大约一小时左右吧，爸爸回来了，我不小心被文中的故事惹得笑出了声，爸爸听见了厕所里的声音，打开门一看，见我正坐在马桶上看书，当时就气得火冒三丈，骂我没有去奶奶家，害得他们到处找我，还差点儿报了警，我一看大事不妙，就赶忙向爸爸认错。“你一个大活人就没有发现娃没有出门吗？”还是妈妈好，多亏妈妈帮我解围，爸爸才算没有动手，唉，好险啊……

这就是我，一个一肚子笑话，看书成瘾的小男孩。

我的家乡位于山东省枣庄市峄城区，峄城虽然不是很有名气的地方，但是峄城有许多地方都能引起我的许多幻想。

记得有一次，我们一家四口去台儿庄大战记馆，我们听别人说带身份证可以便宜，所以我们就带身份证去，在去的时候我们是满心高兴，恨不得马上就可以到，到之后我们先去台儿庄古城，哪里有很多好玩的和好吃的，好玩的如：有人假扮古代的抛绣球或者花钱变魔术……好吃的有:菜煎饼、章鱼小丸子等应用进有简直数不清，我们在古城里看到一个古老的教堂，从窗户洞里可以看见里面很破旧，我非常向往这个大教堂，只不过现在教堂里面已经很破旧。参观完教堂我们继续看一下丝绸，看见他们是怎么用棍子编丝绸的，简直就是太美……

参观完古城又去大战记念馆，可以看见所以在战场上牺牲的每一位烈士，在纪念馆里可以看见小日本鬼子事多么的残酷，不过胜利是属于中华民族的，在纪念馆里有许多电视，每一台都是战争时期的片子，看过非常感动，每一位烈士的死都是为自己祖国的胜利而死的。

我们要好好学习，天天向上。为祖国妈妈做出你最大的贡献。

每当有人问起：“嘿！你的家乡在哪里呀？”我总是自豪地告诉他：“瓜沥！”没错瓜沥就是我的家乡。

瓜沥位于萧山东南，西面有一座航坞山，航坞山上有一座寺庙叫白龙寺。传说山上里的一口井里有一条白龙，下大雨时就是腾云驾雾，于是叫白龙寺。瓜沥到处是高楼，别墅，我们在全中国富绕的排名也可以说是数一数二的了。我们的瓜沥可真是一个富饶之地啊！

瓜沥它就像母亲甘甜的乳汁，养育着我们，培养着我们，让我们能健康的成长，快乐的成长，让我们的成长之路，一路是快乐的影子，欢笑的影子，在我认为除了祖国，母亲很伟大，非常的伟大，还有我的家乡瓜沥也是非常的伟大！

对家乡的爱不是用一言两语就能说清楚的，总之一句话，啊！我美丽的家乡，我爱你！

My name isxx.  I am graduate from xxx seniorhigh school and major in xx.  There are xx people in my family.  My father works in a computer company.  And my mother is a housewife.  I am the youngest one in my family.

In my spare time, I like to read novels.  I think reading could enlargemy knowledge.  As for novels, I could imagine whatever I like such as a well-known scientist or a kung-fu master.  In addition to reading, I also like to play PC games.  A lot of grownups think playing PC games hinders the students from learning.  But I think PC games could motivate me to learn something such as English or Japanese. My favorite course is English because I think it is interesting to say one thing via different sounds.  I wish my English could be improved in the next four years and be able to speak fluent English in the future.

Hello ！welcome to the special Chinese new years edition of discovering China. Im Alina Li and Im Ben Hedges, and today well be taking you through some of the most important traditions of Chinese new year and historical background. We will look at some of the legends behind Chinese new year and how to celebrate it. Here in the US and Chinese across the world.

The Chinese have specific way to celebrate their new year. If you walk down the street in Chinatown during Chinese New Year, you see a variety of ancient traditions such as red banners, firecrackers and lion dance performances, streets are filled with lively celebration.

However, legend has said that the new year has not always been a time of festivity. An Asian Chinese story told a chilly start to this festive holiday, it begins with an ancient Chinese beast called Nian.

Every New Year Nian would rise from swelling in the sea to ravage Chinese village in livestock and hurting people. The villages soon found out from a wise gray-haired old man that the only way to scare the beast away was to set off firecrackers and light lamps and to hang red banners on each door. As the story goes, this was the beginning of a tradition that would last thousands of years.

So this story leads to the creation of many of other traditions for celebrating Chinese New Year. lets take a look at some of these traditions.
