我们初一(4)班是整个年级中较为优秀的班级，在别的老师看来是高不可及的。当然，“人无完人，班无完班”，这样算起来，缺点到也不少。也许会因为一点小事闹得不可开交。不过这个班级还是挺团结的。

开学初，教语文的张老师身体不好，请了一个月的假。我们班便来了一个代课老师，他满头白发，还有些秃头，大概60多了吧，哦对了他是教初二的。也是此学校非常有名望的老教师。可是他……哎，刚上第一节课就给我们留下了不好的印象。别说他的长相，上身饱满，双腿竹竿，鞋子饱满，头发不饱满……这是班级里内部人员编的歌谣，嘻嘻，就是那种感觉，一点儿不假。这位老先生上课的进度可真够慢的，我们都学了一个星期了却只学了一篇文章，真够可怜的。别的班一个单元都学好了。这是为什么呢?他上课老讲废话，不知怎样，从鲁迅说到他有个学生是个和尚，当和尚是很苦的……光讲和尚就说了一大堆，足足半节课。这下好了，班里像闹翻了一样。统统认为他不是什么好老师，都极力要求把他踢掉!

你不知道我们原来的语文老师有多好，既年轻又开放。作业又很少——少得可怜，一般来说也就看看书或做一本作业本。大家都可喜欢她了，她的课还能给我们一些时间做作业。真是失去了才知道可惜。哎，想想那种日子都开心。可是现在那个老老师还挺能布置作业的。全班对他讨厌至极。做为语文课代表，我只能向班主任反映反映了。可班主任却认为他是老教师了，德高望重，思路肯定与现在是不相同的，我们要学会顺着他的思路走……

As we know, many people favor the idea that the college life is free and

comfortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in

university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my college

life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library

and the others.

Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the

priority in college. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew

clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue

learning as much as possible. I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my

life. Therefore, I often go to the quiet study room where many people study

there. By working so hard, I get good grades in the exams.

Secondly, student activities play an important role in our college life. To

be honest, the student Union is a good place where one can develop social

skills, get his abilities trained. I take part in many student activities. For

example, I’ m a volunteer, teaching the kids to learn to dance and write. I

think it’s meaningful for everyone to give a hand to others. I can also do some

jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling

papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences

for me.

Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. It’s said that “shelves of

books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that I’m interested in. In this

way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons

.When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and

comfortable. After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the

library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay

in the library.

Finally, I often do other things in my spare time. In order to alleviate

parents’ burden, I often do some part-time jobs and write some articles to earn

money. It helps me to be independent and improve my social skills.

In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. You can see that

study brings me knowledge, student activities improve myself, library changes my

horizons, the others things make me independent. They get all my abilities

trained. And I see that the chance will come only if you have a prepared mind,

so I’m sure that I can achieve my dreams in college life.

It

is important to know our good and bad points because this knowledge will help us

to improve ourself. We should examine ourselves and learn who we are.

Above

all, we should recognize our strengths and weaknesses. For example, I am healthy

and fit, so I can work hard. Im also optimistic, humble and polite. These are

my strengths. However, I also have weaknesses. For one thing, Im stubborn and a

little impatient. Im sometimes lazy as well and can spent a whole day just

watching TV and eating junk food. Im not ashamed to admit these bad pints.

Knowing what they are lets me focus on improving myself.

初中的学习是辛苦的，短短的七天假期，在我眼中是多么的漫长。转眼间，一个月已过去，回首那一个月，发生了大大小小的事，但最让我庆幸的是，我已经适应了初中生活。

每天早上6点中起床，晚上18点15分到家，22：30分睡觉。我曾不知道自己的初中生活如此劳累；我曾不知道自己的初中生活如此的繁忙。但，这一切的一切，我都挺过来了。也许，真的，在不久的将来，这会成为一种习惯。

在初中，才会意识到曾经的班级是多么的优秀、多么的安静；在初中，才会意识到什么叫做青春；在初中，才会意识到时光能改变人的很多。还记得9月中旬和别的同学一起去母校看老师时，他们说，“楼亚澜当上了班长；唐任颖当上了语文课代表；柳申奥当上了卫生委员……”我猛然间想起初中班主任对我们说过的一句话：“人总是会变的。”的确，也许他们真的变了，也许我也变了，变得成熟，变得淡然，不再像以前那样懵懂了。

“铃铃铃……”闹钟一直在响，关了一个又一个，就是不想起床，明明昨天晚上已经睡得很早了，怎么今天早晨一点活力也没有，不知道的还以为我昨晚是熬夜玩游戏导致的。我现在什么都不想东动，只想舒舒服服的睡它一个昏天黑地。

可今天是周一，学校查迟到很严重，万一因为我一个人导致全班的操行评定不及格，那我不就成了班级里的“千古罪人”了吗?挣扎了好一会儿，我才慢悠悠的从温暖的被窝里起来。

在这寒冷的冬天里，多么希望得到温暖呀!可我现在面临的第一个难题就是自己的早餐。由于起太晚的原因，我只能将就着昨夜的剩饭剩菜吃吃了，也没什么胃口，只当作是填一下肚子就匆匆忙忙的骑车出门了。

外面的冷风吹得我的脸红彤彤的，路上都是赶往学校的学生，一路上也没有遇到熟悉的同学，过了几分钟就戴着校牌进校门了。走到班级里看到很多同学都到了，只有几个姗姗来迟的同学。

早读课的闹铃很快就响起来了，检查早读的学生正在教室外认真的观察着我们读书的情况，给我们班级打分。我们特意在他们到的时候放声朗读，把今天的最好状态都展示出来，让他们见识见识我们班级的威风。

因为睡眠不足的原因，导致我今天上课都是昏昏欲睡的，差点被老师给抓了个正着，好在有其他同学的提醒，要不然我就被老师请去办公室喝茶了。不知不觉间时间过得那么快，又要到中午考虑吃什么的时候了。

如果我老了，也不会忘记那一天夜晚;那一夜我哭得好伤心，好伤心……

每一个父母都望子成龙，盼女成凤;子女一有空，父母就一个劲的给我们报各种各样的补习班。我就是典型的一个，父母一开始给我报的是奥数班。我已经是十分厌烦了，可是爸爸妈妈又听取别人的意见，给我报了“剑桥英语”，这不是明显的火上浇油，雪上加霜吗?星期三，我为了这件英语补习班的事跟爸爸大吵了一架。这一次，让我感到父母是爱我，也是在害我。

爸爸，我不想上剑桥英语了，因为那里的环境真是太差了，用的桌子都是餐厅的，地下还有痰迹……那种景象真是令人惨不忍睹。

The Spring Festival, the most jubilant and important festival in China, is

observed by most Chinese people at home and abroad. Our hometown is not an

exception.

Similar with other places in china, we prepare for the festival about half

a month before. With the lunar New Year approaching, the red lanterns are hung

下午的课程只安排一主一副。两节课结束后，我随同学们奔向室外，奔向操场。你可以在跑道上、绿茵中、篮球架下寻觅到少男少女生龙活虎的身影。在一小时的回归自然，享受氧气后，学校的各大实验室、研究组全面开放。在图书馆的阅读大厅里，大家在静心汲取知识;英语角也正热闹;电脑室冲浪者更是不亦“爽”乎;生物实验室，一项小科研正汇集许多爱好者们倾情投入……

晚饭后，有一个多小时的晚自修，对付作业已绰绰有余，接下来的时间自自行安排。科教片和名著电影正在放映室上映;精彩的校际辩论赛，今天的题目是“克隆人道德吗”;班际的篮球赛正在体育馆如火如荼。所有这些，如果你都不中意的话，躲在月光下数星星也未尝不可……

大年初一，我们全家依照风俗回农村响水河镇范家坡村过大年。

在回家的路上，天上下着毛毛小雪，我一遍又一遍地提醒爸爸开车慢点，爸爸听了之后，小心翼翼的开起车来。马上我们就回到老家，看见三爷站在门口，他喝了酒，应该是过年高兴的缘故吧。穿过大门，走过干净的小院，进了门，望见老奶奶半躺在床上，爸爸把她扶了起来说：一会出来吧，不要给他们献丑。我想，如果天堂的爷爷还在的话，那么老奶奶的夕阳将会是一道迷人的风景。

十一点，我们一家去拜年，到我们家的时候，老奶奶那整齐的银发在微风之下变得有些凌乱，人们一一而去，老奶奶梳着她那凌乱的银发，

回家路上，大约20分钟的路程突然变得那么遥远。这时，爸爸对我说，老奶奶差不多只能过这一个春节了。

我想，老奶奶就是一棵参天大树的根，养育着我们一代又一代。可是正当枝繁叶茂的时候，根却老了。爸爸妈妈是枝，我们就是小叶子。如果大家尽一些力多交点水，施点肥，把枯枝剪去，那她的生命就会长点再长点。在新的一年里，枝叶都不会辜负 老奶奶的期望，长得更茂盛，更上一层楼。

老奶奶，枝和叶都不会忘记常回家看看，因为枝和叶落下总是要归根的。

不知是什么缘故，爸爸也和我想的一样，车的音箱里面竟然唱起了《常回家看看》这首歌!。。。。。。

今天是开学第一天，我怀着好奇心走进校园，一切都是那么的新鲜。

学校里有高大的楼房，也有矮小可爱的小屋，为学校增加了一些学习的气息。

再谈谈操场，操场里的健身器材琳琅满目，各式各样的都有，再往前走，只见有一座小平房，走近一看，原来是餐厅，里面的环境可真可谓是优雅、舒适，桌椅板凳排放那个整齐，而且里面还有两台电视呢，这样一来，吃饭时就不会感到无聊了，多棒啊。

我把学校转了个遍，于是便往回走，大家说该去参加开学典礼了，于是，我们将排好队来到了操场上，随后校领导开始发言，说的是老师们的讲义之类的内容，过了一会儿，重头戏来了，那就是总结上一学期那些大哥哥大姐姐们的成绩，听着老师你啊他们的名字，看着老师亲手为她们颁发的奖状，听着老师对他们的赞言，看着他们脸上都洋溢着的笑容，我深有感受，在此，我立下志愿，一定要努力学习，超过这些学哥学姐们，让我为了这个梦想加油。加油。

去年的金秋九月，我带着愉悦的心情踏入了五十中东校西园校区。从此，我进入了为期三年的初中学习生活。

七年级生活是丰富多彩的，我认识了一群新的同学、一些新的老师，几门新的学科和学校举办的活动丰富了我的学习生活。七年级的生活是繁重的，七门功课一起向我涌来，让我有些措不及防，作业经常做到九十点钟。但经历了一段忙乱的时间后，我也逐渐适应了初中的生活。

对于七年级四次大考来说，有好有坏。例如，第一次期中考试，小四门考得较好，主三门考得不够好。而期末考试因为加强复习，所以总体来说考得比较理想。而七下的两次考试都考得不理想，主要是期末考试没有能够“绝地反杀”，达到我想要的结果。而自从期中考试以来，我屡屡失利，错误频出，这也反映出了我的基础并不牢固，仍存在知识的盲点和误区，需要去弥补和改正，并进行下一步的巩固和强化。如：语文中我的古诗词会背不会默，容易将字写错，古诗文释义记不清，导致少写、漏写内容。尤其是阅读题，我弄不清作者到底想表达的是什么意思，而概括原文内容我也概括的不太准确。在英语中，我的单词记的不牢，运用固定短语也不是很熟练，句型一知半解，无法正确套用，词性容易混淆，课文背的不熟，也不会用，时态容易搞错，作文没有事先准备，到了考试时只能临场发挥，不但句型搞错了，还写错了几个单词。阅读题没有抓住关键词句。道德与法治我只追求死记硬背，没法将其灵活运用。

对于语文问题，我需要将古诗词既会背又会默，同时能灵活运用，记清古诗词释义，重点攻克阅读部分，理清作者的行文思路和中心主旨。英语记背单词，学好固定短语，掌握句型，背记课文，灵活运用，写作文前弄清所要求的时态，做阅读题抓住关键词句。道德与法治则是要将课本内容和题目联系起来。

对于八年级的生活，我充满期待，希望能学好物理这一门新的学科，还要将其它学科踏踏实实地学好，在八年级的考试中取得最好的成绩，让八年级的学习生活丰富起来。

初中生活，有着繁重，有着丰富多彩，有着喜悦，有着失落。我希望在下个学期的学习生活里能百尺竿头，更进一步！

三年的初中生活像昙花一现那样，在我们身边缓缓的走过，不时掉下一朵朵花瓣。记得那年学校组织我们练正步走，老师给我们请了一位指导员，在指导员的带领下，我们不断重复着那一套机械、单调、枯燥的列队动作，那时，总觉得指导员严厉的几乎没有人情味了，紧急集合，正步走，一天下来，浑身骨头都好像散了架。回到班里，同学们都痛骂指导员为”法西斯“但是由于我们的辛苦训练，我们班在运动会上取得了很好的成绩，我们突然觉得”法西斯“变成了”好朋友“。记得开运动会时，同学们在赛场上努力的拼搏，我们也在辛苦的做好后勤工作，经过同学们努力的拼搏，我们取得了好成绩。还有和同学们去摘棉花的日子，我们大家有说有笑，虽然干的很累，但很开心，到了中秋节大家还在一起吃月饼、赏月，虽然那些月饼硬的可以砸死人，但我们都很开心，回想起初一时年少无知，两小无猜的我们，如今已经变成了有思想，有抱负的青年回想起同学们为了班级努力拼搏的日子，我流下了伤感的泪花。

回首过去，我们都曾在校园里哭过、笑过、疯过、甚至胡闹过。也曾有过痛苦，开心，快乐，彷徨，挣扎。但我深深的明白，天下没有不散的宴席，短短的三年时光已稍纵即逝，虽然我们即将分离，但曾经的美好会永远留在我的心中。

过去多少欢乐，留恋都将成为记忆，遗憾的是我们都将分离，快乐的是我们都在长大，都已长大。

我记得顾城有一句诗，“我们站着，不说话，就十分美好。”很喜欢这种静谧的氛围，静静地站着，对望着，不需要任何言语，内心都是欢喜的，世界都是美好的。

早上起床，到外面去刷牙。天空很蓝，云朵似鳞片一样，蓝天白云组合在一起，给人澄澈的感觉。传来几声鸟叫，“喳喳”“咕咕”，我不知道后面那种声音是不是布谷鸟发出的，我看不到它们，却因为它们的叫声，发自内心的喜悦。不远处的树也是翠绿色，它在轻轻的摇动着。

这是早晨，今天的早晨，一切都那么美好。

我梳头的时候，看到镜子里那个穿粉色连衣裙的姑娘在微笑，我喜欢那个微笑的姑娘。

下午四点多，带莹莹去公园玩。路上看到一群老婆婆在树荫下纳凉，手中扇着蒲扇，闲话家常。远处有蹬着三轮车卖菜的农妇，悠悠的传来吆喝声，“黄瓜西红柿——。”还有卖豆腐的，吆喝声更为响亮，而且浑厚有力。“豆腐咧——。”但凡叫卖的，尾音总是拉得很长。有三三两两的儿童，大概是很调皮吧，嬉笑着学那悠长的叫卖声，“豆腐咧—，哈哈哈。”“你学得不像，看我的。豆腐咧——。”顽童们扯着嗓子，声音拉的一个比一个长。

老头们话不多，却集坐在石洞下，自行其乐。那石洞也算是有些年头了，是旧时的永平府，也是抗日战场，城墙上不知埋着多少枯骨。如今那石洞已是颓圮破败的模样，枝蔓丛生，完全失去了当年的光彩。可就这么个残破的石洞，却是人们避雨乘凉的好地方。老头们坐在石块上，有的听着收音机里放的戏曲，偶尔还随着哼唱几句;有的闭目养神，一动不动的，如果不是衣衫被风吹动，还以为他是尊佛像;还有的两三人凑到一起下棋，楚河汉界，每走一步，都像是在走人生路。

卢龙是孤竹古国，也就是伯夷叔齐生活过的地方，他们曾在首阳山采薇为食。公园门口有块大石头，就介绍了他们的故事。

我觉得人都应该像他们一样，有一种高洁傲岸的品格。孟子有句话我很喜欢，“是故所欲有甚于生者，所恶有甚于死者。非独贤者有是心也，人皆有之，贤者能勿丧耳。”说的很对吧，人之初，性本善，世上之所以存在恶，就是因为人们在追逐欲望的时候丢弃了本心。

莹莹拉着我往里走，我们两个一大一小，欢蹦乱跳的。在公园里很轻松，所有的忧愁和烦恼在此刻都烟消云散。前方有聚在一起唱戏的老年人，依依呀呀的曲子，加上二胡等乐器伴奏，让我突然觉得它是那么悦耳。我坐下来听，莹莹却一直拉着我想让我走。拗不过她，只好陪她继续向前。

池塘里的荷花露出了小花苞，蜻蜓在旁边围绕。我对莹莹说，“你给我背一首描写荷花的诗。”结果旁边有个妇人，牵着孩子道，“小荷才露尖尖角，早有蜻蜓立上头。”我对那女人笑笑，同样的，她也对我报以微笑。

有孩子在追逐嬉戏，我领着莹莹走到跷跷板前，那些孩子们笑得好开心。莹莹坐在一边，我对另一边的孩子说，“小朋友你几岁了?”那个小妹妹说八岁了，我说你和她一样大，是属鸡的吧。我一边说着，一边指着笑的正欢的莹莹。

我看着她们两个，一边落下，另一边升起，力度大些就会被颠起来。两边的孩子都咯咯的笑，我也跟着笑，那时我觉得，也许我还保留着一颗童心呢。

走上石桥的时候，身边路过一对夫妻。男人和女人一样有微挺的肚子。女人是怀孕了，男人，可能是有些发福了吧。就在那瞬间，我觉得原来婚姻也很美满，原来男女之间也很和谐。呵呵，从前我一直认为婚姻是束缚，而男女之间，有的只是欲望。现在看来，是我的认识太片面了吧。

喜欢坐在桥上看下面波光粼粼的水，举起矿泉水瓶喝水。举得很高，如果此刻有月亮，我就会是那个月下独酌，对影成三的李白了。

有三个小女生走过去，其中一个把手中的塑料袋随手就扔到了水里，另一个用询问的语气说，“我也扔啦?”我赶紧说，“下面有垃圾桶”。女生好像没有听到，不过她没有扔，我笑着，不知道自己是不是在多管闲事。

和莹莹一起走鹅卵石路，听说那有按摩的功效。脱掉鞋子，拎在手里。脚心又扎又痒，我这么大的人，却一点都不顾形象，一边走一边摇摆，一边摇摆一边笑。莹莹把我的鞋抢过去，非要我把这段路走完再还给我。就这样往前走，凉亭里有个老婆婆，慈祥的对我说，“按摩呢吧，经常走走对脚有好处。”呵呵，我觉得人真好，不管是孩子，中年人，还是老人，闲暇的时候，都是那么的善良。

心里很静，应该说是恬适的感觉。前些天下雨，闷在家里，总是烦躁不安。今天出来散散心，换了个环境，就换了种心情。觉得天那么蓝，树那么绿，生活是那么的安宁和美丽。

生活很美好，我知道。

Summer vacation, so dad took me home to have a good time.

Back to their hometown, family are very friendly and hospitable, I three elder sister and I said excitedly: "tomorrow, will harvest the rice in the field, you and we go to harvest" I thought to myself, if I have leeches? It can suck blood! I hesitated for a moment and said, "will there be leeches?" "It doesnt matter if there are water shoes. The leeches dont absorb the blood," she said brightly. My heart finally settled in my heart.

The next day, I got up early and waited for the harvest. And armed to the teeth and three elder sister has a one year younger than my sister came to the land, walking in the muddy, narrow road, dont feel is easy to slip into the field, will be bitten by leeches, can say it will come, I walked carefully into a very muddy places, one foot stepped on the ground, swish fell into the fields, I thought to myself, ah! My crows mouth, 5555555, I cant get up! When the third sister saw that, she hurriedly put me up, the third sister was afraid and said, "be careful to be bitten by the leech!" After a panic, at last, the two girls were reaping the harvest.

Cousin saw some little tadpoles in the water hurriedly catch up, I built a nest with mud, put the small tadpoles in the water into the soil, but all of a sudden water into the mud, and his cousin hurry to hold water and pour into mud, poor little tadpoles in the mud desperately. My cousin and I just throw out small tadpoles of mud to the fields of others, went to the water to catch tadpoles in mud nest, drain water, lost a little tadpoles... It was repeated for hours.

I had a good time and fear this summer!

What does it mean to relax?Despite hearing this term thousands of times

during the course of our lives, very few people have deeply considered what it’s

really about.

When you ask people (which I have done many times) what it means to relax,

most will answer in a way that suggests that relaxing is something you plan to

do lateryou do it on vacation, in a hammock, when you retire, or when you get

everything else done. This implies, of course, that most other times should be

spent nervous, agitated, rushed, and frenzied. Very few actually come out and

say so, but this is the obvious implication.Could this explain why so many of us

operate as if life were one great big emergency?

It is useful to think of relaxation as a quality of heart that you can

access on a regular basis rather than something reserved for some later time.

You can relax now. It’s helpful to remember that relaxed people can still be

superachievers and, in fact, that relaxation and creativity go hand in hand.When

I’m feeling uptight, for example, I don’t even try to write. But when I feel

relaxed, my writing flows quickly and easily.
