我的家乡枣庄，它位于山东省的南部，有着悠久的历史和灿烂的文化，素有鲁南煤城之称。如今的枣庄已经成功的实现城市转型，变成幸福而又令人向往的地方。

几天前，我们一家去住在新溪的姑姑家，参加姑姑大儿子的婚礼。这是我第一次参加婚礼，虽然婚礼的情形在电视上看了N次了，但我还从来没有看过我们潮汕地区的婚礼习俗。

婚礼那天真是个好天气。天空中，明媚的太阳照着大地，给我们带来了阵阵温暖，走在乡村的道路上，我感觉到，喜庆的气氛笼罩着整个村。

这次去参加婚礼，我倒没去研究一号男女主角长得怎么样，我感兴趣的反而成了那复杂的潮汕婚礼习俗

在全部参加婚礼的人当中，有几个差不多六十多岁，头发灰白的老者，别看他们坐在那里毫不起眼，其实他们可是这场婚礼专门主管礼仪的。到了十一点多的时候，还有几个老人喋喋不休地像几位负责端菜端酒的人“授课”。负责端酒菜的人智商不低，几分钟后从差生变成博士。

其实，参加这次婚礼我最深的感受就是“怎么那么慢才让我吃饭！”到了12点多的的时候，我们被感知可以入座开饭。别看这吃饭简单，里面可还有一套礼仪呢。

农村吃饭的时候常用的是八仙桌（正方形），如你站在大门口的话，面向大门的两个人中，右边的是第一大位，左边的是第二大位，第一大位的斜对面是第三大位，第二大位的斜对面是第四大位。第一大位的左边是第五大位，第五大位的正面是第六大位，第六大位的斜对面是第七大位，第七大位的正面是第八大位。

去田野走了一趟之后回来，发现爸爸妈妈所有长辈们似乎要去哪里，我急忙三步并成两步赶了上去，一问才知道，原来是要去去参加农村的结婚时的独特习俗：新娘敬茶。

所谓新娘敬茶，是我们潮汕地区结婚时一个独特的习俗。两位长辈坐在一条长凳上面，新娘必须跪在两位长辈面前请两位长辈喝茶，两位长辈喝完茶之后，自然不能拍拍屁股走人，回家洗了睡觉（你当新娘跪下去敬你的茶是白喝的？），还要一把扶起新娘，而且要面目慈祥（虎着脸的话早把你赶出去了），两位长辈一起送上鼓鼓的红包（一般来说不低于一百，光这点就可以入选吉尼斯世界纪录之最贵的茶）。

我们到了姑姑家的另一间房子，我专门往里面挤，果然看见了新娘正跪在那里向长辈们敬茶。敬茶可是要论辈分的，显示老姑老舅，之后就是二老姑二老舅……依次排列，忘了说一句，敬茶的话，咱们小孩子可是没份的了（难道你敢说咱们小孩子是长辈？）。

我的家乡真武场，原来jius坐落在綦江河边一个不起眼的小乡场。最近几年却声名远播，成为重庆市第二批历史文化名街区，江津区第五个古镇。这jius怎么回事呢？

原来，这和真武场现存的几幢古建筑有关。这儿保存有重庆市最集中的客家移民会馆群，那就jius广东客家会馆南华宫、福建客家会馆天上宫、江西客家会馆万寿宫和望乡台。听老辈人说，客家移民会馆就jius外省人到这儿来修的房子。百年前，真武场jius綦河边上的水码头，货船云集，人口兴隆，jius块风水宝地。很多外省人迁来这儿生活，他们为了方便同省的家乡人居住，就修建了这些客家会馆。它们都具有南方建筑的特色，庄重、纯朴。我看到这些会馆大门两边石门框上苍劲古朴的对联，粗大的柱子，残缺破损但原貌尚存的墙壁，雕花的窗格，弧形高大的围墙，仿佛让我们看到了当年的繁华热闹。

在真武场东面的小山上，客家人修了一幢建筑，名叫“望乡台”。多么富有诗意的名字啊！让人想起唐朝大诗人王维的名句：“独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲。”家乡，jius我们生根发芽的地方，jius我们感情寄托的地方，jius我们永远不能忘怀的地方。客家人的思乡之情，激起了我对家乡更加的热爱。

本来另外还有好几处客家会馆建筑，但在三十年前因为建设新房子被拆掉了，真可惜！比如我们真武小学以前就jius“三元庙”的旧址，这儿曾经jius真武场最大的古庙宇，许多四十岁以上的人都还记得当年建筑的样子。据说jius三个外来的和尚筹钱修建的。“三个和尚没水吃”的故事家喻户晓，但我们这儿的三个和尚团结友爱，不但修好了雄伟的建筑，还在后面挖了一口深井。井水清凉可口，至今还造福着我们真武小学的几百师生。在抗战时期这儿曾经jius一所中学，当年的一位外地学生后来成为我国著名的天文学家。在几年前他回到真武场回忆青年时期的足迹，这个节目还在中央12台播出。

每年农历的正月十五为元宵节，这是中国的传统习俗。中国有句俗话：“年小十五大”，说明正月十五和过年一样隆重。“正月十五闹元宵，红红火火过大年”，元宵也叫汤圆，这一天家家户户都会吃汤圆，有些地方还会猜灯谜以示庆祝。

元宵节这天，人们一般会自己做元宵，一是高兴，二是有趣。我想“元宵”这个“元”和团圆的“圆”是谐音，大概就是把元宵搓得圆圆，一家人更能团团圆圆了。

做元宵时，要先取一小坨糯米糕在手中搓圆，然后捏一个小窝，再舀一勺馅料在小窝里。元宵里可以加入各种馅儿：芝麻、豆沙、果仁、盐菜、肉馅等。装好了馅儿，小心地封住口，双手均匀用力把它搓圆就好了。你还别说，搓汤圆也是一项技术活!如果你不会做的话，不但搓不圆，而且还会把馅儿搓出来。好不容易包好元宵，将它放入锅中水煮，直到一个个漂浮起来，就说明熟透了。煮熟的元宵一个个白白的、胖胖的，像雪球。

除了好吃的，元宵节这天大街上处处张灯结彩，整条大街像是在办喜事一样，热闹而美丽。这一天还可以猜灯谜看花灯：在灯笼下贴上一张张灯谜，观花灯，动脑筋，如果猜正确了还可以得到意想不到的礼物，真是一举多得啊!

我的家是湛江。今年春节我回了一次湛江，那里美丽极了！我的名字叫林悦湛，就因为我的家乡就是湛江。

那里的海边有一个海滨公园，公园时面绿树成荫，花草茂盛，路的两旁长满了高大的椰子树。海滨公园里还有音乐馆、游乐场、游戏区等。到了节目的晚上还有演出和烟花。

我是一个性格开朗的女孩子，所以我的兴趣爱好很广泛。热爱运动。在我闲暇的时候喜欢打篮球，乒乓球，排球，溜冰。一个人在家的时候喜欢上网，或者听歌。不太喜欢太长时间的沉浸在书的世界里，家人曾经告诉过我，劳逸结合是最好的。说到我的家人，那我就要说说我的家庭了。我家里只有三口人，我的奶奶，爷爷和我自己。我爷爷是个工程师，他平时对我很严厉，教会我很多东西。奶奶是个很慈祥的老人，对我的生活照顾得无微不至。所以没有父母的我在他们的照顾下，童年和成长都充满了快乐。

我喜欢酒店管理这个专业，是因为我喜欢生活在一个有严格管理秩序的环境里。我对我的专业充满自信和希望，只要努力，就会有收获，这是我的座右铭。既然我选择了这个专业，就会沿着我这条路，努力的，坚持不懈的走下去。
