This days important activity is watching lanterns. Throughout the Han Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), Buddhism flourished in China. One emperor heard that Buddhist monks would watch sarira, or remains from the cremation of Buddhas body, and light lanterns to worship Buddha on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month, so he ordered to light lanterns in the imperial palace and temples to show respect to Buddha on this day. Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a grand festival among common people and its influence expanded from the Central Plains to the whole of China.

重庆的人都爱吃火锅，可以说是人见人爱。重庆的火锅以老火锅、新式火锅这两种闻名，红遍了大家南北。

我的爸爸是火锅的忠实顾客，每次爸爸从北京回来都说要去吃火锅，但我也不知道爸爸为什么这么喜欢吃，也许是因为火锅的色、香、味太让人流连忘返吧！

记得有一次，爸爸说我们一家人去吃火锅，我兴高采烈地跟着爸爸一起去。走进店里，看见旁边的叔叔阿姨们一边喝着啤酒，一边吃着火锅，个个都吃得大汗淋漓的。一会儿，我们的锅底上来了。我看见红彤彤的汤，上面全是辣椒和花椒，闻着那香味真让我直流口水，我迫不及待地想吃了。爸爸说：“别着急，等一会就能吃了。”而我拿着筷子开始烫了起来。过了几分钟，我夹起一样菜，一口咬下去。“哇！”从嘴巴一直辣到肚子里，但我又觉得很香，忍不住的又去夹我喜欢的菜吃。就这样，我一下子吃了很多，肚子撑得圆溜溜的了。

先说说我的缺点吧，我的缺点就是在学习上非常的马虎，上课的时候一点也不认真听讲，有时光做小动作;上课的时候我很少举手回答问题，写作业的时候一点都不认真，总是马马虎虎的，一写作业就有许多的错题，没有几个对题。

我喜欢跳舞，因为每当放假的时候我就让妈妈送我学跳舞，从那时起我就爱上了跳舞，跳舞可以给我带来快乐和欢笑;可以让我反应快;也可以给我带来快乐的梦想。

我喜欢唱歌，因为唱歌对我的嗓子好，从那时起我就爱上了唱歌。唱歌有一个特点就是可以边唱歌边跳舞。

可是，我有一个坏毛病，每天放学回家都慢慢地写作业，老是让爸爸妈妈生气。

哈哈，这就是我，一个爱唱歌、跳舞的小姑娘。

从现在起，我一定要把以上这些不好的毛病都改掉，做一个学习认真，做事不马虎的好学生，请老师和同学们帮助我，监督我，谢谢老师和同学的帮助，让我改掉这个坏毛病。

说到春节，大家一定不会陌生，但“百里不同风，千里不同俗。”我们这里的春节别具一格。

到了腊月初旬，我们就已经闻到了年的味道，越来越浓。

腊月二十四，也就是小年，这一天，男的把家打扫的干干净净，女的做饭菜，还要接“祖佬”，吃好的，放鞭炮，非常热闹。

过了小年，就要开始准备过年的一些用品了，鞭炮、糖果、方便面……这几天是人们最忙的时候，虽然忙，但是心里依然是开心。

年三十这天早上，是男的起来煮饭吃。，小孩也起得早。天黑了，鞭炮声就响起来，漫天的鞭炮，把天都映成了彩色。

晚上吃了饭，我们一家人就在一起团圆守岁，大人还要开压岁钱给我们小孩子的。一家人嘻嘻哈哈的笑声，给春节增添了几道韵味儿。

春节既是往日幸福的总结，又是未来美好生活的开端。
