众所周知，军训是大学生活中一项十分重要的活动，是每个大学生都必须经历的。其实，说到军训，同学们想必都不陌生。初中、高中入学时，学校都会组织新生参加军训。现在回想起来，当时的点点滴滴都还历历在目。那些可爱的人，那些有趣的事，当时的辛苦与欢乐。都依然生动而清晰，一切都仿佛就发生在昨天似的。

然而，眼前的大学军训对于我们，却又都是完全陌生的。面对这未知的挑战，不知同学们此刻的心情如何呢?是对即将来临的艰苦训练怀有一点小小的恐惧，还是在忐忑不安中又跃跃欲试?我想，更可能是两者都有吧。

纹丝不动地挺直身子，站在空旷的操场上接受炎炎烈日的暴晒，间或伴着魔鬼教官的口令，重复枯燥乏味的立正、齐步走、跑步立定等动作，想必这就是大多数同学对于军训的印象吧，坦白说，这些内容的确是无趣并且折磨人的。也正是因为这样，有些同学就会在心底产生对军训的不理解甚至抵触的情绪。

想来也是，这仅仅十天的军训对个人的成长能产生多大的帮助呢?高温酷暑中的短期高强度训练对青年的身体健康是利大还是弊大呢?简单得不能再简单的队列操练，对于祖国的国防建设，又能起到多大的实际作用呢?

既然存有那么多的疑问，我们为何还必须接受军训，军训的意义又究竟何在呢?

大学生军训的重要意义，首先在于它是履行法规的一种形式。

大学生接受国防教育，参加军事训练，学习军事科学知识，是法定的公民义务。我国现行的《中华人民共和国兵役法》第43条规定：“高等院校的学生在就学期间，必须接受军事训练”。我国新颁布的《中华人民共和国国防教育法》第15条规定：“高等学校，高级中学和相当于高级中学的学校应当将课堂教学与军事训练相结合，对学生进行国防教育。” 这些规定从法律的高度明确了高等学校学生在就读期间接受军事训练，学习军事科学知识的责任和义务。国家兴亡，匹夫有责，自觉接受军事训练，努力学好军事科学知识，正是青年学生履行保卫祖国的神圣义务的具体行动。大学生应自觉地承担起这一光荣的职责。

大学生军训也是培养人才素质的重要措施。

三.出行时，尽量选择公共汽车或自行车，尽量少开私家车，减少尾气的排量，减少对臭氧层的污染。

四.洗手时，尽量做到一水多用，洗完手的水还可以冲马桶、洗菜等事情，这样就可以减少水的用量等。

How I Spent My Summer Vacation The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong.
