家乡的特色小吃—土豆饼

我的家乡金昌有很多小吃，牛肉面、凉皮子、沙米凉粉、油饼卷糕、土豆饼等，这些小吃风味各不相同，在这些地方特色小吃中，我最喜欢的是土豆饼，为什么呢？让我给大家介绍一下，相信你们一定会喜欢的。

Nowadays, there are many kinds of activities for people entertaining in their leisure time, especially in holiday, such as climbing a mountain, having a picnic, holding a party and so on. However, these recreational activities have its advantages but also bring some harmful influences to people’s lives.

First, to some extent, these recreational activities enrich people’s lives. Those who take part in different activities will not be easy to feel lonely or boring in their leisure time and live wonderful lives instead. Second, taking part in some group activities is a good form to strengthen friendships. 饭后小坐，呷一口茶，浓郁的茶香沁满全身，让我们的全身都激荡着六安瓜片的自然活力。正因为如此，六安瓜片既是消暑解渴的饮品，又是清心明目、提神消乏的良药，同时它还是消食、解毒的保健佳品。

大文学家旷世之作中，竟有八十多处提及，特别是“品茶”中所品的茶就是六安瓜片，读来真让我们六安人荡气回肠，引以为豪。

Health is very important for everyone. So people want to have a healthy

life.

In fact everyone can have a healthy life. Such as: I usually eat fruit

vegetables eggs and rice. I hardly eat burgers. I think we could eat meat and

ice-cream amount. Water and milk are good for your health. It’s important to

play basketball run and have enough sleep. We couldn’t spend a long time for

watching TV and playing computer. It’s bad for our eyes.

We should keep happy confident helpful and friendly. I don’t think nervous

and angry are good for our health.

I am from shenzhen. In spring ,the weather is warm and wet.I can play kite. In summer, the weather is hot and wet. I can swim in the swimming pool. In the autumn, the weather is cool and dry. I can play kite, too. In the winter, the weather is cold and dry. It never snows.

Shanghai is my favourite city in China. Its the biggest cities in China with an area of 6,340square kilometers and a population of 23.48 million.

Moreover, Shanghai is the central city of our country.

Its the center of economy, technology, industry, finance and trade centre. Shanghai is also an emerging tourist city, with profound modern urban culture and many historical monuments. It has successfully held the 20xx World Expo.

It has become an international city with its high reputation in the world. In my opinion, it looks like a highly motivated youth with courage, strong willpower and ambition.

I look forward to working in such an energetic city in the future.

清明节，是我国传统的节日，这个节日，主要是祭奠祖先，追念古人而设置的一个节日。在不同的地方，有着不同的风俗习惯，这些各有不同的风俗习惯，形成那各种不同的鲜明对比，让这清明节更加充满神秘的色彩。趁着清明节小长假，爸爸妈妈把我带回了老家，让我领略了一番老家的清明扫墓的活动，家乡的清明节，让我满怀深情，难以忘怀。

在回老家的路上，我的内心都是洋溢着激动飞扬的心情，心跳总是按耐不住，犹如跳出来的兔子一样，难以控制它跳动的频率。在走过了很久的一段时间后，我们终于来到了家乡。那一天，下着蒙蒙细雨，真是应了〞清明时节家家雨，青草池塘处处蛙。〞前人留下来的伟大诗句。看着满天的乌云，我不尽感到了有一番别有的风味，仿佛觉得这毛毛细雨是为死去的烈士们而下的，这是对他们所贡献的力量而作出的肯定。这雨感觉有点凉，尽情地挥洒到了我的身上，和我来了一次亲密的接触，再看看周围的景物，这些景物好像活了起来一样，竟然和人的心情变得沉重、严肃起来。

当我们走到屋子里的时候，门口早已战出来了全家的人，奶奶，爷爷，大伯，大舅，婶婶，阿姨，还有表哥，他们早已等待我们的归来，一大早在这门口里等待着我们。这样的场面，让我感到十分欣慰。因为，这在平时，只有那欢庆的新春佳节，我们才可以聚在一起，才可以在一起共度美好的天伦之乐，因此，我十分珍惜这一令人难忘的一刻。

临近中午的时候，爷爷奶奶都准备好了清明节的饭菜，这饭菜可不像新春佳节的那么丰盛多彩，而是像平时一样的清淡，只见饭桌上放着一点鱼，还有一些果子，还有一窝香碰碰、热滕滕的青菜豆腐汤。用餐的时候，爸爸给我说了，这是我们家乡里清明节时候的风俗习惯，准备清明节的祭品，就必须有清明果，还有一些鱼肉，最重要的是要青菜豆腐汤，会站在我们的一带，流传着在清明节里喝青菜豆腐汤便可以让自己的一生一清二白。

吃过午饭过后，稍作休息了一会，我们便向山里走去，来到清明节最重要的戏玉部分，也就是我们常说的清明节拜祀仪式。爸爸认真地告诉我，我们家乡的清明节，一定要到下午才能进行，上午是不可以到山里拜祭，一定要遵循我们当地的这一风俗习惯，因为这样做，才能体现出我们对先辈的尊敬和爱戴。

在去山里的路上，我们路过了绿叶葱葱的竹林，穿过了茂盛的树林，一路上是那么的幽静，还时不时传来鸟儿的鸣叫声，好像这鸟儿也感受到了清明节的到来，纷纷赶来和我们一起拜祭先人，以表示对先人的尊敬。我们经过了一段路程之后，终于来到了拜祭的地方，这是一处十分宽畅的位置，矗立在半山腰之中，奶奶告诉我，这是要先们在半山腰中能够观看山里的情况，守护着整个山头，同时也是在保护着我们这些人。

来到之后，我们便各自忙了起来，我们忙里忙外的，干起活来十分有劲，完全没有半点劳累的意思。爸爸妈在坟墓清理环境，清理着一些大大小小的杂草，让先人们有一个好的环境，更加舒服的享受地下的生活，你让他们感受到我们对他们的尊敬与爱戴。爷爷奶奶就十分认真地摆摆放着拜祭的东西，他们从竹篮子里拿出来了碗和筷子，还有酒杯，这是5个碗，5双筷子，5个酒杯。我见了，便来到爷爷奶奶身边，蹲了下来，在认认真真地帮着他们。我把鱼、肉、豆腐等各种祭品，小心翼翼地放到了碗上，还在酒杯上倒满了酒，等这一切准备完毕之后，就等着爷爷奶奶做接下来的事情。这时，爸爸妈妈也把杂草给清理完了，我们就站在了一旁，看爷爷奶奶如何拜祭先人。我们站在一旁看着，只见爷爷和奶奶提着灯笼，向四面八方遥湃，他们嘴上还忙着唸道：神秘的祖先们齐聚共饮，祝祖先们如意自在，在这之后，爷爷奶奶就把我倒好了的酒，潇洒地挥洒在了坟墓前边，这是在保佑我们这些后人生活顺利，日子平安。最后，爷爷还把一大瓶的酒倒了出来，这是在希望先人祝愿我们的国家福安康，国家昌盛。在行酒之后，我们便烧起了钱纸，点上了香炉和油烛，一起拜祭我们伟大的新人们，以此来纪念他们。在这之后，我们就放了鞭炮，以一种轟烈的方式结束了这次的拜祭活动。

临走之时，爸爸妈妈还检查了坟墓前的烟火情况，认认真真地把这些烟火给扑灭之后，你们才圆满地离开了这里，才开开心心地往家里的方向奔去。

家乡的清明节，真是让我了解到各个地方的风俗习惯，让我清楚地知道了各个地方都有着不同的风俗习惯，这是一种中华民族的优良传统，我们要把这种优良传统给蔓延下去，让中华民族传统一代又一代的留给我们的后人们，使之发扬光大。
