期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

到上小学之前，我已基本听完了中国的四大名著、《今天我是升旗手》、《我要做好孩子》、《中华上下五千年》、《上学就看》等书，天文、地理、历史大大开阔了我的知识面，词汇量也日积月累，不断丰富，这些都为我以后的习作打下良好的基础。进入小学后，我学会了拼音和认字，可以自己看书，我觉得自己看比听别人读更有味道，更好玩。一年级时，我开始尝试着把自己经历的和有感触的事情写成文字，开始时只有短短四五十字，语句和章法也不很规范，但童言稚语、童真童趣。过段时间，回头看看，我不禁会“哈哈”大笑。随着时间的推移，我写的东西也就慢慢地开始有点样子，字数多了，对事物的描写和人物心理的刻画比较到位，也开始懂得文章的立意和整体架构的重要性，并且努力去赋予文章以美感。到二年级结束时，爸爸妈妈帮我汇编的第一本作文集——《浪花朵朵》已经是厚厚一本，我自己看着也感觉小有成就，喜滋滋的，对作文也就越感兴趣。进入三年级后，有了正式的作文课，我的作文屡屡能获得万老师的精彩评语以及表扬和肯定，还在《少年文艺》，《金陵晚报》，校刊《小主人》杂志上发表呢!这更加给了我写作的热情。

总结作文心得，我觉得作文不难，只要写出自己的所见、所闻、所思、所想。作文不是凭空捏造，也不是无中生有。所以，在学习之余，应该多读书、读好书，并且能多思考、读懂书。总之，我觉得作文这件事，兴趣是最好的老师，家长和老师的也应该以不断地赏识来提高我们的兴趣。说到此，我要向我的班主任—月亮姐姐万茜老师真诚地道一声谢谢，如果没有万老师对我缺点和不足的宽容和鼓励，我相信我对作文的兴趣不会如此的盎然!

我的家乡——濮阳，是个美丽而富饶的地方。濮阳被称为龙乡，中国最早的龙形象就是在濮阳西水坡发现的。濮阳东北庄村，也素有“中国杂技之乡”的美誉。

濮阳的特产数不胜数，有香喷喷的壮馍、可口的凉皮，还有吃了让人回味无穷的糟鱼等等。可真是色味俱加，看着就让你的口水垂涎三尺呢！吃过之后，肯定会口齿留香。
