期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

在阅读教学中，设计一些问题，通过学生自读文章找出其答案，在整体上感知文章内容。而且讲解文章时，注意生词在句中的运用、注意文章里出现的词组，注意对关键句子的理解。针对学生阅读能力差的问题，将通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，还要注意文化背景知识的学习，拓宽学生的知识，开阔学生的视野。

不会用英文写作文是绝大多数学生的通病。作文是由句子构成，一个正确的句子需要用正确的句型、正确的词组，正确的时态构成。训练学生的答题技巧和书写方面的好习惯。写好作文，没有诀窍，只有多写多练。

在今后的教学中，我们将继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功;引导学生梳理知识，掌握语法规则，逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力;培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题;讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语;在平时要通过阅读，培养学生阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。在培优辅差上下功夫，大面积提高学生的优秀率和合格率。

简而言之，评讲试卷必须结合试卷的特点和学生的实际情况，切不可草率行事。 怎样才能有效的评讲英语试卷呢?

第一、认真了解和初步分析试卷。在评讲前，教师有必要用自己教给学生的方法亲自把试卷做一遍，以便确定试题的检测范围和感受试题的难度。在做题的过程中可以预测学生的难点，也可以根据学生所学内容，看看哪些题目超出了学生的学习范围。当然，也可以检阅试卷的不足，以便今后选择并合理利用英语试卷。

第三、根据学生的成绩和分析情况，再次分析试卷，并做好学生的错误统计。在分析学生成绩后，及时的看学生答题的错误率，从中找出学生的典型错题。错误率较高的题目，就是要评讲的重点部位。这部分题目，既是学生应该关注的，也是教师应该详细评讲的。在统计错误率后，教师应该耐心的查阅典型错题，分析学生答错的原因，反思自己教学上的不足。对于，教师很难作分析的题目，要及时与学生进行交流，然后再确定学生做错的根源。 第四、认真耐心的评讲试卷。在试卷发给学生之后，教师可以安排学生自主讨论和简单分析自己的试卷。教师最好要提示学生如何讨论和分析。例如，要求学生发现自己的错题，并尽力分析出错题的知识类别：是宾语从句还是动词不定式，还是动名词或是其他的。

在学生分析错误类别后，可让学生互相讨论解答的方法或依据等，让学生达到初步了解解答出错的根源，并试着改正自己的错误。对于学生猜对的题目，也要要求学生诚实地标出来，一并作为错题对待，设法杜绝学生答题的侥幸心理。在学生讨论分析试卷后，教师就可以开始评讲试卷了。对于学生错误率较高的试题，教师必须详细的评讲。评讲时不光要书写答题的根据，还要多举相关的例子，最终要让学生能正确解答这些题和相似的试题。对于错误率较低的试题，蜻蜓点水般的评讲就可以了。当然，这部分错题的分析可以让成绩优秀的学生来完成。既可以从分发挥优生的能力，又能给其他学生提供鲜活的榜样。最后，就要解答学生的疑问了。

在评讲试题时，教师最好不要全部评讲，而是留一些小的疑问给学生。这样便于引导学生学会提问和思考。在教师评讲了主要错题之后，可以让学生之间互相讨论，让他们尝试相互探讨相互学习。在讨论和研究的过程中，激发学生学习的激情，启发他们思考和解决问题。在学生提出疑问后及时有针对性地给予解答，并随时肯定学生的质疑能力和探讨精神。

Hello, everyone! My name is and my English name is . I’m 15 years old. I’m a student in a very beautiful school called Liangbing Middle School and I am in Class 1 Grade 7. My hometown Liangbing is also a beautiful town.

I’m very happy and I like to make friends with others. I also like singing but traveling is my favorite, I have been to many interesting places in China but I haven’t been to other countries. What a pity!

At school, I study Chinese,math, English, history, politics and so on. I like all of them. I often help my teacher take care of my class and I think I am a good helper. I live with my parents and we go home on time every day.

My mother is a barber.She cuts hair very well.She is kind.Many people like her. she often teaches me the way of learning well, if you want to learn English well, here is some of my advice. At first , you must read many articles and know many words, if you meet up with some new words, you can look them up in the dictionary, you should know their meanings, how to read them and spell them. If you keep working hard, you will be successful. Then, you ought to speak English as much as possible. Remember an old saying, Nothing is impossible in the world if you put your heart into it. 我叫鲍xx，今年十岁，上小学三年级。我长着一张漂亮的小脸蛋，眼睛不大，却很有精神。我梳着一束马尾辫，跑起来一甩一甩的。我的眉毛弯弯的，像一把镰刀。红红的嘴唇，就像抹过口红一样。

我的爱好是看书，只要一看起书来，我就什么都忘了。记得有一次，我一吃完饭，就拿出一本书，津津有味的看了起来，就 连 老师在上面叫我，我都没听见，幸好同学提醒了我。

我还是个鲁莽的小姑娘呢！

记得寒假的一个傍晚，我看见爸爸在外面浇花，我以为玻璃门是开着的，就飞似的跑了出去，可是门并没有开，啪的一声，我的头重重的撞在了门上。我的头破了一点，玻璃门也给撞破了。爸爸不浇花了，妈妈不烧饭了，姐姐不做作业了，都跑来看我有没有受伤。妈妈看见我受伤了，赶快把我扶到洗手间。突然，我发现我的手也破了，血在一滴一滴流下来。爸爸马上拿来创可贴，帮我贴上。爸爸又把我扶到床上，让我好好休息。

I have a happy family. There are my father, mother, and a lovely me at home. Dad loves watching TV and working, too. He doesnt have time to accompany me every night. Mother loves to play computer, and she also likes to work. She helps her mother-in-law with housework every day. Ha ha, speaking of me, Im the baby in my family.
