画画教室里，有我的老师、同学和许多材料，每次老师都会教我们不同的主题。有一次要开始画之前，老师先给大家看影片，里面有两只猫在打架，没想到他们打起架好恐怖哦!老师先画了两只猫打架的情形给我们看，接着老师叫我们开始画画，我把两只猫想成很凶猛的老虎，而且把他们的脸画得很可怕，他们正为了抢食物在公园里打架，而且打得很惨，我一边画一边笑，老师也觉得我画得很有趣。

暑假的时候，我们全家参加爸爸的公司旅游，到__的___去玩。___的森林区里有好多熊，有一只熊还一直跟我招招手，要我丢东西给他们吃。我们还去参观_宫，刚好看到有人要结婚了，新娘穿着彩色的和服，脸上带着美丽的笑容，我觉得新娘好漂亮呀!___那里还有温泉，晚上的时候，我们全家人一起去泡温泉，__的温泉是男女分开的，我和妈妈一起泡，爸爸、哥哥和弟弟跟公司的叔叔一起泡。泡温泉的地方有好多池，有__池、__池，还有好多特别的池，我都快记不清了呢!

每当夜阑人静时，轻轻的拾起桌上泛黄的考卷，大大的九十五分烙印在上面，我的心都彷彿被针刺到一般，痛不欲生。这红色的九十五分似一把钥匙般，开启存于我心扉中无人知晓的秘密。

时光巨轮逆时针转动，我的记忆回到从前。犹记那是月考的前一晚，那一夜的星斗在我眼瞳中彷彿特别黯淡。因为本想题目应当很简单，易如反掌，所以我索性在考前那晚做复习即可。但万万没料到，复习试卷上的题目我只会一半，而且老师说月考会更难!黑暗的夜空，映衬着我糟糕透顶的精神;黯淡星宿，说明了我无垠的恐惧。此时我的脑袋忽然出现一个点子：那就作弊吧!在强大的压力下，我决定作弊。隔天考试成绩可想而知，我考了全年级的分数九十五分，老师心情愉悦的在讲台上夸奖我，但我的心，却好似被锋利的利刃刺伤般，流淌着鲜血;有如斤千重石般压得我喘不过气;又像被撕裂了一般痛感蔓延全身。那苍劲有力的九十五分彷彿鞭子般，一下又一下抽打着我那禁不起诱惑的意志力。

经历无数的四季交替，岁月的流逝，我一直对这次事耿耿于怀，无法任其逝去。现在回想那刻的我，觉得真不应该。是自己没准备好，却获得比别人更辉煌的成绩。我违反了道德，背叛了光明，毅然决然拥抱黑暗，成为暗黑将军手下的一兵一卒，只为成绩单上拥有好名次。那刻的我真傻!道德是凌驾于成绩之上的!一个人有好品格比好的成就更重要!如果可以回到过去，我一定要摇摇那时自己的肩膀，说：“不要再做这种事了!品格会如影随行一辈子的，而成绩只是一时!不要再当迷途的羔羊了吧!凭借着自己真正的实力，考出上对得起师长，下对得起良心的成绩吧!”

升入中学的第一天起，我走进中学大门的第一步时就觉得学校是那么的可爱，从此便觉得自己是一个初中生了，不再如同小学生那么天真，好玩了。刚到校的第一天，我的心情如同蔚蓝的天空一样晴朗，空气好像也更加新鲜、清新了。一切一切都是那么的美好。

我们初一的生活中有一位和蔼可亲的英语老师—郑老师，她一头乌黑的短头发，洁白的脸上有一对小酒窝，笑如春风，常常吹进我们的心房。一双炯炯有神的眼睛，谁看了都会有一种信任感。她讲的课总是让我们像插上了一双翅膀一样展开丰富的想象。

我们的姜老师、李老师、王老师等，他们讲课都引人入胜，令人回味无情，同学们都愿意听他们讲课。

我们班是一个优秀的班集体。在这个班级中，有一位可敬可爱的班主任，还有一群活泼可爱、团结互助的同学，这就是一个团结、完整的集体。无论是在学习成绩，还是在课外活动，打扫卫生，我们班级的成绩一直名列前茅。我能成为这个班集体的一员感到非常的自豪。

初一的课程可真不少啊，有语文、数学、英语、政治等，作业也多了，难度也大了。同学们感到背上了沉重的负担。我认为我们正处在长身体，学知识的阶段，应像那勤劳的蜜蜂一样，不断采取知识宝库中的甜蜜的蜂蜜。在初一，虽然学习很紧张，但也有课外活动和娱乐时间，我们班是一个爱好体育活动的班集体，经常进行运动会比赛，如跑步、拔河、跳高、跳远等。

我的初一生活，日日不同，五彩缤纷，趣味无限，我喜欢我的初一生活。

初一生活即将要离我远去，在这期间发生了很多事情，有快乐的，也有悲伤的，由劳累的，也有轻松的。反正酸，甜，苦，辣，咸都品了个遍。回忆起来，还真是有趣。

“酸”中让我体会最深的一件事是——吃醋。我这个人从小就不爱吃别人的醋，但上初一后，喝的醋可真够酸的：有一次，我们4姐妹因一点小事，而闹的不可开交，我被“分”的了“苗派”，在路上偶尔碰见面，却和陌生人一样，不理不睬的，很是不舒服。依我看来，王玮玥和段晓瑞的性格一个是急性子，而另一个是慢性子，他们两个怎能玩一块呢?所以我觉得王玮玥和段晓瑞在我们面前玩的特别特别的好，想让我们吃醋。而我们也跟着他们比着葫芦画瓢。那时候，我们一见面显得特别尴尬，那时候我们四个总是在背后比拼，内容就是——学习成绩。所以那时我和苗鑫都在很努力的学习，但又不知道什么时候，我们的关系渐渐挨近，直到最后——和好。有时我会觉得我们四个很幼稚，一点点小事都会吵得不可开交。

“甜”中的事情是，总是盼望着，盼望着，能教到许多的新朋友，可以在一起谈天说地，但是我在初一里交的好朋友只有两人，真是少得可怜。所以我正在努力的交着朋友，遇到同班同学，总是要主动打招呼，还要面带微笑，这是我交朋友的秘诀，在这期间，有时我在跟别人打招呼时，她们有时也会没有注意到，所以让我尴尬至极，但是这样可以交到好多的朋友，想一想，也是很快乐的。

“苦”我多的都数不尽。有一次，英语老师有时出去，所以把收英语本的任务和批英语家庭作业的任务全都给了我。当时一听，小菜一碟，可事实并不是这样的，班里有许多难玩得同学，要跟在__后面要，好像跟__虫。整整一天都没有休息，看着同学们一个个背着书包回家去，我也着急起来，气也随之起来。我急的开始踱脚，看着还有那么多的人没有交，眼泪在眼眶打转，真想扔下本子走人，当时心里冒出委屈的.感觉。可既然答应老师，就说话算话，忍忍吧。

要一一回忆起来，都可以写一篇长篇小说了。但回忆起来真是多姿多彩，像一幅画，活画。我喜欢我的初一生活。

My name is Beth. Im 14 years old, and I study in No. 1 Middle School of

Hangzhou. My school is very big and beautiful. Im very happy in the school.

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. Then I do morning exercises in the

playground. At 6:40, I have my breakfast. You can see many students and teachers

in the dinning room. After breakfast, I often read English with my

classmates.

We have six classes every day. The first class begins at 7:50 am. I like

all the classes for my teachers can make the classes lively and interesting. My

favorite subject is English, so I join English Corner every week. I can speak

English with many other students there. Its very interesting and exciting. I

think its helpful for me to learn English well. After class, I always play

games with my friends. We play soccer ball,basketball, volleyball, ping-pong and

so on. They are very relaxing.

I like my lessons, my friends and my teachers. In a word, I love my school.

I find my school life more and more meaningful and colorful. My school life is

今天是阴天，校园里雾气蒙蒙，看起来极美。

吃过晚饭后，和室友约定一起去逛着玩。虽然我们学校位置比较偏远，但是我们始终都有一颗想要释放的心。即便是围绕着校园逛来逛去，也感觉很开心。

这一次，因为下过一场小雨，天气较为凉爽，室友又穿了短袖短裤，比较冷，我们就去了漫时光咖啡厅。本来想买一杯奶盖喝的，却没有想到哪里热水器坏了。

最后我点了一份黑椒鸡块，室友点了一份芝士热狗棒。

我们欢快地吃着，一边吃一边聊天。我宿舍里有八个姑娘，但是每次出来走都要和这位室友才感觉是真心的舒服，能够放开坏，不用有任何的拘束。

我们聊天，可以说悄悄话，也可以开玩笑。室友性格温和，从来都不会因为开玩笑而恼怒，她和我的性格有点相似，所以大多数时候我们都很合得来。

当然她和其他人也一样都很合得来。

有时候，我们在夜晚逛校园，都会去商场买一块雪糕或冰淇淋吃。但是这一次没有，我们腹泻刚刚好，不敢再冒险。这次也不知道怎么回事，学校里大部分人都开始腹泻，这都好几天了，也没能查出原因来。

有时候，我们也会在一起看一部电影，很开心。

校园生活也许简单一点，也很开心啊。

Chinese New Year starts with the new moon on the first day of the new year

and ends on the the full days later. In china,people regard Spring Festival as

the most important thing.People studied and worked throughout the year.No matter

how far and how busy, they must do their best to go back home.Thats a tradition

and now becoming a habit. During this time,transport is extremely busy.Although

the way is difficult,it cant reduce the urgent feeling of going home.I cant

describe this feeling,only the people that experienced it can

understand.Actually,on one hand,people miss their family,and they need to get

comfort in the family.On the other hand,getting together is a symbol of

blessedness and auspiciousness.People in other country dont have this

consciousness that going home is necessary.For example,American could celebrate

the Christmas in everywhere they like or with anybody.This diversity is

On Spring festivals eve,the whole family prepare the dinner.Of

course,dumplings is essential.In the

evening,family members always sit at the television and watch Spring

Festival Gala.At 0:00,people set off firecrackers and fireworks,at the same

time,children pay New Year,s call to old people.The old people give money to the

children as a lunar new year gift.Usually,people stay up late or all night.

On lunar New Years Day, the Chinese family eat vegetarian dumplings which

imply they will plain and neat in this year. People change their new

clothes,this stands for a new beginning.Next,people visit relatives with some

gifts.The second day is son-in-laws festival,the husband and married women

visit their side of the family.In a word,Chinese attach great importance to

Spring Festival.

Today, the teacher took us to touch the clams, we are not so happy.

We went all the way to the happy river, and we were in front of us with a wide open sky, and we rushed down to the shore. "Ha! Ha! Ha! There was laughter. I fixed my eyes, ah! It turned out that zhang zhipeng was sliding into the water. I went down to the water and the students helped each other. Afraid like zhang zhipeng. “砰”的一声枪响，我像一支离弦的箭一样飞了出去，勇敢地向前冲。直直的跑道，似乎没有尽头，但阻挡不了我前进的步伐。每一步都是艰辛，每一步都是困难，但每一步都孕育着希望。

我脸上的肉随着我脚的一次次落地而颤抖着，但是抖不动我坚定自信的心。汗水浸湿了我的衣服，从头顶流到脸颊，再滚到跑道上，形成了透明的珍珠。我毫不在意，挥洒着汗水，燃烧着青春。我每次腾起来，矫健的身姿都好像被定格在了空中，是那么优雅又充满朝气。

最后一圈了，无数双眼睛盯着我，同学们热情的呐喊又给了我无尽的希望与力量。当我冲过终点线的那一刻，我累倒在了地上，心中却十分温暖。

平躺在地，望向天空，白云丝丝柔柔，似乎也是在对我刚刚的表现点赞呢！我的眼睛似乎看到了一棵小树苗，它正在努力接收更多的阳光。每天向上一点，长出青青的嫩叶，每天茁壮一点，直到长成参天大树！

记忆的沙滩上，波浪冲刷着回忆的贝壳，我捡起一颗，打开一看，哦!那是一个让我感动的日子……

一天晚上，肚子阵阵剧烈的疼痛把我从甜美的梦中揪了出来，我痛得在床上翻来覆去，终于，忍不住了，捂着肚子冲进了卫生间，吐了……

第二天早晨，没精打采的我老早就醒来了。妈妈昨晚得很熟，没有发觉我生病了。但天气好像发觉了，变得阴沉了许多，太阳好像也怕被我传染，戴上了口罩。我不想让妈妈操心，硬着头皮吃了饭，迎着刺骨的寒冷，走向学校。

在学校里，老师讲的课我无心听下去，只因这可恨的肚子又开始打内战了。轮到班主任的课了，我更加强忍着听讲，总担心老师那双慧眼瞧出我的心不在焉。可偏偏越加掩饰，就越容易露馅。

“……”

我根本无心听讲，老师提的问题我怎么会知道呢?老师开始批评我，我心里有一种说不出来的难受。

刚刚坐下来，还没等凳子焐热，我就当着老师的面来了个“一泻千里”，“噗”的一声吐了满地，全班同学的目光不约而同地向我看来，我捂着嘴向外面跑去，背后传来老师响亮的声音：“这孩子，生病了也不早说……”

随着一声“报告”，我走进了教室，老师依旧在讲台上热情地讲着课，被打扫过的地面是那么干净，同学们的神态依旧是那么专注，只是在我的课桌中央多了一杯冒着热气的茶水，里面装着琥珀色的液体，闻起来，香香的;尝起来，苦苦的;回味起来，甜甜的……

我感受到了!它不仅是一杯苦茶，它还是一份无言的关爱!

It was early in the morning. The sun was just creeping(爬) out of the eastern horizon(地平线)and golden red was penetrating (穿透) through the white clouds and across the sky. The lakes,the trees and the bamboos looked as if they were all gilded. The ground was covered withtender grass, on whose blades some dew drops were glistening(晶莹剔透) under the sunshine.

Birds flew around the woods singing cheerfully and restlessly. Some boys were quietly joggingalong the path, while a couple of girls were reading aloud under the trees lining the bank of thelake.

A gentle breeze came up, wrinkling(使…起皱) the surface of the lake. It was really a beautiful andlively morning.

去春游时，好多同学都把垃圾扔在草坪上或路边上。我问他们：“你们没带垃圾袋吗?”他们一脸的茫然：“袋子是用来装零食的，干吗要装上垃圾?”看着这些扔掉的垃圾里面还有好多没吃完的“好多鱼”、“可比克”、“土豆条”等，我感到很心疼，父母掏钱买来他们爱吃的东西，就这样让他们乱丢了吗?

吃午餐前，我去洗手间时，发现一个水龙头还在“哗哗”地独自流着“泪”!是哪位同学这么粗心大意呢，竟忘了关水龙头了。有句话是这么说的：如果还不珍惜水资源，那么地球上的最后一滴水将是人的眼睛。每次用水的时候想想这句话，还会有忘关水龙头的事吗?

“保护环境，人人有责。”不是夸夸其谈的一句空话，而是我们日常生活中的一点一滴。从不乱扔一片废纸到节约每滴水，同学们，加油吧，从我做起，从现在做起，让我们一起争当地球妈妈的环保小卫士!

这可能是“生活”最艰苦的一部分：自从语文老师找来了两条棍子后，班里的人似乎再也猖獗不起来了!有一天下午，语文老师检查作业本，我提心吊胆地翻开作业本，望着这雪白的作业本，身上冒出了一阵冷汗。大腿颤抖着，当她走到我面前时，心在瘦骨嶙峋的胸膛里乱跳，随之，一顿臭骂气势汹汹地袭来：“好你个姜文康，作业都不做了!”她挥动着手里的教鞭，“你给我上来!”我的心提到了嗓子眼。她提起手臂，用力地往下一打。我的手不自觉地缩了回来，教鞭打在桌子上，发出尖锐的巨响刺穿了我的心。当我第二次将颤抖的手伸出去时，老师又一次打了下来，这一次我没有躲闪，我清晰地看见棍子划下来时打在手上的那一瞬间，随之而来的，是一阵钻心的疼痛。从那以后，我一直记恨着语文这门课程，但为了少挨鞭子，我开始上课认真听讲，作业认真完成。也正是从那时起，我的成绩发生了转变：从第100多名，闯进了前20的队列。直到期末考试后的一条留言，才让我对语文的态度改变：“孩子，如果你记恨着老师，我不怪你，但没有那打你的一瞬间，你只能永远平庸……”虽未痛哭流涕，但一股暖流占据了我的心灵……，七年级并不皆是苦，也有甜。

爱的道歉

在七年级时，体育老师一直对我不关注，甚至对我有些冷漠，但那次学校心连心活动之后，她开始对我进行重新认识。活动的第四个节目是我表演吹萨克斯。体育老师坐在我正前面，让我不得不直视她。在优美的萨克斯声中，她消除了对我的冷漠，不住的点头，并以微笑示意，我也以微笑回复……，表演完后，她拍着我的肩膀竖起了大拇指。我已明白了老师的用意，她正以微笑向我道歉，眼眶已觉得有些湿润。虽然现在体育老师已换了，但那微笑的瞬间，却久不能忘。

我的初一生活，就是由这些瞬间所拼接。

One of my favorite celebrities are great nightingale.Florence Nightingale was born in Britain in 1820,a wealthy family.Her parents hope she study of literature and art.Regardless of her parents objection,resolutely choose a nurse.By the 1950s,the Crimean war,Britains battlefield warriors mortality at 42%.Florence Nightingale initiative for field nurses.She tried to eliminate all kinds of difficulties,the solution for injuries to food and supplies for them,the nursing.Every night,her hand,the lamp patrol tele-education affectionately known her for ms lantern.After the war,the nightingale was returned to England,people for a national hero.In 1910,nightingale died.For the expression of her admiration,people put her birthday - May 12th as "international nurses day".After the nightingale died,follow her wills,not a state funeral.Later she is "etc the angel" and "lantern."
