我有一点不好，就是脾气很大。怎么办呢？妈妈说，多吃点玉米就好了，因为玉米含维生素B，能使性格变得甜美！所以我经常地吃玉米。

I was born in a small village of Shan Dong Province on April 4th, 1968. When I was young, my family was very poor, so I had to work to earn money to help my parents after class when I was in the middle school.

In 1986 I was admitted by University of International Business and Economics (or: UIBE) to pursue a bachelor degree in Economics. My major is accounting in Department of International Business Management. The undergraduate education gave me a wide range of vision and taught me how to cooperate with others. I developed several professional interests in Accounting, Finance, and International Trade.

The following eight-year working experience offered me a good chance to give full play to my creativity, intelligence and diligence. In 1990-1993, I worked as an assistant to funding manager in China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. In 1993-present, I was employed by China Kingdom Import and Export Corporation to be the Manger of Financial and Accounting Division.

MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT: After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

WHY CHOOSE YOUR MBA PROGRAM? After I have worked in business area for eight years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in business administration. I have practiced my professional expertise in accounting, demonstrated my leadership abilities and perfected my communication skills. But I have yet to become an entrepreneur in my own right, and to fully master the art of modern business. I want to be trained more vigorously in scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. There are a lot of opportunities and challenges in China that I do not yet fell fully confident to seize. 我身体比较瘦弱，小时候常常生病。因此，爸爸妈妈就什么事都依着我，天长日久渐渐地养成了爱发脾气的坏习惯，稍有一点儿不称心，就对爸爸妈妈发脾气。记得有一次，已经九点多钟了，我做完了作业，就去看电视了，妈妈不让我看，把电视关了。我才不理她那一套呢，又把电视打开了，就这样，妈妈关，我开，来来回回好几次，妈妈终于发火了，大声说：“你真不听话，给我出去。”我听了，瞪了妈妈一眼，推开门就往外跑。最后，还是妈妈把我给拖了回来。你们瞧瞧，那个时候，我的脾气是什么样的啊!

我渐渐地长大了，脾气也好了很多，我还爱上了音乐，成了一个小歌迷。爸爸妈妈给我买了许多儿童歌曲磁带让我学。

我也是个很爱劳动的一个小女孩，每天早上我妈妈起得很早，妈妈就跟我说今天的衣服不要你洗了，但是我起来的时候，看见家里有很多衣服没有洗，我就手痒痒把衣服给洗了。我的奶奶和邻居夸奖我爱劳动，有的邻居说我会做事。

我还有一个缺点，就是当老师要让同学起来回答问题时候，我的心就会怦怦直跳，很久才能平静下来。

朋友们，你们认识我吗？我叫周，今年13岁，在葡文学校上七年级，在中文学校读第八册。我的.眼睛很大很有神，我的鼻子高高的，挺挺的，我的耳朵也很大，我的嘴巴不大不小正正好，我的样子不错吧！

我做任何事情都很认真，早上起床根本不用妈妈叫，上学一直很准时，从不迟到早退，作业也很认真完成，我很节省，妈妈给我的零用钱，我一分钱也不会花，全都存到我的“小银行”(存钱罐)，等妈妈有及用的时候，我全都拿出来给妈妈。我非常爱学习，爱读书。因为一个人不学习读书就没有知识，没有知识就没有一切。妈妈说知识就是最大的财富，现在我的最大任务就是学习，努力学好各门知识，我的数学特别好，在班上都是数一数二的。我的书法很感兴趣，字也写得不错，当然还要更加努力。我很喜欢看书，书能够使我增加很多知识，开阔了我的视野，书永远是我的老师和最好的朋友。

我跟很多男孩子一样，喜欢运动，喜欢打电子游戏。特别是一打游戏就把什么事情都忘掉。记得有一次，我在打游戏，妈妈打了个电话给我说今天自己会晚一点才会回来，叫我先煮饭，我答应了。接着我又去打游戏了，打着打着就入了迷，把什么事情都忘了。一直打到妈妈回来才停了下来，妈妈问：“你的饭煮好了没有？”我才记起自己没有煮饭。害的大家都没饭吃。

我的性格很内向，不喜欢主动和别人打招呼。妈妈教我很多次，但是我还是跟以前一样。

以后，我一定要看更多的书，学更多的知识，还要改掉这些坏毛病，让妈妈放心，让所有的人都喜欢我。

我有一双似月牙一样的眉毛，一双大眼睛和一对大耳朵，圆圆的脸，一张能说会道的嘴巴。我最喜欢的事情就是画画了，一开始在幼儿园老师还没有教我们怎么画画，我就已经会画画了;另外我的乒乓球练习的也不错!我练了一年的乒乓球，然后就不练了，我跳绳也练了半年，然后也不练了.......在画画画完后，我的画画就有了很高的提升，老师说我画的很好!色彩均匀。

然后我天天练习画画，画画我就在一点一滴的进步了，一年级的画画老师也说我画画画的很好，画的不错;二年级的画画老师同样也说我画画画的好;三年级上册老师说我画的有点不好，所以，我每天都更努力的练习了，三年级下册的美术老师跟上册的一样，在寒假，我写完作业就开始了画画。到下册了的时候，美术老师说我的画画画的进步了，而且进步很大，三年级下册美术考试我考了满分，然后又因为画画画的好，又加了十分，我看到后，异常高兴，因为这是我一点一滴积累下来的成就，自然会感到很高兴。我画过秋天的落叶、秋天的丰收、大嘴怪、海洋、沙滩、房子、夏天的柳树等等，每次老师的评价都是“真棒。”

我学乒乓球也很卖力每天颠球两百个，对着墙打两百五十个，与爸爸对战三局，一局二十一个球，在补习班，我也很卖力的在练认真的练正手，正手是最初级的打法就是胳膊往下，胳膊肘往右、直着，成L形、然后往前挥成弧线，然后正对着左眼后以最快的速度收回，收回后然后迅速在做刚才的动作。

然后我练了三个月，练乒乓球练得很不错了的时候学会了反手用乒乓球的黑面往前挥，在没挥之前，手腕朝里，然后挥的时候手腕往外并且压低，这样就可以练成了。之后我就可以战胜爸爸了，跟爸爸打乒乓球也可以赢了，然后又练了三个月，我又会了搓手等球来的时候用黑色的那一面从乒乓球的底下搓过去，这样，搓手就练成了，别看这很简单，其实炼起来很难很难的!

我学会了之后，姐姐和爸爸都不是我的对手了，可是我还要练习，正所谓人外有人，天外有天，所以我也不能松懈，不然的话，我就超不了程文瀚了，她是乒乓球补习班里乒乓球打的最好的，所以我下定决心一定要超过他!就是因为这种意念，我才没有松懈，继续努力练习乒乓球。

我跳绳练习了半年，跳绳我从一开始不会跳变成一次能跳一百个，然后两百、三百、四百个，跳绳我也练习的很努力，我会了单腿跳、编花的三种方法、倒跳、倒跳着单腿跳，每次跳绳比赛我都拿了全校第一，因此我都很高兴!

这就是我厉害的三项技能，别以为我就会这三项，我还会很多很多呢!比如骑自行车、做饺子、包包子、做饭等等技能，这就是我!

About working: There are three main aspects of my daily work:

A head teacher is the pathfinder on the way of students growing, as a young teacher, I’ll try my best to be an excellent head teacher.

About daily life: I have a wide range of hobbies, especially sports and reading.

Sport: We have very good sports facilities in our college, I play badminton every Tuesday, and play basketball every Friday. I think that sports is the best flavor of our life, it can release the pressure and relax our mood.

每个人都会写自述，我不是一个特殊的女生。仅只是个平凡到不能再平凡的一个三年级女生。但我仍相信———平凡也可以很美。

记得刚上初三时，我迎来了我的第一个数学考试。以前我的数学学得不好，所以我在初三下决定要好好学。老师把试卷发了下来，我不敢怠慢，提笔就写。为了提分，我在大题上费了好大的功夫和时间。

付出了就有回报。好吧，过了几天，数学卷子发下来了，我才考了70多分，是的，这个成绩一点都不理想。我为此失落极了，等当我仔细看卷子时发现我的大题都对了，令我丢分的都是小题。当老师讲题的时候，我才发现自己的难题都对了，反而错的都是一些不该错的简单题。这就是我最该死的大缺点：粗心。
