Recently I spent over three hours looking, reading and enjoying the exhibits at the National Palace Museum located in the suburbs. Many local and foreign visitors go there daily to take pictures outside and spend endless hours inside. No cameras are allowed inside, but you can buy you can buy colored slides of the exhibits in the gift shop downstairs. There is a very large collection of beautiful jades. Also, there is an ancient bronze vessel exhibit. Some of the exhibits are changed regularly for special collections such as porcelain and silk paintings. Well,I m going to travel to a beautiful place called Xiamen.I m going to take photos with foreign people because there are many foreign people in Xiamen.Im going to climb mountains,eat delicious food,buy some beautiful souvenirs there and Im going to stay there for one month.I think that will be a lot more exciting,wont it?So thats all,how about your summer holiday?

今年暑假，我终于踏上了北京之旅的路程，一睹故宫风采。

我国素有文明之邦的美称，首都北京，更是一个中外闻名，历史悠久的古城。其中，北京的故宫，常常吸引国内外的游客前来游赏风观光，多么令人神往!

我们乘旅游车向故宫前进，一路上，导游就向我们介绍故宫：故宫是明清两朝皇帝的宫殿。从明朝永乐五年(1470)起，聚集了全国的匠师，征用了二三十万的军工和民工，用了14年时间，建成可这组宏大的宫殿群。它是东方最大的宫殿。听了导游的介绍，我对故宫有了初步的了解。

经过(几小时)车程，终于到到达目的地。我进大门，一个面积达3万过平方米的广场映入我的眼帘，这广场可容万人聚集。广场的两侧是分别文楼和武楼。我们首先参观主殿——太和殿。太和殿体量宏伟，造型庄重。导游小姐介绍，太和殿一切构件格和装饰式样，都是最高等的。在这里举行的仪式也是最隆重的。在殿前开阔的台基，还放置用来焚香祈祷的铜龟，铜鹤……

游程继续进行着。走近宫殿。殿的正前方是铺着红毡的阶梯，在往里的是皇帝坐的皇位。殿内装饰巧夺天工，令人之惊叹。

游览了其他宫殿后，我们到了御花园。御花园是宫城里最北的一区，这里有苍松翠柏、怪木伏立……吸取了大自然的精华。

时间过得真快，我们要离开故宫了，走出大门，我恋恋不舍回头望去，啊!在北京，像这样宏伟的建筑，巧夺天工的文物，何止千万。祖国灿烂的文化遗产，显示了中华民族的智慧和才干呀!故宫啊!多么雄伟!祖国啊!多么可爱!

这个暑假我们全家去了首都旅游，这是我第一次去北京，才知道北京比我想象的美得多，进入北京一座座楼房拔地而起，错综复杂的立交桥让我眼花缭乱。

首先我们去的是天安门广场这里已是人山人海，我先看到了天安门城楼，南边是毛主席纪念堂，东边是国家历史博物馆，西边是人民大会堂，广场的中间是人民英雄纪念碑。在人民英雄纪念碑前面摆放着两个巨大的电视墙，上面播放着阅兵仪式以及各族人民一起跳舞联欢的画面，我们在这里照了好多相片留作纪念。

接着我们去了海底世界，先看到的是高高耸立的中央电视塔，海底世界就在塔的下面，进入海底世界的大门往左拐是一条长长的隧道。我一踏进海底隧道，仿佛畅游在大洋深处，巨大的礁石、争奇斗艳的珊瑚丛、花枝招展的美人虾近在咫尺。种类繁多、色彩绚丽、形态各异的珊瑚、鱼成群结队地从我身边游过看得我眼花缭乱;大鲨鱼在角落里静静地睡懒觉;百岁老金龟，慢慢地在我头顶上踱着方步向前行走;还有许多有热带鱼，令我想不到的是还有南极的企鹅慢悠悠的在水里游着，真是让我大开眼界。

最后我们来到了世界公园，在里面有长城，五重塔，罗马角斗场，巨石阵，自由女神神像，科罗拉多大峡谷，埃及金字塔，狮身人面像，巴黎圣母院……漫步园内仿佛周游在世界的各个角落，好美呀!我最喜欢的还是瀑布，坐在下面真凉爽简直就不想出去，直到妈妈叫我回去我才恋恋不舍的离开。

有的人乐，是因为学会了干什么，还有的人乐，是看了什么书，而我的乐和他们的乐不一样，我的乐是旅游乐。

这是我第一次去北京，第一次见天安门，第一次去海底世界，第一次见多国著名建筑，啊!今天过得很充实，也很高兴。我会记住这一天的所见所闻、记住我们可爱的北京。

the beijing zoo is the largest in asia and one of the largest in the world. there are hundreds of different kinds of animals in it.

we can see yellow, green, orange and brown birds, which can sing nice songs. the elephants have a long nose and big ears and they are kind to humans. we can also see big and little monkeys running and dancing, just like happy children. pandas, with good manners, are very friendly and polite to visitors. we will certainly have a good time there.

The summer holiday begins. I am very happy. Last week, I traveled to Zhuhai. Its a small but beautiful city. The streets are clean and the buildings are huge. The traffic of Zhuhai is good. There is almost no traffic jams here,because the transportation system is good. Macau is on the opposite of Zhuhai. We can even see the cars running in the streets of Macau. I hope I can step into Macau to visti this magical city.

communications.

acquainted with old Beijing by exploring its many teahouses, temple fairs,

in Beijing like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, as well

as the Temple of Heaven and so on. With its century-old history and unique

cultural relics, and as the host city of the 2008 Olympics, Beijing attracts

more and more visitors.

Shanghai, Chinas largest modern city, is situated in the middle of Chinas

east coastal line. Shanghai covers an area of over 6,340 squarekilos and has a

population of over 15 million.

It is the largest economic and trade centre in the country and

acomprehensive industrial base. It is an open city along the coast, as well as a

famoushistorical and cultural city. Shanghais history of revolution andculture

attract tourists home and abroad. Being regarded as "Paris of China" and as the

paradise for shopping, Shanghai has become an idealcity for tourism.

The Pudong Development Area in Shanghai is an important specialeconomic

zone in China. Efforts are being made to develop Shanghai into a modern

international economic, financial and trade centre.

自从从云南旅游回来后，我就成了“未来”恐龙博物馆馆长。因为我去了楚雄的恐龙谷，了解了更多的史前恐龙知识，又买了玩具(把玩具当模型)才休息两天，这又马上去北京，实在是太累了。去北京前一天我们在一起安排怎么办。于是等到第二天，我们终于做了飞机到了北京。

第一天，我们先玩海洋馆，看了海洋动物表演，海洋动物被驯养的这么聪明，转呼啦圈都胜过人类，其中有只海狮真好玩，胖嘟嘟的，它下水游泳时碰见了天敌——大白鲨，海狮二话不说，拼了命往岸上游，把大家笑的前仰后合，看完表演，又看雨林奇观，里面很像原始森林，我的好朋友刘顺吉拉紧我，害怕窜出只美洲豹。我们看见了小溪里的鱼，又看见了猪鼻龟、红鹦鹉、老虎鱼等鱼类，玩完了海洋馆我们也累了，准备第二天去比如世界。

一进比如世界，原来是一条小巷子，每个人都叫小比尔。再比如世界，我当了牙医，老师给我们讲牙的结构、怎么刷牙一类的，接着当了爱婴护理员，那个老师教我们给孩子洗澡，给孩子按摩，最后哄睡着。接着哪个老师说：“爸爸妈妈就是这样让我们长大的，你们该说什么呀？”“爸爸妈妈我爱你们”大家一起说。接着又当了警察、医生、消防员、法官等。当法官时，六个人一组，有审判长、书记员、原告、被告律师之类的。我是书记员，我以后要当法官，因为比较有意思。

第三天去了嬉水公园，挑战了自我，我总二十米高的滑梯溜了下了，虽然大喊了“我的爷”但妈妈夸奖了我，从此我也会了游泳，玩的当时我很害怕，但后来全敢玩，什么飓风墙、黑暗漩涡听起来也挺吓人，但玩完也觉得没什么，胆子也出来了。

北京确实有意思，我还想再来，因为那些长城、故宫、颐和园等名胜古迹我没去，所以北京还是我向往的地方。

今天我带着愉快地心情踏上了去北京旅游的路程。

我们先做车到上海，一路上，公路两旁，一棵棵大树犹如一个个绿色卫兵，在帮我们挡住风沙，暴雨，一座座立交桥，犹如道道彩虹，远处一幢幢高楼大夏顶立在天地之间。我还没年够风景，就到了飞机场。我登上了飞机，飞机起飞了，我透过窗户往外看，房子和汽车越来越小了，一会儿就穿过了云层，啊!飞机好象在雪地上飞，一朵朵白云有的像小狗，有的像小猫，还有的象其它动物，可好看了。我们很快就到了北京。住进了宾馆休息，准备明天的旅游。
