二、春节的习俗

1、腊月二十三 祭灶

我国春节，一般是从祭灶揭开序幕的。祭灶，是一项在我国民间影响很大、流传极广的习俗。旧时，差不多家家灶间都设有“灶王爷”神位。

2、腊月二十四 扫尘

“腊月二十四，掸尘扫房子” ，据《吕氏春秋》记载，我国在尧舜时代就有春节扫尘的风俗。按民间的说法：因“尘”与“陈”谐音，新春扫尘有“除陈布新”的涵义，其用意是要把一切穷运、晦气统统扫出门。这一习俗寄托着人们破旧立新的愿望和辞旧迎新的祈求。 每逢春节来临，家家户户都要打扫环境，清洗各种器具，拆洗被褥窗帘，洒扫六闾庭院，掸拂尘垢蛛网，疏浚明渠暗沟。到处洋溢着欢欢喜喜搞卫生、干干净净迎新春的欢乐气氛。

hometown. My hometown is a small town. Many of my relatives move to the larger

cities, but we usually go home when the Spring Festival comes. During the

gathering, we share our lives with others and care about each other. Of course,

big meals are necessary. Families prepare for the big meals together. They all

cook their specialty dishes. Therefore, our meals are always delicious. We often

stay at home for three days and then we leave with others’ wishes. I like the

Spring Festival, because I like family gathering.

新年的初一，人们都早早起来，穿上最漂亮的衣服，打扮得整整齐齐，出门去走亲访友，相互拜年，恭祝来年大吉大利。拜年的方式多种多样，有的是同族长带领若干人挨家挨户地拜年；有的是同事相邀几个人去拜年；也有大家聚在一起相互祝贺，称为“团拜”。由于登门拜年费时费力，后来一些上层人物和士大夫便使用各贴相互投贺，由此发展出来后来的“贺年片”。

春节拜年时，晚辈要先给长辈拜年，祝长辈人长寿安康，长辈可将事先准备好的压岁钱分给晚辈，据说压岁钱可以压住邪祟，因为“岁”与“祟”谐音，晚辈得到压岁钱就可以平平安安度过一岁。压岁钱有两种，一种是以彩绳穿线编作龙形，置于床脚，此记载见于《燕京岁时记》；另一种是最常见的，即由家长用红纸包裹分给孩子的钱。

压岁钱可在晚辈拜年后当众赏给，亦可在除夕夜孩子睡着时，由家长偷偷地放在孩子的枕头底下。现在长辈为晚辈分送压岁钱的习俗仍然盛行。

我的春节和你们的春节大不相同，我回了河南汝南的老家，放了许多各种各样的炮，有大纸炮、飞天雷、飞天火箭、水雷等等。

有一天，我把一个有30厘米高，直径20厘米的白色大纸炮放在雪堆里，它的威力比小型手榴弹的还大，我用火机点燃了火线，然后我很快的跑进了屋里，1、2、3，轰的一声，好像大地都被震得颤动起来，我跑上去一看，雪堆上有一个很大的洞，比我想象得还要大。我们又把水雷往水里里一扔，很大一个水花一飞冲天，威力无边，把水面的冰都炸得飞了起来，水面上出现了壮观的景象，很多黑色的烟从水而起。

在老家过年真开心，我可以放炮，还可以率领很多童子军，我在老家的这几天玩得很开心。

Spring Festival in my Hometown

The Spring Festival, the most jubilant and important festival in China, is observed by most Chinese people at home and abroad. Our hometown is not an exception.

Similar with other places in china, we prepare for the festival about half a month before. With the lunar New Year approaching, the red lanterns are hung up along the main streets, making the ancient town filled with the festival atmosphere. While people clean up their houses, decorate it with traditional decorations such as Chinese knots and paper cutting. Each family pastes up Spring Festival couplets to convey their best wishes for the coming year.

On the New Year’s Eve, the whole family sits around, having a

sumptuous feast of reunion. It is worth mentioning that the food we have called maiyouzhi is unique. There is a flat piece of wheat sheet covering various vegetable and meat then rolling them up. What a delicious it is! After dinner, the family always watches the Spring Festival Gala Evening, and sets up fireworks to watch in the New Year.

On the first day of the New Year, people pay visits to the relatives and friends to send New Year’s greetings to each other and wish everything smoothly in the new year. The kids can get a lot of lucky money from the elders.

During the whole holiday, there are varied activities in the town such as lion and dragon dance, and all the citizens enjoy them very much.

People celebrate the festival until the Lantern festival. However, the wonderful memory and the joy of the Spring Festival will last long.

My College Life

How time flies! I have been in Zhejiang Gongshang University for a semester. In retrospect, my college life is busy but colorful. Different from my senior high school’s life, the whole new life I led is much freer. I arranged my time,

becoming the master of myself.

First of all, study is still the core of my life. I major in Japanese which is both interesting and challenging. We are required to be accomplished in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. As a result I had to spend most of time in improving my abilities. Besides of the regular courses, I often attended the lecture and went to the library to eich my knowledge, and I do benefit from what I learnt.

As to the after school life, what I consider most meaningful is joining the YVP to serve society. I think it is the responsibility for every university student to make contribution to the community. Little as my effort is, I tried my best to help the people around us. Once the YVP organized us to sell secondhand books and raise the money to help the people indeed.

In addition, I quite enjoy the travels and the bees. Travels let me experience the sunshine, fresh air as well as the special taste of the local customs and practices. While the bees keep the friendship shining, and friends are as if family members. Both of them lit up my life.

All in all, the college life is a journey, and I have long way to go; all the memory is the most precious treasure, and I will value every moment.

说到春节，大家一定都不陌生，可你们知道春节的来历吗?

春节有很悠久的历史呢，传说古时候有一种叫“年”的怪兽，它头长触角，凶猛异常。每年除夕“年”都会爬上岸，吞食牲畜伤害人命，十分可怕。据说“年”最怕红色、火光和炸响。所以每年除夕，人们家家贴红对联、燃放爆竹以驱除“年”;户户烛火通明、守更待岁。初一一大早，还要走亲访友道喜问好相互庆贺平安度过了“年”关。这风俗越传越广，便成为中国民间最隆重的传统节日——“春节”。

一直是个小书迷的我，今年早早地就在盼着这个隆重节日的到来了，一则我喜欢热闹，喜欢看天空中五彩缤纷的烟花绽放出的美丽，二来我不仅可以享用美食给我带来的盛宴，更可以享用书本给我带来的盛宴了!因为我早已和妈妈约好，今年的春节，我的新年礼物由新衣服改为一套“儿童文学套餐”了!

过年放烟花爆竹已经成为了一种风俗，爱热闹的我当然不会错过这个放烟花的好机会。年三十，我和妈妈买了许多烟花和爆竹，有“吉祥如意”、“蝴蝶”、“火箭”等好多种类。晚上，我和爸爸妈妈来到楼下，找了一块空地，尽情地放烟花。我先放了“吉祥如意”，一朵朵灿烂的烟花在空中绽放了，犹如一朵朵花儿，漂亮极了。接着我又放了“蝴蝶”。看!淡紫色的烟花在空中绽放后，立即分散开，形成了一只美丽的蝴蝶图案，可惜这只“蝴蝶”只在天空中持续了4秒钟。在我的强烈攻势下，不一会儿，一大堆烟花便化为了无数碎片和尘埃……我们本该放完烟花就回家的，可我仍然恋恋不舍，想在楼下继续欣赏天空中烟花那别样的美丽。瞧!那边的烟花在空中绽放后，像流星一样落下来，漂亮极了!这边的烟花虽然不是很大，但也十分漂亮，淡紫色给人一种高贵的感觉，很吸引人。渐渐地放烟花的人越来越少了，我们也兴高采烈地回家收看春节联欢晚会了。

午夜零点的时候，随着赵本山爷爷小品的热播，新年的钟声敲响了，我们迎来了最让我兴奋的一天——兔年春节!只见妈妈为我端来了糖水，寓意我的生活从今天开始一年都是甜的。爸爸拿出给我买的玩具——一个彩色弹力球，祝我的生活越弹越高、越弹越美。最激动人心的一刻，是妈妈拿出了我的最爱——儿童文学套餐!新年礼物一到手，我的眼皮就开始打架了，不知不觉间我枕着心爱的读物睡着了，我知道醒来后还会有美食带来的快乐。

不出我所料，今年的饺子特别美味可口，我真地馋涎欲滴喽!春节快乐，快乐春节!美哉，我的快乐春节!

春节的习俗有很多，其中一个就是拜年了，在新的一年里道一声祝福，送上自己就真挚的祝福。

大家都为自己的亲戚拜年，我也到爸爸的家乡去给太太拜年。太太口齿不清地说我也要给他的邻居——汪爷爷拜个年。汪爷爷没有了老伴儿，也没有了孩子。他的老伴儿因为生了重病不在了人世，在一次车祸中，它的女儿逝世了，只有一条忠诚的狗一直陪伴着他。从此以后，他不是一个人呆在家里，就是和狗狗说说话，即使他总是微笑地对人，但他的孤独和悲伤是我们体会不到的。

我和太太走到汪爷爷的家门前，轻轻地敲了一下门，汪爷爷开了门，看到了我太太，又看了看我，然后他笑了。我不好意思地对他说：“汪爷爷新年好！”汪爷爷笑了，太太也笑了。他和蔼地摸了摸我的头，对我说：“真是个懂事的好孩子！”他看着我，就像看到了他的女儿一样快乐。我悄悄递给了汪爷爷一张新年贺卡，转身走了。“那再见了汪爷爷！”我向他说。

拜年是春节的习俗，也是一个有意义的事情。

新春是我们国家传统的年俗。家家户户张贴大红春联，挂红灯笼，给节日增添了不少欢乐的气氛。

每年新春可真热闹呀！家家赶做年夜饭，到处都是酒肉的香味。每家都灯火通明，鞭炮声彻夜不绝。我们全家回到奶奶家，奶奶高兴地眉开眼笑，爷爷拿出好多好吃的忙个不停。妈妈、爸爸在厨房炒菜，做饭忙得热火朝天。不过新春里令我最高心的事，那就是放鞭炮了。

晚上，爸爸说：“儿子，大家一起去放鞭炮！”放鞭炮！我一听见放鞭炮！高兴的一蹦三尺高。赶快梳理好自己。对爸爸说：“我们走。”我们拿出在市场上买了许多的炮，有三角雷、雷王、礼花炮、鞭炮、刺花、黑鞭炮、谢天元……等等。

我们买了很多炮。我的弟弟一看见摔炮，就高兴地不得了。还摔了一个狗啃泥呢。我拿出了几盒。便开始玩，弟弟也在玩。我们放了许多的小花炮，有的像花，有的像小树，还有的在空中爆炸了还散开了！突然 “轰”的一声，天都震了一下。原来是爸爸放了一个震天雷，声音可真大呀，吓死我了。啊！在新春中可真快乐呀！

家家户户开始大量置办年货，大人们还要买过冬的衣服呢。还要在过年的那天之前进行大扫除。到了真正过年的那天，大家都开始挂灯笼、贴春联，春联是为我们迎接新的一年，而灯笼是让我们这年过得红红火火。不仅如此，还要在窗户上贴福，而且要倒着贴，意味着福倒了，福到了。春节吃饭前要先放鞭炮是为了迎接新年的到来，吃饭时，小孩的嘴可甜了，他们走过去跟爸爸妈妈说新年快乐，就能得到红包。吃完饭后，外面开始热闹起来，一条条长龙接二连三地从巷子里跑出来，彩色的龙头欢劲地扭着，在大马路上显得格外引人入胜，路旁的烟花给舞龙的人们打气，他们舞的更欢了。

每当到了除夕夜晚的十二点真是极为热闹，一大筒烟花排山倒海得飞起向天空在天空中炸成了一朵花，一大群烟花飞快地冲向天空，炸开了一朵朵五颜六色的鲜花，七彩的烟花炫染了整片天空，显得格外美丽，一条长长的鞭炮在地上“啪啪啪”地响着，在过年时放鞭炮是为了赶走一只叫“年”的怪兽，喜欢在过年时去村里偷吃，但它怕鞭炮，所以家家在过年时放鞭炮。

这就是我家乡的风俗，一个不一样的习俗。

Actually, the Gala is never the only option any more when competing with several local televisions, which provide better possible choices. In addition, it is criticized that the traditional items of the Gala fail to appeal to people’s changing appetite, particularly the younger generation. Although the famous stars from Hong Kong and Taiwan are highly expected to add some freshness and modern elements to the performance, the Gala are still somewhat disappointing, far away from splendid. Consequently, the Gala is advocated to be cancelled due to its declination of reputation as well as the stereotyped content.

From my point of view, the Spring Festival Gala on CCTV should be still reserved because it is really good at creating a very colorful holiday atmosphere. Besides, it does have at least one or two excellent performance every year some of which become indelible memories. If the Gala can be redesigned to enrich its performance further, it will get away from being mediocre. But it is unnecessary to expect achieving its previous success. After all, the time has changed.
