我的家乡有很多独特的习俗，炸油角和炸煎堆是其中之一。

俗语都说：“煎堆碌碌，金银满屋”每到过年时，放糖果等零食的桌面上总少不了两种食物，那就是——油角和煎堆。过年前，我和奶奶都会一起做油角、煎堆，而且总会炸一大锅。炸完后，无论谁到我们家来拜年，都会把油角、煎堆和糖果等拿出来，给客人们吃，如果油角、煎堆太多的时候，还会把其中一些送给客人们带回家吃。因为，它们都寓意着好兆头。

除夕一大早，我们就回家乡帮奶奶制作过年必备食品——油角和煎堆。虽然它们看起来很平凡，但是制作起来可不简单呀，必须经过许多工序，才能把它们做的好吃又好看。做煎堆要准备：爆谷、糯米粉、粘米粉、花生、砂糖、芝麻等多种材料。煎堆的陷做起来比较复杂，要将花生、砂糖和爆谷加热搅拌在一起，然后趁热用双手把它们捏紧，把它们捏成一个个圆球状。这是一个考验人的功夫，只有奶奶才能做好。我们就只能做简单的油角陷，只要将花生和砂糖碾碎混在一起就行了。制作完内陷，就要做外皮了。将粘米粉和糯米粉按一定的比例混在一起，用开水搅拌，搓成粉团备用。

最令人开心的制作马上就要开始了。每个人都要动手，奶奶就小木棍把粉团搓成薄薄的表皮，然后我们用它把内陷包起来，搓成一个个的圆球。包油角更可笑，每个人的手法都不同，形状各异的油角很快就把桌面摆得满满的。由于我的手上沾满了面粉，不一会儿，就把小脸蛋弄成一个大花脸，引得他们哈哈大笑起来。

门神，传说是能捉鬼的神荼、郁垒。东汉应劭的《风俗通》中引《黄帝书》说：上古的时候，有神荼、郁垒俩兄弟，他们住在度朔山上。山上有一棵桃树，树荫如盖。每天早上，他们便在这树下检阅百鬼。如果有恶鬼为害人间，便将其绑了喂老虎。后来，人们便用两块桃木板画上神荼、郁垒的画像，挂在门的两边用来驱鬼避邪。南朝《荆楚岁时记》中记载：正月一日，“造桃板着户，谓之仙木，绘二神贴户左右，左神荼，右郁垒，俗谓门神”。然而，真正史书记载的门神，却不是神荼、郁垒，而是古代的一个叫做成庆的勇士。在班固的《汉书·广川王传》中记载：广川王(去疾)的殿门上曾画有古代勇士成庆的画像，短衣大裤长剑。到了唐代，门神的位置则被秦叔宝和尉迟敬德所取代。

门联同样也是从桃符发展而来的。原来人们用桃木板画神荼、郁垒画像，挂在两扇门上。后来，画像又改成只写字的“门目”。但门目上两边各写两字，表达内容有限，人们觉得不过瘾，便又在大门两侧再挂上两块桃木板(后改用纸)，写上了字数较多、能充分反映心愿的对子。据《宋史·蜀世家》载，蜀后主孟旭命学士为题桃符，以其非工，自命笔题云：“新年纳余庆，嘉节号长春。”据说这便是我国最早的一对春联。明代朱元璋建都南京后，曾令各家贴对联，并将门联改名为春联，一律用红纸书写。传说有一次，朱元璋亲自到民间察看，只一户人家没贴春联。一问，原来这人家是阉猪的，不识字，于是亲自动笔为他写了一联：“双手劈开生死路，一刀割断是非根”由于历代大力提倡，春联成为我国一种特殊的民间文艺形式，长盛不衰。

拜年是中国民间的传统习俗，是人们辞旧迎新、相互表达美好祝愿的一种方式。我们通常只知道的是正月初一时，家长带领小辈出门谒见亲戚、朋友、尊长，朋友们也互致新年快乐，以吉祥之语互贺祝新春。卑幼者并须叩头致礼，谓之“拜年”。主人家则以点心、糖食、红包热情款待。那么，春节拜年礼仪有何讲究？

首先拜家里长辈。初一早晨，晚辈起床后，要先向长辈拜年。长辈受拜后定会将事先准备好的“压岁钱”分给晚辈，同时向邻居长辈拜年仅次于本属长辈，一般邻居长辈也会给“压岁钱”。

其次是走亲戚拜年。初一或初二必须到岳父、母家，并须带贺礼。进门后还得先向佛像、祖宗影像、牌位各行三叩首礼，然后再给长辈们依次跪拜。

接着就是礼节性的拜年了。如给朋友拜年，一进屋门，仅向佛像三叩首，如与主人系平辈则只须拱手一揖而已，如比自己年长，仍应主动跪拜，主人应走下座位做搀扶状，连说免礼表示谦恭。一般情况下，不宜久坐，客套话完了就要告辞。主人受拜后，也应择日回拜。

还有一种就是感谢性的拜年。凡过去一年中对人家欠情的，如曾帮助过自己的人或老师、师傅、医生等，就要买些礼物送去，借拜年之机，表示感恩谢意。

由于平时劳碌，年节期间人们一般起得较晚。若过早登门拜年，往往让主人措手不及。做客逗留时间一般以半小时至40分钟为宜，这样，既不失礼貌，又不影响主人接待其他客人。拜年时，若进门问声“新年好”，旋即匆匆离去，也会给人以“缺少诚意”的感觉。
