多的世界各地的人来参观，我们排了好久的队才进了纪念堂。来到主席的纪念堂，登上台阶，一眼就望见“主席纪念堂”几个大字，进入大堂，就看见一座巨大的主席的雕像，前面有个献花的地方，是专门用来给游客献花的。走过大厅，我们来到了主席的水晶棺前，只见主席躺在水晶馆里，身上盖着党旗，鲜花一盆盆的放置在水晶棺周围。

不一会儿，我们就走出了纪念堂，我一边走一边想：唉!我们能有今天的美好生活，那都要多亏了那些革命先辈，都是革命先辈用他们珍贵的生命和鲜血换来的。所以，我们一定要珍惜现在的美好生活，努力去创造属于我们的美好未来。
