有个别的冬泳爱好者几乎天天来到冬泳之家更衣冬泳却说啥也不肯交30元的会费，还美其名曰，我就不入会。我觉得不管是因为对谁有意见，一年才交30元钱，又不是交给某个人，而是交给冬泳协会。如果借口不入会而连这30元钱都不愿交，是多么的让人瞧不起呀。

我居住的小区物业管理的井井有条，楼前花园的景色很美，楼门悬挂大红灯笼，门上还有圣诞老人的头像，门厅里有大大的中国结和许多彩灯高挂，一派喜气洋洋的节日气氛，令业主们的心情十分愉快。就是这样，还是有个别业主挑三拣四，就是不肯交物业费。

我觉得，每位业主都必须按时交纳物业费和电梯费等，自觉维护小区的环境卫生，这是每位公民都必须做到的。真的不必过多挑剔物业公司的不是，更不能觉得物业费太贵，不值得就舍不得交，几十万的楼房都买了，就不要在乎那千八百的物业费和电梯费了。如果因欠费电梯坐不成，有再多的钱又有什么用啊。我是不管物业干不干活，只要有需要交的费用，我就心甘情愿的交。

做人都该有良心，好人必有好报。我敬人一尺才能换来他人敬我一丈，否则就不会有美好的生活。
